I found 4 packs of hanger extensions on clearance that i really needed. Its the one where you can connect an additional hanger and have multiple shirts attached to one hanger vertically. I love them! Gives me additional space to hang clothing and make room for more.

The cashier that helped us was very nice. She went out of her way to lift something very heavy so we could get the price. Very kind lady. I didnt get her name but I shopped on 9/18/21 around 4:00p.m!

Very helpful staff. Little girl Amanda I think was her name. Was very helpful and knowledgeable about sales and helped make shopping a lot of fun. She did a lot of suggestive selling on me and I ended up spending probably 50 dollars more than I had planned. How she isnt a district manager baffles my mind. Very smart intelligent woman.

I work for Bed Bath and Beyond, this store is getting better everyday, more clean, more staff.

While checking out there were two workers absolutely TRASH TALKING another customer while checking us out. We did not get a hello or any sort of conversation we were just left to listen to them have their own terrible personal convo. Not really wanting to go back knowing I will be trash talked by employees when I leave. Just extremely rude and disrespectful.

My granddaughter-in-law works there its a fun place to shop

This particular store was not fully stocked on my visit as a lot of areas were not fully stocked with merchandise staff was not very friendly or helpful. This store has really gone downhill in the last few years and its way overpriced compared to buying online.

I was absolutely shocked the other day at how bad this location has gone downhill! I was just shopping at a BB&B down in SC last week and the store was gorgeous! I have always loved my Perrysburg store and because of Covid, had not shopped in store for a while. What a mess! Disorganized. Empty shelves. Nothing in the right place. No workers anywhere to ask where something was. No carts anywhere. After searching for a while, I located a cart (I was buying a very large and heavy mirror). Then another long search to find a shower curtain liner (ridiculous!). When I got up to the register, I asked the clerk if the store was closing. That is what this place looked like to me!Very sad shopper.☹️

Front part of the store is very cramped

I placed an order online in mid-july. Got someone elses order initially so I sent it back. Never got a replacement 5 weeks later. After literally hours on hold I was able to cancel my order but was told it would be another 30 days (end of September) before my money is refunded. I love the store but will not be ordering anything online in the future.

Super nice store.

A little disorganized for such a small store. Not sure if they were moving stock around or merchandising. We were looking for tablrcloths and placemats . Everything was blah. So many stores have Easter colors out and this store had one end cap with Easter theme but it was kinda boring.

So tired of checking before going and then after driving there to find out the item I want is an online item only. This is the third time Ive called to see if they carry item and have in stock to then go and they say nope you can only get it online. Im done shopping at this place.

Received horrible service last time we were there. Were the only ones checking out and stood there for a good time before anyone even acknowledged us.

Was disappointed when I went there last week. As I walked in I wanted to sanitize my cart handle because covid, but the wipes were out. I told the cashier right away that they were out and she didn’t do anything about it. Then told another employee in the middle of the store that they were out. I left 1 hour later and they were still not refilled. Should be taking cleaning a bit more serious with covid!

ASHLEY.... Manager yelling at customers and employees for no reason!!! Mistreatment of customers is bad but mistreatment of employees is just as bad! Really hope she reads this. Tried phone number listed online and got some Indian call center for online shopping only. FIRE HER!!!!

If I could’ve given this store no stars I would have. I love Bed Bath & Beyond and was a regular customer but the Perrysburg, Oh store will no longer be included in that. The worker who helped me with a curb side order because I had small children in the car was beyond rude on the phone and even worse once she came to the car. I will not return.

My husband and I went here to get our bedding and again to get a new blender. The 20% off coupon you can get online is very helpful. They had a great selection of high end sheets and a decent selection of blenders. We are very happy with all of our purchases from here.

I only get this Bed Bath & Beyond 3 stars, only because their products are really overpriced. I can find the exact same thing for either 1/3 or half the price that they are charging for. It seems like the only way you can get a really good deal at the store as of you are a part of their melling list and/or have their mobile app for their coupons. They do have a lot of options to choose from, some that you can find that other stores. Its just that I think they are very overpriced.

Well organized, clean, and great prices on the kids sheets I needed

Was able to shop for 10 minutes because they close at 8p.m., an hour earlier than everyone else.. Need better hours.

These people saved me from freezing my butt off! I originally went in to return a faulty oil diffuser, which they gladly helped me with. About half-way through shopping, I realized that I had locked my keys in my car. So at about 5:15pm I called roadside assistance, but they werent going to get to me until 7:15pm, which was 15 minutes past closing time. The staff got me chair and let me hang out at the front of the store until the locksmith should have arrived... but he never did. I ended up calling a whole new service at 7:15pm to unlock my car. All in all, the store manager on duty stayed with me in the store past closing to make sure I got in my car and didnt have to wait in the cold. They were very kind and understanding!

Expensive and like no selection for pots and pans

The aisles are so narrow, it was hard to push the cart anywhere without knocking into things. Prices have always been higher, but you know you are getting good quality. Coupons are helpful.

Very organized, awesome displays with a large selection to choose from and prices to fit any bodys budget. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of stores product lines. Also I noticed many products that you see on TV were avaliable to purchase today. I was impressed and happy with what I purchased.

Employees were helpful and I found what I was looking for quickly. I would have stayed longer if they had a motorized cart, but they didnt.

I knew what I needed. Took it to the register and was on my way. 10 minutes total on Christmas eve and the cashier was really friendly, too. Great experience.

If you like Bed Bath & Beyond then you know what to expect here. My wife and I always love shopping at any BB&B. While many of the products they carry can be found elsewhere, they simply carry a lot of things the other stores do not and oftentimes a larger selection.

I was ordered by my M.D. to sleep w/ head elevated. I purchased a wedge pillow from B.B & B. for that purpose. Other wedge pillows at less expensive prices at discount stores were not firm enough and collapsed under my head, rendering them useless. The one I purchased from B.B.& B. Is Firm and will serve my purpose.

The years Ive been to Bed Bath. I always get STUCK with the same Cashier. Omg, instead of the Hi, its pitch the sale and get into the BUSINESS of the others cashiers customer. So Ive asked different friends to go in. Three of them said the same. Ive tried making small talk, saying hello first and still nothing. The only reason i go there is because its maybe 10 minutes from my house. Need another place like the one on Monroe that takes 20 min. Smh...not Cool
