When the CVS closed down the Carney Shopping Center location, I chose to move to this CVS bc I already really liked the store. The pharmacist and pharmacy techs I have dealt with have always been very nice and helpful. My prescriptions have been filled right away. I also love the store itself. Its clean and well stocked and the people working in the store area have also been pleasant. I was there one evening recently and the male cashier working went out of his way to be friendly and helpful and said let me look at your coupons to see if you can use any right away (Id just got some that printed out when I picked up meds from the pharmacy and hadnt looked at them yet) and he saved me $2 or $3.
Always excellent, friendly and professional staff in the very busy pharmacy. They strive to do their best in what appears to be a very high pressure job at times when looking at volume of calls, customers waiting both in store and in the drive thru. I admire them all, especially the pharmacists who navigate everyones personal medication insurance for the customers and many do not appreciate what they do. The front store staff are also very helpful and friendly and attentive.
At the counter, there is a sign that states “Ring bell for counter service “ . I rang the bell and an employee, “Lydia”, informed me that she would help me with self checkout. She refused to check me out at the counter. The self checkout is always slower which is why I needed the counter checkout. While I was doing the self checkout with “Lydia”, another employee starting checking out other customers at the counter. It is very unclear as to the purpose of the sign and any possible reason the employee had for refusing to help me at the counter.
I just had my first covid test here and I have to say it really was no big deal. Miss Wan (a young lady) even counted 15 seconds for me while I twirled my swab. The whole thing was completely contact free and took less than 15 minutes. Thank you again for your patience and kindness especially during these extra stressful times. 🙏 Wishes to be well and stay safe.

Its good to know customer service still matters to some places. Its a very tidy store with excellent parking/ convenience. Its the best Walgreens in the area for sure
They keep refilling my prescriptions without me asking. Going to try a different location.

Dor COVID testing:Told results would be 3 to 4 days. 7 days later & they wont consider it an issue until next week. In the meantime I cannot works until I show negative test. This is costingm hundreds of dollars of dollara me hundred of dollars
Great customer service everytime Im in this store. Manager Theresa and cashier Whitney were awesome, had a coupon issue and they took care of it with no hassle. Appreciate them both:)
One of the better pharmacies in the area. They are thorough. Even called a week after I started a new medication, to see how I was feeling. They call if the prescription will be delayed, and call when it is ready. Very helpful customer service. Ive changed all of my prescriptions to this pharmacy, from Costco. Costco was making too many mistakes, and was not convenient.

Very thorough pharmacists. Good service. Lots of training for new techs and I think thats awesome, have to start somewhere. Ive always had fast service and the techs are very patient.
Dropped off script for one med on Weds and told Dr must approve. Went back Sat and told Dr was contacted but didnt respond. I called Dr Mon and two people said CVS never called. I saw cob webs hanging from ceiling and covering security camera. Very bad in area for counting pills. I took back script from CVS and Giant pharmacy said Dr approval NOT reqd and meds will arrive Tuesday.
This CVS PHARMACY used to be professional but now it is mismanaged, common meds are out of stock and are not stocked for 2 weeks or longer, the staffs hours have been cut, the pharmacy service suffers from lack of pharmacists on duty at any one time and they cant keep up with customer calls, walk-ins and drive-throughs. This is an upper management (corporate) issue, not the staffs fault. It appears the company may be going out of business.
The store is worth driving a little farther for me because everyone is so helpful. I highly recommend this CVS!

I have been waiting for a prescription for a week. Doctors office has done what they needed to do. I have just been getting the run around. They keep using the wrong insurance on file. So disappointing
