I had to recycle some old electronics, and the employees were so helpful! They were so patient in finding out what size boxes I needed for their recycling program and worked to find the best deal for me. Throughout the entire time, employees remained friendly and positive. I could not recommend this location enough!

Went to have printing done. Poor customer service. In the printing department. Was told I would have to wait 24 hours to have the job done. Asked if there was another Office Max/ Depot in the toledo area and he told me he didn’t know. There are two, Monroe street and Alexis Rd. Employee told me that he was busy because the closed the Spring Meadows Office Max. Yet had no additional help. Poor management. I was prepared to purchase a $300+ printer and some office supplies. After my experience, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Don’t shop Office Max/Depot in Perrysburg.

Came in 07/31/2020 and got wrong info about faxing papers and had to come back today to redo( you cannot fax front and back). Brooke came to my rescue and assisted me with correct information and a friendly smile ( in spite of my frustration). Thanks for making it all better.

I have never seen such caring and concern staff anywhere else. I thank you so much for helping me out today. My baby got locked in the car in the parking lot. Office max staff called help for me. I highly appreciate your time.

This location rocks! I needed to get some signs done at the last minute for a golf outing. Lindsay back in the print shop did a great job of not only designing and printing my signs, but met my short deadline. I can’t thank them enough for helping me out.

OfficeMax.....well, has it all! Super clean stores. Amazingly helpful staff and products for home AND office!!! Did I mention that this place is awesome?!?

Very organized, bright ligths and appealing to eye. Amazing staff ready to help. You can find variety supplies but limited on the quantity, but they can order and ship them to you with no charge depend on $ spent.

I love this store they have anything you need for your office or home computer. They also carry pens and other writing utensils, different, pads, poster boards, along with a bunch of electronics for home and office alike. They also carry office furniture in some stores.

This is the second chance for this place to try to use the copy center, I stood there ignored for 20 mins only to be told that a simple lamination of 2 pieces of paper will take 3 hours? Last time it was 2 hours? Really? Laminating take literally 5 minutes max, will never return again to this useless store.

Have been shopping at this Office Max for several years and Dean, the Store Manager, has always gone above and beyond to help me with any needs. Excellent customer service! Thanks Dean!
