This place is absolutely bomb the service is very excellent a wide variety ice creams sweets and desserts as well as your corn with cheese going to definitely visit this place again

Never stopping there again. Didnt have what I wanted. It was still early and they were out of whipped cream. Really bad experience.

Our favorite Michoacana, so different from others weve been to. The quality and customer service is way better than any other location.If its not from here, my girls dont want any. Thats all I can say.

Im absolutely a 100 percent satisfied customer me and my daughter go in every weekend because besides the ice cream being delicious, the customer service is excellent there’s a young man with a pierce in his cheek and he’s always so nice quick with orders and professional not sure if he’s the owner or not but I wouldn’t doubt that he is. Definitely the best one in the perris area 🙏🏼

The ice cream is really good and it is pretty much like in Mexico. But the only problem is that it is really expensive and not as good as the real ice cream. That is my only problem with this place and the place is like basket Robins. But in all it is alright with the rest of us.

The guy serving was great, super helpful and quick on the orders, 2 star because they were out of everything I wanted and the ice-cream seems like it has been sitting a while, had some frost bite.

The presentation and freshness of there ice cream is appealing to a ice cream lover leaving one coming back to taste other flavors. I also liked that everything is labeled.

The owner is very nice. I hate to pay so much for high priced icecream and then be charged a fee for using my card. But the icecream is better than the previous owners.

The lady was defensive and rude the man was really nice. He said they were the new owners as of 2 months ago. I wanted Mazapan icecream and noticed that the icecream had been scooped out and put back. I apologized to her for being picky and asked if she could scoop around the put back and she explained she was training her employees how to scoop icecream. I get that but it did not look fresh. She started to scoop the icecream and took from the put back although I asked her not to. She got upset put the scoop back again and then went around it. After she handed me the half filled cone, she walked to the back and the man rung me up. He explained they were new and still training the employees and said no one wants to work. As he rung me up he said it was extra to use my card but did not disclose how much extra. I had to ask. It was 40 cents. I paid $10 for 1 single cone and 2 scoops in a cup and 1 water. I recommend he include the fee in his pricing so people dont get upset. I handed him cash and took my card back. I hope they find faithful employees who can provide excellent customer svc so the business can grow. My advise to the girl that served me is when a customer makes a request, you should respond with yes mam, sure, no problem, of course etc... Not be annoyed by a customers silly request. I have a family of 8 and would to bring you business as long as you treat them with courtesy and respect.
