The entire staff at Langston is amazing, everyone from parts to sales always provides exceptional service. We went in today to buy a Raptor 700 and Robert went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The woman in finance was very knowledgeable and explained all warranties and extra protections available without making us feel like we had to buy them like finance people usually do. The entire transaction was seamless and we will definitely be back!

This place is the real deal when it comes to customer service. I called on a Thursday afternoon asking about a VHM head and insert. They shipped it the same day and it was delivered the very next day. Maria in sales answered all my technical questions on which insert would be best with the bike we are working on. Langstons Service Department is top notch! Ian and his crew in the service department are great and have exceeded my expectations every time Ive gone in there. Everyone is super cool and willing to help with even the smallest question. I recently went into Langstons to get a couple new tires and a chain on my bike; the bike came back perfect. I then decided to make my bike a little gnarlier and throw an ATV tire on a stock motorcycle rim. Ian at the service dept. made it work after I explained what I was trying to do; so I couldnt be happier. Im glad I found this place!!

They tried to rip me off. I have a credit score in the high 700s. They said it was below 600 and tried to have me put $7700 down on a $13000 motorcycle. So if you ever intend on going there be careful.

Great customer service. Ray in parts was very helpful to get me taken care of nice and quick. Was at state fair mx park and had issues with dirt bike. Was very nervous I would have to call it a day after my 10 minutes of riding when I had bike issues.(I had already paid entrance fee 30$ plus 50$ in gas to drive from orange county...) I called up Langston and Ray told me to bring it in and he would have it fixed right away. I was back on the track bike repaired in under a hour. Felt great to get great fast service at a off road shop for once. Highly recommend this shop and Ray in parts!

I needed a front tire for my bike. I intended to remove the tire myself but ended up bringing the bike to them.The service dept. ( Ray and Maria specifically )took care of me quickly and courteously. I purchased my polaris general there, the purchase was pleasant, salesman was awesome.I took it back for a check engine light, had a question on a location of something on the vehicle, instead of telling me where this port was, I was told to look it up on YouTube!I was told codes came up one thing, but report said another. Inquired condition of belt that was replaced by Langston, by another mechanic. He said it didnt need replacing.Very disappointed by the service of Langston.

Let me start off by saying that Langston Motorsports staff are super cool, down to earth people. I really needed a motorcycle for my job. The folks there knew my situation and gave me a fair out the door price. They even put a hold sign on the bike to make sure I got the deal, without any money down. Which gave me alot of peace of mind driving 3 hours and 170ish miles to grab the bike. When I got there the bike was gassed up, charged up and fluids checked. I highly recommend Langston Motorsports for anything powersports related.

Ive had better experiences and much better prices elsewhere. They didnt do me any favors on pricing, I left paying full price (plus their dealer fees) for my new Yamaha MT-10 recently. I was handed the keys to a bike with 3 inches of chain slack, an almost empty tank of gas and technician spilled fuel all over bike then proceeded to clean with dirty rag. They have great bikes and accessories for sale, but thats about it; theres nothing special.They definitely need to check their bikes better during the safety check they supposedly do. They got me 2 hard inquiries on my credit, not worth it so I paid off the bike in 2 weeks, damage was done.

MARIA (Service Writer) AND BRANDON ARE AMAZING! See details below.Ive never been a big fan of taking any of my sportbikes to a dealership for servicing. These days it is hard to find a service department with service writers and technicians who really know their craft and are passionate about their careers. I usually perform all maintenance both minor and major on my own. Due to not taking up family time and work picking up, I found myself not wanting to turn wrenches on my time off.I was due for a new rear sprocket, front sprocket, and chain on my 13 FZ8. I took a gamble and figured Id check out Langston Motorsports since they are so close to my home and have a track record in the industry with pro riders. I walked in and spoke with Maria Medina at the service counter. She was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about everything motorsports related. Through conversation I found out she also rides which is awesome. She had all the parts I needed except for the front sprocket which she ordered for me. The parts came in and she was able to get me in same day. In about an hour I was in and out with new chains and sprockets. While I was checking out, she mentioned her and one of the techs were talking and noticed I was coming up on 20k miles. She wasnt pushy at all but said you should look into having the valve clearances checked, plugs, coolant etc. I asked her how much it would be and what the turn around would be. She didnt know I had already called around and spoke to the competitors to get an idea. Most were booked out a 4-6 weeks. She gave me a ballpark number and her number was $200 under everyone else. Langston also only uses OEM gaskets so that was a plus.I gave her the green light and she said give me a bit to order the parts (gaskets) and I will give you a call when we are good to go. About a week passed and hit me up letting me know all the parts and fluids needed were ready. I had my wife follow me and I dropped the bike off on 5/4/21. Maria called me and informed that the radiator would need to be taken off to access the motor for the valve check and made sure I was ok with it and putting the recommended coolant I wanted versus what the shop would throw in. Bike was completed on 5/6/21 but Maria was getting ready to close up shop so she said I could pick it up 5/7/21. I told her that was great, but my wife and friends would all be at work so it wouldnt be until the late afternoon/evening when I could pick it up. Maria didnt hesitate and said, Where do you live? I could just check with my boss and see if I can run a few minutes late. Ill come by and pick you up and just take you into the shop with me so you can get your bike.Maria picked me up and drove me to Langston Motorsports. I came in and rang me up for everything. She had a nice packet of paperwork detailing every single piece, fluid, and part the technician checked and what their status was. She also gave me the valve clearance sheet showing what each intake/exhaust valve clearance was pre adjustment, what the factory specs were, and what the technician set them too. Even the labels for the fluids used were stuck to the write up. Maria invited me to speak with Brandon the technician who worked on my bike. Brandon was extremely professional and complimented my bike and how smooth it was now running. Brandon is a subject matter expert and someone I know I can trust with any of my bikes, ATVs, or UTVs. His knowledge and customer service is second to none.I have never in a million years thought I would take the time to write a review, unless it was a terrible experience. Maria is not only a great employee, but an asset to Langston Motorsports. I hope they treat her well and keep her there for along time because I will continue to service my bike there because of her amazing customer service and professionalism. I cant speak for any of the negative reviews on google, but I dont see any reason why anyone would have anything but positives.

Just wanna hive a big shout out to Langston Motorsports. I have been jumping around from shop to shop but i finally found a legit and honest place to service my OHVs. I just recently had them rebuild my 2017 KTM 150sx, they did a new top end and clutch. Not only was the price fair but the turn around to get the work done was super fast. When i went to pick up my bike i was shocked, they not only did the top end and clutch, they also did a overall safety and function check of the entire bike and fixed and or addressed all issues free of charge. Big ups to Idan at the service desk, he was super professional and explained all the work that needed to be done to my machine. I never got the feeling i was getting “dooped” at anytime. He definitely did everything in his power to give me a fair deal on parts and labor. If you drop your Machine of here, ask if Brandon (the mechanic) can service you ride, he got my bike back to me within a week. My bike looked and sounded brand new. He also pointed out things that needed to be addressed in the near future. So if your a average joe and weekend warrior like me and looking for a professional shop with fair prices and honest people, stop by Langstons and ask for Idan or Brandon.

They said no so I took my brothers advice and went to see Tony (Rigatoni) I thought to myself,” that can’t be his last name” Tony said,”Give me 14.k or get out” I said to start turning a wrench and headed to the bank. Called mom because I’m brain washed by her and she said yes. A few crazy hours later I was sitting on my 2021 KTM Six Days . Dude! Are you still reading? I’m a customer for life. Ive bought a few items & Bree has been a great help since I made my 1st purchase.. Ive been able to call/text my order in because Im extremely busy & shes handled every request.. I had an issue with the shipping company that Langston uses due to a poor delivery that ended with a item I purchased stolen from my porch but even still she went to bat for me.. Even though I took a loss I was able to get a replacement at a discounted price thanks to her help.. Ive been going into langstons since I was young and lately in these past couple years it has just gone down hill. The new bunch of employees and sales managers (Ian I believe) have been super disrespectful and always putting themselves first and not thinking about the customer. I have the most respect for Gerald and grant and the whole family. They are all great people but some of there employees just dont seem to understand and or listen to the customers, from products that have been bought from the store and the employees claiming that they never ever sold the product. From tubes always being pinched and employees being rude and in educated on any off road subject, its just been starting to get worse and I feel it is best to never go there again, I thank langstons for being the closest shop to me but no where near the best one, I will be driving the extra 30 minutes to Temecula Motorsports from here on out.

Really bad place to buy. They have the hisun 250 msrp at $4799 they say $7500 out the door when I called today and I gone in yesterday he told me $7000 out the door.. At mountain motorsports its $6514.15 out the door. Just writing to let everyone know how much the sales person want to try to make from you and wont work with you on pricing. So if you want a good price and someone to help you this isnt to place to go.

Love this place. Staff is amazing. I had an older Polaris handed down to me from a friends family member and I took it there to make sure everything was working properly. Unfortunately he didnt take much care of it but they handled everything from new tires, shocks and tune up and now it runs like a champ. This is my go too place for service and eventually when it dies out the place to get a new one

I took in my rzr to get it inspected and fixed and also get a service done on it, when I called beforehand I was told that they wouldn’t even put hands on it for atleast a week or 2 since they were busy with the pandemic but I went in to see Maria and she pressured them to put it in the shop and within 2 days I got a phone call telling me what was wrong with it and they had it fixed by end of the day. If you can’t wait to get back on the road if your toy is messed up or just need any parts I would highly recommend to go see Maria in parts.

Amazing product!! is all i can say. Our CR125 loves this cylinder head. The heads are machined BEAUTIFUL. A must for any bike. Contacted VHM for some extra o rings for the head and was e mailed back right away, excellent customer service !!!

Service department is great at making mistakes. Called Ian to discuss the issues (issue not fixed and others created) and was told that were all human and mistakes are made....I get it but there were at least three different mistakes made on my bike in just one visit. 1. Oil was topped off meaning they added nearly a 1/2 quart too much!!! 2. Spring connecting rear brake lever to frame was not reconnected to frame. 3. Took bike in for clutch issue (not disengaging) and they didnt inspect the fluid in the hydraulic line. Bike had same issue within 5 miles of next ride. Limped it back to the truck as I was smoking oil out of the overflow and clutch was not disengaging. I looked up the problem online and sure enough I figured out the problem myself. So.... After reinstalling the spring, emptying excess oil, and replacing the old hydraulic clutch fluid bike is now working as it should....So, if you want a shop that makes more mistakes than you would do at home this is the one for you!

Wonderful Experience and smooth purchase. I called about the bike that I wanted and spoke with Billy who is an amazing sales rep. The bike was available so I went to see it and loved it. There were a few customers and Billy was actually working with some others and still made time for me and helped this purchase go very smooth. They have a very professional team and I will return for future bike purchases and gear in the future. The owner is a great gentleman even walks the sales floor and greets customers. You dont see that type of customer service these days. The finance manager was outstanding, communicated clearly and was extremely helpful in the process. Today I purchased a PW50 fron Langston motosports and Tony helped me! Let me tell you, this guy is a superstar for dealing with me. My husband and I have been planning to get our daughter a new bike for xmas and recently sold her old PW. With all the Covid craziness it didnt look like a new bike under the tree would be possible. Well today, Tony made that happen and fortunately enough over the phone and within 30 mins ish. I was financed, I put money down and my husband is picking up the bike tonight after work.... Called Langston Motorsports for warranty help with a parts manufacturer that they distribute for. I didn’t even buy the part from them but they went out of their way to contact the manufacturer and help with a warranty request. I appreciate a company like that willing to help so they have earned my business.
