Do not waste your money, the employees are very rude, and arrogant. they charge over and obove the norm, for any fax,, copies, shipping needs etc, drive to the Ups store in Menifee I just discoveres that the copies there at the USP store are only 15 cents each compared to to 2 dollars at Postal Annex

They discriminate! An elderly woman went in without any mask & served herI go and tell me they cant serve me when I have a medical condition that exempts me from masks.The elderly lady that walked in & was served with no mask was 3 ppl in front of meThey didnt say a word to herDiscriminate much?

Short wait and very professional services. My wife and I came here to renew her passport. They made it easy and quick. They even took the photo. My wife really liked how she looked in the photo. Much better than her last passport photo, which was more like a mugshot. They also have private mailboxes, copies, business cards, notary, custom packing and mailing, printing, binding and laminating services, and more.

The worst customer service on numerous occasions. Definitely will not return. Management should consider new staffing where customer service is a priority. Employees are unable to multitask AND stay focused. Do not go when there is a line, you will either be ignored or be there all day. BIG disappointment.

Dropped off a package seven days ago and it still hasn’t been shipped. Called to ask on the phone, wasn’t much help! Update: 13 days later still no help, package isn’t in the system. Called fedex to see what was going on. They never sent the package! They stole my package!

Good services, I was able to get what I needed printed out quickly and for a fair price.

I went there today to use their fax machine and the girl up in the front was very dry and no customer service ethics whatsoever. I asked her if i needed a cover letter and she just looked at me and said thats your choice and when i asked her if i can borrow a pen, she said theyre right there not even pointing at them, like she was bitter to work there. I only went there because it was the closest one to where i was, but will never go back!

Pesimo servicio muy groseras 2 semanas y todavia no reciven el documento que envie y cuando llame para ver de q manera me podian ayudar ya q al parecer ellas no pusieron un documento en el envio q aduana necesita, cuelgan me dejan en espera me dicen le llamamos para darle information y no lo hacen e sido muy amable y ellas gritan siendo q el error fue suyo.
