My new supervisor loved her arrangements and flowers. She rearranged them on a platter and put the flowers in another vase and redecorated it. She said there was a lot of fruit, too. This is my first time ordering from this location, but every location that Ive used including and New Haven and West Haven Connecticut all of my recipients have been very well pleased with their gift. If you have not tried them out I definitely recommend them highly.

Disappointing. They didn’t even pipe the fruit or put a contrasting center on their pineapple daisies. Their presentation leaves a lot to be desired. It’s suppose to be art people, just like the ones shown on the website.Sarah on the phone was very nice though and got a star of her own, otherwise I’d give a one.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVED their service! I got a arrangement for my mom for her birthday, I live a ways away from her so I had it delivered. She didn’t know about it, so I had to try and go around what time she would be home. Well she left when they were about to deliver so I called and they rescheduled her delivery. Then the delivery driver called me saying she was not home still so he actually took the time and went out of his way to go to the place she was getting lunch to surprise deliver her arrangement! I can’t thank everyone enough for their kindness and extra effort. The arrangement was beautiful and my mom adored it! Picked up a bouquet for valentines day. It was fresh and delicious. Prices are very comparable to online plus they have a rewards discount for going in store. Definitely order ahead for busy times like holidays. I ordered the day before and had no problem, but if I hadnt, I would not have been able to get what I wanted on the holiday itself.

I recently celebrated my business, Abundant Life Chiropractics 7th year anniversary and got an Edible Arrangement from Cindy and her crew. They did a great job. They were timely and of course it tasted great. I would highly recommend them.

Update: Ordered another one for a separate day that was much better in freshness. Bumping up to 3.5/4.Original: Received a gift from here that was ordered the same day. Was okay. Disappointed that the fruit looked like it was sitting around for awhile so not exactly the freshest. Still tasted decent enough for 3/5.

I ordered a bouquet for my Grandmothers 80th birthday on a Monday, to be delivered that day. I received an email that it had been delivered at 5:00 that evening. I called my grandmother the next day to see how she liked her arrangement, and she said she never received it. I called the shop and the lady said she saw in the system that it had been delivered, I told her that was not correct. She checked the back and found it had not been delivered. She apologized and said she would make sure it was delivered the next day (Wednesday), I asked her to deliver it after 12:00 the next day. I called my Grandmother to tell her to expect it. My grandmother sat by the front window from 11:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. to make sure she didnt miss the delivery... IT NEVER CAME!!!! Absolutely horrible. I will be going to their business after work today and getting my money back!! Way to ruin a womans 80th birthday Edible Arrangements.

So today I had an order of chocolate covered strawberries delivered to my fiancée. When I ordered them I was guaranteed 3 times that they would be there before she got off at 3pm. It took me 17 calls to finally get through to somebody to answer the phone. They arrived about 30 min after her shift ended. In order for her to get them I had to spoil the surprise and tell her to wait because something was being delivered. Then after she receive them they were the wrong type of chocolate on the strawberries and they also did not leave my message in the card. This is not the first time this location has really messed up my order. I definitely will not be recommending this location to anyone and would advise everyone to stay away!

This place is ridcolous!! You advertise you have stuff in the store but when you get there its nothing but left over fruit from days ago... Dont send coupons for in-store exclusive only offers if the store doesnt have them. Im afraid to have the strawberries delivered because last time they were horrible and I had to go back . need to just trying with this location.
