So I had to ship 20 packages that already had UPS labels on them. Took them into this store. Every other UPS store I’ve been in allows me to ship beer as I work for a brewery. After taking in 20 boxes of beer, the employees informed me that they can ship beer, due to a “fire hazard” or something. They then explained that they aren’t UPS, and aren’t a “real UPS Store” which is funny because that’s what google says and what their sign says. Bunch of dudes in brown with UPS logos on inside. I’d just like to know how you get branding and everything to run the store completely opposite of every other UPS Store. Wasted 30 minutes of my life on this place.

I have avoided going into the ups store in Perry Hall for a very long time even though I live across the street. The man that previously work there was horrible. He was always nasty never helpful and tried to be very intimidating. Yesterday I needed to ship a package but didnt have time to run around trying to avoid going into the ups store 3 minutes from my house.Im happy to say I took a chance and went in. The lady at the front counter was very nice. She directed me to another associate his name was Brian he was extremely helpful, friendly and patient. I will continue to use this location thanks again for the good customer service.

Five Stars to Brent at this location. I have experienced customer service before but never like this. I needed to ship something very fragile and very important to me. He went out of his way to make sure my package was addressed in a caring manner. For that, I really thank you Brent!!

Awful customer service, guy was in just an awful mood. Delivery driver blocked cars from leaving and after asked to move just continued to load more boxes from the store onto his cart.Edit- Response- The driver was a UPS driver so they represent the same company you do, does not matter if they are not your locations driver or not. They blocked in cars for 30- 45 minutes, I could have called the police, but was busy with other things in the shopping center, but it was still a terrible inconvenience. Im not worried about the mental stability of the employees, I may have been if he was a little nicer and did not just grunt at me the whole time. I even heard him shout and yell at the people before me. This is inexcusable, the low ratings of this location shows you should avoid this store at all costs. Maybe UPS should not have locations for customers and go to dealing with businesses only.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I visited this location. There is a reason they have two stars. The manager is not friendly and this location doesn’t allow you to overnight checks. I have Never heard of such a thing. I don’t not recommend using this place ever. Fed ex was much more helpful and I was in and out.

I shipped four boxes of breakable items to Texas. I specifically took them to a pack and ship to have them packed to prevent breakage. All my items were packed in the bags I took them to the store in with just a single sheet of bubble wrap around the bags. Needless to say all of my items were broken. What a waste of money! Very disappointed. I can’t believe that this how they wrap items

I was very disappointed with my service at this location . There was an older gentleman that helped me. He was very short with me and had no manners. This man even tried to patronize me as if I dont know how shipping works! I decided not to do business here . Even after that I thanked him for his help and wished him a good day, to no reply I walked out . Very frustrated, not that I couldnt ship what I wanted but because how someone can be in customer service and be so rude ... I drove 20 min to be treated like that, I dont think so. will not be returning, someone needs to get rid of him, or at the least retrain.

Never going there again even though it is a 10 minute walk from my house. Took my business elsewhere and glad for it. Should have done it the first time I received poor service there last March. Since I was stupid enough to think that by bringing much return business, the quality of service would improve, I get what I deserve.

Paul, Brian, & Brion are wonderful!! Anyone else who writes a review, talking down on this location should reevaluate themselves! I have been coming here for years, and never had a bad experience. If anything they are extremely helpful, and FRIENDLY!!! If you go in there with an attitude, and already annoyed, what do you expect in return?!! I have witnessed so many people in and out of there being so dang rude! They all work hard day in and day out. I ships stuff 3-4 times a week and never had any problems with the packages ever being late either! That speaks volumes on how much they care about their jobs, and their responsibility towards our parcels! Be nice people!!! It helps!

I spent 20 minutes in line trying to return FiOS equipment. Once I finally get to the counter the representative tells me that his software to return fios equipment shuts down at 4 PM. I think it’s because he didn’t want to deal with this so close to quitting time because there’s nothing on the website that reflects that or nurse sign in the store.Paul, this must only apply to your store and/ or this must be something new because I’ve returned cable equipment at your store at various times before. But... Immediately when I left your store I called the one in Bel Air and they had no idea what I was talking about. They said I can come in there at any hour of any day while they’re open and they will have no problem shipping that equipment back. Also, my husband actually ended up dropping it off at the Laurel UPS and they also had no trouble. Maybe you should update your equipment.

I had been skeptical about using this location but I was pressed for time. I needed to have something packed and shipped but Kimberly could not locate the correct charges in her computer. So as not to hold me up any further she comped the charges and I only had to pay for shipping. What a wonderful gesture. She even provided me with some express boxes and envelopes to help me with the whole process in the future. Other stores wouldnt do this. This chick rules when it comes to customer service. She deserves a raise and or promotion.

My experience at this location was a little different then most. On Wednesday the 3rd I arrived early to avoid a long line. I must say say that the older gentleman that waited on me wasnt rude, he was just high as a kite. It was nauseating to stand there and try to ship a package with the smell of pot permeating the air during my transaction. He wreaked of the stuff. The whole ordeal took about 20 minutes to ship 2 packages as I had to keep repeating myself. All of this at 9:30 in the morning. While I have never had an issue at this location at any time this was a bit unsettling.

I have been using this location for some time now with no issues. However it came to my attention that 1 of the employees has tested positive for covid yet the store remains open. No one is wiping anything down, hand sanitizer is not being offered to customers. As busy as this location is I would expect them to exercise a bit more caution. If you can get one of the nice young ladies to assist you with your transaction things seem to go a bit smoother and faster. I will not hesitate to return once Im sure they are being more careful.

Horrible Service package still sits and tracking number does not work 48 hours later!!. I Will be calling tomorrow for sure as soon as they open!!. I WILL NEVER USE THERE SERVICE AGAIN!!. Even UPS 1-800 Customer Service agent + SUPERVISOR said the package should have been entered in the system and they clearly have not even did it yet. A Kimbeleee waited on me and I think she needs spoken too!!. I use to work for UPS many years ago and we would NEVER ALLOW a package to not be entered in still 48 hours later and now going on 72 hours tomorrow!!. All I see is bad reviews with this Business I am not shocked now with my problem.. I cant wait now to call tomorrow yippee me.. I will be contacting BBB about this Company.

The older man that was there friday 2/26/21 was absolutely NO HELP he was SO grouchy & showed no interest in helping me! He was more worried about himself retiring next year then the customer that needed help!!! If I can help it I will NOT be returning to this location!! I had two very large and awkward shaped items to mail - so much so I felt bad even entering the store! I cannot express enough how amazing my experience was- Paul didnt skip a beat he immediately began figuring out how to get these things packaged properly and spent more time than I would ever expect to ensure they were packaged securely and was so pleasant the entire time! He could have very easily said sorry- youre going to have to package that on your own and come back, (again, these items were no easy task to package), but Nope- he stepped right in to help! Just had an awful experience there today. Got there at 3:50 to return Verizon boxes. Was told their system is down in regard to returning cable boxes (by yelling across the store) Found the UPS store on 43. The two guys working (who were super nice) explained that their system couldnt take Verizon boxes after 4 PM because of a glitch in the system. Said their system is the same as the Honeygo store. Pure laziness from the Honeygo store. Would give 0 stars if I could. Go to the one off of 43! Way better service!

Wont be going back until the Grump retires! Got there early on Monday April 5th to avoid long lines with my two boxes already tabled. I was first online; however, the old guy was taking an ID picture of a little girl and her mother was there with her. I knew it would take a little while for him to finish as he was the only employee there. The problem I had was his nasty attitude and not acknowledging that he had a customer standing there by saying a simple, Ill be with you as soon as im finished That would have been professional and should be a part of the stores employees policy. When the young females are working, that is how they handle it, never an issue with their attitude. Fifteen minutes later when mr grump finally came up, said nothing and acted like he did not want to be at work today and I disturbed him. If he does retire, that is when I may return.

I was trying to ship a antique gun which the ups store was refusing to ship. The manager was explaining to me why they can’t ship the package.What made me give 1 star not because they won’t ship my package is the manager in the back on the computer talking to me from behind the wall. I never saw him and he was very rude.The information he gave me why they won’t ship the antique gun was wrong. After I did Research since they are a Third party to ups they can’t. I googled UPS to find the store closest to me and I decided to read the reviews. Although the reviews were low, it would not have prevented me from using this location. However, when an owner responds to a paying customer the way this owner has responded, especially to Matt and John - it makes me wonder why ANYONE would come to your location. If you are this rude and condescending online, I am sure the comments accurately reflect your service in the store. UPS should not let you represent them.

Bad customer service when reusing boxes for paid shipping. Refused to ship a box that was reused and the battery label removed. I followed the UPS website instructions Remove any labels, hazardous materials indicators, and other previous shipment markings on the box that are no longer applicable**Update** to poor response from ownerThe label was removed before I came into the store, it was just visible that some type of label had been there. You were not asked to remove any labels. Regardless even if youre not under the UPS rules (which seems odd since I was shipping via UPS), the USPS allows re-using boxes and removing old labels (check their website). This includes hazardous material indicators. If your policy is really that you dont accept those boxes, you should have that posted somewhere or be able to show me the guideline when I asked. I was able to go to another UPS Store and ship the same box without incident.

I needed to drop off a prepaid package and went to this UPS location. I went up to the door and noticed a sign that said management was closing the store at 5pm. It was 4:47pm and the doors were already locked. I went back to the car, but then decided to go back and take a picture of the sign. I noticed someone at the register and when we made eye contact, he yelled “we’re closed”. I then pointed to the sign stating the store would be closed at 5pm and he screamed “WE’RE CLOSED!”. Now, I’ve had a few bad days in my life, so I am not taking this personally. I could even understand if the store needed to be closed early, for whatever reason...things happen. However, the handmade sign said 5pm, which was already early, and the. It’s closed before 5pm. Why not write 4:45? But don’t yell at me! There were about 5 people who had also pulled up to drop off packages, so I hope they decide to review this place too. Close your store early, I don’t care...but don’t yell at people happen to peek in the window because they expected you would be open. Rant over.

My first time returning something for my daughter started out as a nightmare. I didnt know what I was doing. Fortunately the older gentleman behind the counter did. He walked me through the entire process and displayed great patience helping me with my package. The older heavyset guy working on August 21, 2020 in the afternoon was one of the most rude unprofessional customer service reps I’ve ever dealt with in any company.I had a 50 pound package which I carried across 2 parking lots with a torn ACL in my leg while wearing a mask nonetheless. My package already had a label on it and I explained to the guy that I needed to drop the package off and he absolutely refused to let me leave it there. I explained that I left packages there before and never had a problem and he proceeded to talk to me like a child in a slow tone and lecture me with a snotty attitude. He proceeded to inform me that his computer was having issues for the past 30 minutes. I told him that I did not need a receipt and that the label was already on the box but he was unapologetic and unsympathetic and could not even acknowledge me by lifting his head up for two seconds away from his computer. I then asked where I could take the package and he decided to tell me the nearest location in a slow condescending manner. This guy should not be working with customer service because he lacks the ability on how to handle any situation. He basically told me to take the package elsewhere. He truly acted like I was bothering him and he really didn’t want to lift a finger to help me regardless of my situation with me having a bad knee. He really treated me like a jerk.I then left and took my package to the Middle River location and they were having the same computer issues but were able to take my package for me and give me a receipt. The guy at the Nottingham location Perry Hall just didn’t want to do his job and it was evident on how lazy he really is. What’s really ridiculous is how the owner of this store talks to people who give negative reviews. No wonder the employees are the way they are there. How can an owner respond to people’s reviews with such an arrogant, snarky disposition? Right or wrong YOU DON’T talk down to customers or treat them in a condescending manner. BE MORE PROFESSIONAL !!! You have a rating of 2.4, that speaks volumes.

I received a damaged piece of furniture (accent chair weighing less than 50 pounds) from target, and target instructed me to return the item To a ups store in order to process the exchange. The gentleman working at the ups store instructed me that they could not process the return because of the condition of the box- however- it arrived damaged to me. The staff here is extremely rude, and I usually can let these sort of things go, but this is not the first time it has happened to me at this store. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. THEY ARE ALL GRUMPY. Even when I tried to crack a joke, be patient, and be kind, they were not having it. I received a grumpy and very unhelpful response from two different employees (grumpy old men). Very rude. Will never go back to this location. I wish they would lose their job and that takes a lot for a person to say.

Older gentleman does not have a customer oriented attitude, very rude. Its either his way or the high way. He wont take a box because it had a battery Sticker on it. I returned a clothing item from Amazon but reused an old box. I ordered a watch, and used that box. The box had a battery Sticker on it saying contains battery. He wont take the box because of that. I have received product with battery stickers on it and returned items with battery stickers on boxes, Never had an issue. He told me its a $10,000 fine for him if he takes it. Horrible attitude. Explained nothing contains a battery Just clothing. He said I cant reuse the box again. Even if i return something with battery I need to get a nee box with new sticker. This has never happened to me. Ended up wasting my time. Dont go here, he will make regulations up. I went to the other ups store 10 mins away, they took my box without any issues!

The worst customer service! I had to drop off a Verizon equipment. The first time I went there, the guy there told me that he cant process my equipment after 4.00 pm as it would crash their system. So, he told me to come back the next day before 4.00 pm. Although what he said didnt make sense to me, I went back there the next day only to be told that he is not processing equipment returns on that day. It looks like he didnt want to do it at all.

I had an awkward experience. I went to drop off a FIOS cable box, one of the gentleman tells me they do not accept the cable box after 4pm because it would crash their system! Uhm help me out here! This is 2020 and I am still trying to figure out how that affects most of us health care workers, working weekends and weekends. Do I take time off to drop off stuff before 4pm? I called to ask if a notary was working at the UPS store today. The employee I spoke with said no! Ok? Do you know if they are going to be in tomorrow? She was VERY rude and said she didnt know? She had only been working there two weeks and had no idea. I asked if anyone there did know as it was important that I find a notary. She said the person that knows is too busy. When I asked what her name was she hung up!! LOL And I also agree with the posts about the older gentleman that works there! Hes always rude!

I came in to this store to ship a defective computer monitor that was under warranty. I was told that they refused to ship TVs/Monitors because of the liability involved (damaged TVs/Monitors during transit). I indicated that I would accept any liability and was still denied.I never thought that I would need to call ahead to see if UPS would be willing to ship a common electronic item that I am willing to pay whatever the cost is for but apparently you do. Nothing on their website indicated that there would be an issue. There should at least be a list of items you refuse to ship posted online or in store to save customers time.Edit: Appreciate the owners response. That explanation makes sense although it is not what I recall being told, I wasnt given any options once it was determined that I was paying for shipping. I estimated the cost at $30-$40 through UPS online by entering the dimensions and weight, its a $200 monitor. I would have paid that as I have no other options but perhaps that estimate is low if the packaging is insufficient.Rating adjusted, understand the stance on this and will consider shipping here in the future.

I could not have been anymore pleased with the customer service then I was on Saturday. The young man behind the counter was great in helping me with my Verizon equipment return. We had some trouble at first with the account numbers but he didnt waiver in his attempts to assist me. We got it done. His co-worker managed to wade through a sea of customers without any problems. She too gets a thumbs up. Myself and several others left with smiles on our faces. Thanks guys, your the best.

I came around 3:45pm on sept 29, 2020. I had a pre-paid labeled ups shipment which was ready to go and I didn’t need a receipt and just needed to drop it off. The UPS driver was there ready to accept my package with his pickup but the employee there (a heavy set old guy) yelled at the ups driver and told him not to accept it and to make me wait in line for a receipt (even though I didn’t need one). I have gone to other ups stores in Millersville, Catonsville, Columbia, and never had I had this issue where a ups store employee would stop a driver from accepting a customers package to make them go back into line for a receipt. In addition the employee even yelled out as I was leaving that I should consider going to other ups stores if I didn’t like the way this store handles this business. As I was leaving other customers that saw how this employee acted was shocked and I will take this employee advice and not ship anything from this store in the future. I don’t need to deal w a rude, disrespectful, and condescending employee. As I was getting the receipt from him all I heard from him were rude, disrespectful, and condescending remarks. Based on some of the reviews here it looks like others have had similar experiences from the same employee and I’m surprised the management of the store hasn’t done anything to help improve the stores image. I was at this same store last week and I had the total opposite experience from the young lady working there. It’s sad that this store doesn’t have more employees like her.

The both exhibited great patience with me and were both very instrumental in getting my return processed. A week ago, the store refused to take Amazon return, because the label printed as 3 lbs, but the box weighs 12 lbs. I had to go to nearby Staples for return at the time. Update - I changed rating of this business because I may not go there for amazon return anymore. The managers comment is totally different from what I heard from Amazon representative. Amazon had contract with UPS about receiving the return, and it depends on business term between the two companies for adjusting payment for the return if actual weight of the return is exceeded to the printed number. If I had to contact Amazon and reprint the label, why Staples receive same return package for Amazon?

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced with. Dropped off a package on 03/30/20, the cashier never scanned the package and told me to left behind the counter therefore I did not receive a receipt. Called them back to ask for a receipt they are claiming We gave out receipts to every packages that we received No, you did not apparently.The tracking hasnt been updated for about two weeks now, my package is probably stolen. I am here to advise everyone to get a receipt from them.

I am not surprised to see all the negative reviews and my experience today assures me they are very well deserved. I came with a very simple task : to return to Amazon items, one after UPS failed to make a delivery attempt. The first package was accepted but no receipt was given and Amazon is investigating what they did with the package. The other item had an appropriate label but the store insisted it was not. The paper itself stated or bring this label to a UPS store and I also had a yellow UPS ground label that UPS confirmed is sufficient for a UPS Store regardless of any Amazon documentation. All of this happened after waiting a significant period of time with just one person in front of me and atleast 6 employees standing around in the back clearly doing nothing. I advised the employee that the document was indeed sufficient at which time he asked me to lower my voice and watch my language (English?) and another employee chimed in as well stating the document needed was something else..a fact that both Amazon and UPS confirm is not the case. They simply did not take the time to review the documentation correctly most likely due to the laziness demonstrated prior. As an update, the other item I returned at this location has now been confirmed as received as I write this. I would urge anyone going to the UPS Store on Honeygo to read not just my review but all the reviews here and be prepared to be insistent with these belligerent ignorant individuals to do their job as if they dont youll have to deal with alternative pick-up like I did after all the time lost going to and in their store.Due to space limits reply to store owner in separate post. In response to Mr. Sheridans review. I left the Perry Hall store at 3:00 pm on Saturday after dropping off my Verizon equipment. I was the last one out the door and it was locked behind me. Both individuals behind the counter were pleasant and polite. Everyone at this location goes out of their way to assist persons that are having trouble. Every time Ive been to this store the service is great, and the employees are very friendly. Ive sent items with and without boxes at this store and they are very quick and reasonable on prices. It also has pretty convenient parking because theres entrances front and back. Great shop to work with.

You are going to shop wherever you want to shop, I am just giving you my experience so you can make a more educated decision. I shipped three cases of hand bells to Texas to be professionally cleaned for a church. The three boxes were so poorly packed that:* 25 of the 32 bells had broken discs and had to be replaced (at my expense) The extra discs cost me $798.00 dollars for those keeping score at home.* The delivery guy told the recipient that there was no way someone in their organization would pack boxes like that. (However the folks at this store did pack the boxes).I will readily admit that I did not get the shipping insurance (for the record I was never asked but I was aware that it existed) because it was already costing me close to $260 to ship. I dont know if that had anything to do with why these cases were so poorly packed. The store was full of customers so they did not pack my things right away.The second part of this story is when I went into the store to explain what had happened and to show pictures (the bell repair man was so appalled that he took pictures) the manager not only showed zero remorse, but as soon as I said I wasnt insured, he told me that UPS would not pay for the repairs, end of story. When I repeated what the delivery guy had said, he retorted well hes a delivery driver not a packer. Wasn’t that clever?So if you shop there, and forego the insurance, do so at your own risk. And the manager, who was clearly annoyed that he even had to get up from behind his desk, you should consider an industry where youre not interacting with other humans. Youll feel a lot better and we certainly will too.

The young lady ( Im using that term loosely) that waited on my autistic daughter and myself last week needs a lesson in customer service and manners. How does she still have a job after trying to engage me in a physical confrontation. The manager just stood there and let her run her mouth. Every time you walk in that store it sounds like there is a party going on in the back yet you cant find anyone to help you. Beware of the blonde hair young lady and her cohorts. Who else charges $2 to simply print a label that is supposed to be free?

What a rip off! And the only two (older) guys Ive ever seen when I come never say hello. Theres a recording on the door when you walk in that hardly replaces customer service. Its a small space so its not like they dont know someone walked in. Theyre not necessarily rude but definitely not inviting. They also add a different stipulation everytime I drop off a package. I suggest going elsewhere if its an option.

Im having mixed feelings about my review. On one hand I was greeted promptly and waited on to return 3 or 4 items. That could not have gone any smoother. On the other hand, when I asked about getting some documents notarized I was informed by the fellow behind the counter that he couldnt do it because he left his notary book at the other store. This was my main reason for being at this location. I had called on Friday to confirm that a notary would be present on Sat. and was told yes between 10am and 2pm. It was 12:30 when I arrived.Please get this problem fixed, I really do like your store.

When I came into your store I waited patiently as around a half dozen employees were chatting in the back and just one employee was working. There was just one person in front of me and yet the wait time to drop off a package was significant. Only when other people came into the store and the line got longer did a second individual begin working. I was not greeted politely or in a customary manner but rather as if I was being done a favor. Id also mention while I understand you are separate from UPS but all of this was the result of UPS failing to pick-up a package. As a result of that I contacted Amazon and Amazon provided me the document I showed your colleague. That document also very clearly states on it or bring this document to a UPS Store. Your colleage only glanced at the document and dismissed it. The attitude remained that of me inconviencing him with my returns. Due to this I told very point blank that this is the correct document. At that point I had not raised my voice. He then told me to watch my language and lower my voice. This was further representation of his unacceptable attitude. At this time he should have viewed my documentation and attempted to scan it per my request as it was indeed valid. I also had a UPS shipping label in bold yellow which I would assume he is acquainted with. He refused to do so. This entire ordeal is the result of your stores failure to fulfill your obligations to customers. You are correct I did tell him f--k you and it was richly deserved as he had already incorrectly told me to watch my language and lower my voice when I was guilty of neither offense but he was guilty of being an unprofessional, impolite store clerk., It was a richly deserved intrusion on your day after the undeserved one on mine. From numerous reviews on various platforms of your store I suspect I only said what many of the customers were thinking. I resent after coming to the store due to UPS failure and having to deal with inept employees that can not due a simple task of scanning a document that I also had to deal with the frustration the rudeness caused. There should never be a situation where a customer becomes enraged due to such blatant poor service. On my way to work after this waste of my time I contacted Amazon that confirmed that both labels I had were correct for drop-off. I stopped at UPS Store downtown and used the very label your store rejected. The employee was courteous and did say in a friendly tone I am not sure this document will work, let me the other one (the yellow one I had with me) and I asked him to scan the white document as I was told it would work and it did. When Amazon has a failed UPS pick-up the reissue for drop-off looks more like the pick-up label then the one when you originally request a drop off like I did with the second package since I had to take the other one to a location.As far as apologies go, rather then critique my attitude because your store doesnt do its job rather apologize to customers that wait for long periods of time to be served for unknown reasons and have to deal with impolite employees who cant be bothered to listen to a customer rather then insist they know best and try to dismiss them after they had been waiting in line. Your employees should have taken the time to treat my return as important and seek a solution. Judging upon the many reviews though this seems to be part and parcel for how they act on a normal basis.

One asked for helped and simply walked away. The other was enthusiastic and wanted to help but kept getting side tracked. After waiting in line for more then 30 minutes on Friday I was informed by the argumentative blonde behind the counter that my box was contaminated and could not be used. When I asked for an explanation she got loud and quite belligerent with me in front of other customers and employees. The labels on the box were the labels provided to me for shipping an item containing a battery. We were also told that Amazon returns could not be processed till the computers were restored due to the storm. However other people were allowed to just drop and go with no further interaction. Went to the store to ship something, they sent it to the wrong place. I went to the store back and tried to explain them that they made a mistake. The older white guy didnt even said (HI) to me or anything. Instead showing some customer service. The older white guy started yelling that we all make mistake. He even said to me go back your country. He showed me a middle finger. Im pretty sure they have cameras up there. the white older guy is very ignorant, racists. Instead helping me or apologize to me, started yelling and shouting. He said that he would beat me down if I dont go outside the store. I think he doesnt like foreign peoples. He shouldnt be working in that store. I would never go back to that place, and also will let all my friends knows about this incident. I dropped a package off there and should have asked for a receipt! It’s not tracking and I called the store and whoever “Bill” is told me the Post Office picked it up and I advised him I’ve NEVER had this issue before at other postal drop off spots. I asked him could he check the store to make sure it’s not on a shelf somewhere and he didn’t seem to care much. His customer service was very nonchalant, smug, and not helpful at all. I don’t think my package will turn up and I will never use this store for business EVER again!

Poor customer service, they didn’t provide me a tracking number and when I asked about one the associate told me I didn’t need one and now sprint didn’t receive my package I called and spoke with the manager Paul and he got on the phone with an attitude and said sorry I couldn’t help you right now and disconnected the call very rude to be a managerSo I get a response back from the owner he states that he asked for my number so he could call me back so that just tells me he didn’t communicate with his associates because I called an hour prior and his associate answer the and stated the manager was with a customer and he took my name and phone number I waited a whole hour and still no return call. Very rude employees. Was trying to ship a package and needed to write a number on the box ( the new box I had just paid for to ship my item) and the store clerk kept giving nasty attitude saying “ I’m not ready to pack the box so I can’t tell you”, “ I wasn’t going to pack the box yet”. I get packages delivered to that store. They dont call you when they receive them and when you call to ask if its delivered they tell you no it has been not. I called multiple times and every time they told me no delivery, until I checked the tracking myself and it showed the packages were sitting there for a week. At pick up they got defensive and threatened not to release the packages. Very impolite staff, the old guy there told me not to come back to that store.

Be careful at this location. I came in today,Tuesday the 10th with approx. 20lbs of old papers to get shredded. The older looking frail blonde behind the counter weighed what I had and charged me $20. I gave her a $20 dollar bill but she never rang it in. When I asked for a receipt she stated that we dont provide receipts for shredding and then walked in the back. I dont know if this is standard practice or not at this location but it just rubbed me the wrong way.

I dont know how this place is still in business if their computers never seem to work. The manager needs to be fired he is always rude to me when I come in too. The man I spoke to was very rude today told me my return code does not work here and said it’s a kohl’s return code . I understand that but it was a better way he could have said it very rude and honestly dont recommend this location and it’s a shame because usually they have nicer people working
