Our experience with Cutting Edge Counter Countertops was exceptional. From the time we purchased, measuring to install we received the best service. The gentleman that came to our home to install were so polite and accommodating and clean. We appreciated the CAD Design team for allowing us to view what the slabs would look like put in. We would definitely return for future projects. The only hiccup in the road is from time to schedule a measuring apt to install was at least 4-6 week lead time.

We purchased new countertops from Cutting Edge in Perrysburg, OH inclusive of removal of old tops and full installation of the new quartzite countertops. Evan T. and Cory W. from the Indianapolis office arrived at the scheduled time and were very efficient in the removal and installation. Both paid attention not to damage anything during the removal and installation. Particularly appreciated was the fact that they kept the doors closed when entering and exiting the house so our kitties would not venture out.Evan and Cory used newer technology to have the tops seamlessly match. As a result, no uneven seams - Splendid.Also to mention, both left the place spotless as they cleaned during the installation.The entire removal and installation took just 3 1/2 hrs and it should be noted we have a big kitchen.Overall, the process of selection with Anna from the Perrysburg office, the laser measuring by Kevin and the actual installation went perfect from our view. We are very happy with it and eagerly await the backsplash installation which puts the final touch to it.Highly recommended company and personnel.

We are very pleased with our countertops! Everything went smoothly and they were installed on schedule. We paid extra for the Granite Lay out but it was well worth it. Michelle worked with me to get the layout exactly how I wanted it. And it’s perfect! We were a little skeptical about paying 100% up front but took the chance and Cutting Edge followed through. While they were booked out pretty far, they communicated the expected time frame from the beginning, everything happened when expected, and once it was time to schedule installation the first thing they offered was an open spot due to a cancellation. This is the 3rd project we used Cutting Edge. We go back every time because we know it will be done right and timely. Staff is excellent and knowledgeable and their installers are courteous and thorough. Just had quartz installed in our bath and it’s beautiful.

We had a good experience with Cutting Edge at all levels. The people the showroom, the guys that came to measure and the guys that came to install were all very knowledgeable and professional. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there is a huge bead of silicone between the back of my counter and the wall due to a bow in my wall. I’m not sure if this could have been corrected by cutting the stone to match the wall.

We had a great experience with Cutting Edge for our quartz countertop that was installed this week. The install crew did a really good job as they were professional and careful with the large heavy pieces. I was particularly impressed with their seam work where the cuts do not disrupt the pattern at all and the seam line is virtually invisible. You can tell that Cutting Edge really cares about selecting the cut locations and pattern orientation to get the best looking design for the layout of your specific kitchen. The people who measured and coordinated the project were great as well, and answered all my questions as we considered different options. It was really nice getting near the end of our kitchen remodel and having the countertop process just go perfectly.

From Laura in the office who contacted us with appointments to Carl and Greg who did the template, to Brandon Cruze and Zach Sutter who did the phase 1 install and ending with Tyler and Corey who finished with the phase 2, all were great to work with. We were amazed at the time they spent at each step to make sure everything was perfect. They answered every question and we really appreciated how careful they were with our product and our cabinets. We used cutting edge and they did a great job. They are knowledgeable and professional. We started with Lauren who helped us through the design process with little tips like the chip saver around the sink to finishing with Corey and Evan. Corey and Even did a great job with the install. Worst part of the entire thing was Evans bad dad jokes. Actually they were funny. You may want to have some counter top jokes ready to fire back at him. Anyway the experience was great. We went to the big box store while working with cutting edge and the cost ended up being similar, but the knowledge was not even close. I would gladly spend the extra couple hundred dollars to have this experience again. The big blue store is basically like Walmart, they have no clue what they are selling. Stick with the pros, in this field, it is cutting edge. Thank you for all your help.

The guys who installed were great. Very professional. My cupboards had to be cut out to install my sink. Wish they wouldn’t have cut as much out but that’s ok. And the saw dust that ended up in my drawers from cutting out the sink was a bit much, wish I would’ve known so I could’ve taken items out. But the whole experience was great! I cannot take away rating based on those little things. Really glad we went with Cutting edge. Over all a great experience and super easy to work with!

From start to finish the entire process went very smoothly. Ordering, measuring, and installation were all handled very professionally.For the installation part, Josh and his crew were right on time, worked very quickly and professionally to install our outdoor fire table and grill area tops. They look amazing!We are very pleased, and will always contact Cutting Edge Countertops first, anytime we need another countertop.

Countertops look great, most people were very friendly and helpful, but our new glass cooktop got scratched/cracked during installation and we didn’t notice it since we couldn’t use our kitchen for 24 hours after installation. When we reached out to Cutting Edge to tell them, they said it isn’t visible on the install pictures that were taken halfway across our kitchen. The crack isn’t visible unless you’re standing in front of or over the cooktop, so of course it wasn’t visible in the picture they took! After going back and forth with them a few times, they eventually stopped responding.***As a response to the owners message: there were 3 or 4 SMALL items left on the stove. Also, our kitchen is small, so it was taken halfway across our kitchen (not to mention I was in the kitchen when the photo was take .) I have the photo that the installers took and it is impossible to see the scratch from the photo. For the owners of Cutting Edge to act as if they know better than us is ridiculous. We also took images from that same spot and you can’t see the scratch in those either. While we don’t have physical proof that this was caused during installation, we know that the scratch wasn’t there before the install, and our kitchen wasn’t used for over 24 hours due to not having plumbing. We noticed the scratch as soon as we used our stove the following evening (Friday evening.) We told Cutting Edge that we couldn’t prove the scratch was caused by them, but we would let everyone know that we fully believe it was and that’s exactly what I’m doing. We weren’t even upset over the situation, we were just letting them know what happened but they decided to blame us, tell us that their picture didn’t show anything when we’ve proven that a photo taken from that angle wouldn’t show anything because you don’t see the scratch until you’re standing right in front of the stove, and when they finally stopped responding to us altogether. Again, we were never demanding a new stove, simply letting them know of a minor problem, but they instantly took defense and blamed us (and clearly still blame us) for something we know we didn’t cause.

The measuring technician was professional and answered all my questions. The installers were prompt and verified all my project specification were correct before they started the install. They explained what they were doing and why they were doing what they did. They cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied with the installers work process.

They put tarps down to protect my new living room carpet without me asking them to and they wore masks the entire time without me asking them to. To the team in Perrysburg, I can’t tell you how much I really love these countertops. And how professional the team was in scheduling and installing. They didn’t have to but the complimented my choice of kitchen remodel (cabinets, flooring, etc.) ... they walked in the front door... and the first words I heard was ‘wow’. They shared how good the install was (how square everything was). They kept things neat while they worked, and they cleaned up anything that was needed.A process that can be stressful in itself, was a breeze.

Sales folks super helpful and answered all our questions. Always able to get a hold of folks even when we called with questions. Solid communication on delivery time. Believe the pricing is fair. Installers seemed to know what they were doing and were very polite. After install suggested we wait 24 hours to plumb and we did. I did my own plumbing. Be sure and use only plumbers putty for granite and other natural products.

I placed an order for quartz countertop $4400. First of all cutting edge countertops did not let me see the slab since according to this business you can see any slab except quartz. Cutting edge installed our countertop. A few days later I noticed that they installed the wrong quartz countertop. I purchased Stonemark quartz and color was Calacatta Vicenza with Matte Finish. Instead Cutting edge installed Belenco quartz and color was 6114 Belluno. There’s also website markings all over my countertop. I called Shelby and she insisted that this was the right quartz. She said the reason it was a different product was because the name changes between companies due to naming rights. Beware this company sells you a product and they manufacture whatever they want. Precision countertop also fail to install my countertop properly. The countertop has a series of deficiencies such as: website markings, damages, marks, several gaps between the countertop and the wall, and the countertop is not proportional (ex. the right side appears to be smaller. I called Shelby again and they made an appointment to send someone to take a look at my countertop. The day of the appointment Justin asked me to reschedule the appointment for morning instead of afternoon. He said that he was ordered to remove the website markings from my countertop and that he needed a morning appointment instead. I was under the impression that cutting edge was going to send someone to take a look at my countertop and damages and they were going to tell me what options I had to get it resolved. I called Shelby once again and explained to her my concerns. Shelby lied about our conversation and she said I refused to let Justin in my house. I received an email a few hours later that said I had already signed the contract at the day of installation and that they were not going to fix anything. This company is extremely dishonest.

The guys worked quickly. They were very pleasant. THE COUNTERTOPS ARE BEAUTIFUL!

During the install, the first sink I got was defective, and even though I lived in Napoleon, someone drove another sink to my house so the install would not be delayed. Our contractor sent us to Cutting Edge. We were very pleased with the sales experience. The sales person listened to what we wanted and helped us quickly identify some options in our moderate price range. Unfortunately things got a little confused after the sales process. Our drawings were delayed and our contractor had to push a bit to find out what was happening. Once the glitch was worked out, delivery was scheduled quickly. The countertop is beautiful except that one end was clearly also the end of the slab. The colored veins are almost absent and the last two inches of a beautiful white, gold, silver countertop is mostly just white. Even so, its a beautiful improvement on what was there before, and I subscribe to my mother-in-laws sage advice. If guests in your home want to look that hard for something to criticize, you ought to reward them with something to find.

Cutting edge made the entire quartz buying process very easy. All staff were professional and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the end product.

Cutting edge crew - measuring and installers did a great job installing new kitchen countertop and bathroom vanity install. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the peninsula cutout was not exactly flush to the wall on one side and I had to push hard to request a redo of that piece. Once the supervisor was notified, he personally came in and addressed the issue as per my satisfaction. I definitely recommend cutting edge for their vast selection of materials and teams that co-ordinate all dates and timelines from selection to install.

The receptionist at Cutting Edge is very unpleasant and rude. They need to find someone who is at least pleasant when you walk in the door. After my one minute interaction with this sour person I knew this wasn’t the place I wanted to deal with.

Will full update after installation, but so far I was not very happy with their service. I called yesterday to get the time frame which they would be arriving at my house (12:30-3:30) I was given a yes, they would call before their arrival. Today I went to my house at 12:10 only to find the tech let himself in, didnt call me but instead called my husbands phone, which I specifically told them yesterday during our conversation not to call because he was at work and I gave them my number. So not only did he show up early, he didnt call my number, and let himself in. Mind you we are remodeling this house so we are not currently living there but that was extremely unprofessional. But, on a positive note when I called to complain after speaking to Maxwell and Jason I feel they are going to handle this matter and their response was appropriate in apologizing to me stating this is not their policy. I will share pictures and updates when my countertop is installed.

Cutting Edge Countertops has been great to work with, their customer service with handling any issues has been excellent so far. The only con I had was no call or email reminder before coming to install the countertop, I didn’t know even a general time to expect on the day they came until the installers called when coming to our house (I’m assuming this was because it was the first business day of the new year in January). Overall, they seem to be a very knowledgeable and personal company.

I started a kitchen renovation that took around 5 months to get to a point where countertops were possible, both Samantha and Anna were so helpful in finding the right top for me that fit my budget and making sure it was installed as quick as possible. I also had great installers, my kitchen is small and in an older style home but both Alex and Nick were unfazed by its difficulties and the final product looks better than I even imagined! I dont just hand out 5 star reviews... This is a GREAT company. Some of the best communication Ive ever seen with a business. Yes, youre going to spend a lot of money here. BUT, that old adage still holds true today; You get what you pay for. Sure, you might be able to go to a big box store and save some money, or find some kind of fly-by-night counter top place and save a few bucks... But man, if you have an issue with installation or anything, youll be wishing you went with a company like this. From start to finish, everything was stellar. Their quartz product is very nice and their installation team is excellent. We had a small issue where the sealant on a seam for our back splash looked a little discolored. I called to inquire about it. No problem at all, they scheduled an appointment and things were handled perfectly. A company like this stands behind their work and that is critical when you are spending LARGE amounts of money on a counter top. Dont be foolish, spend a bit more and go with a company like Cutting Edge.

Recently had a poor experience with this company related to install of countertops and customer service.Our installation was scheduled for 12-3p and my husband had to take time to be home for this. The installers didn’t show up until 5:30 and made comments about how our dinner smelled good. We felt that the installation was rushed. The backsplash piece was not even cut right (after my husband had to take a day off for their guys to measure everything beforehand). they had to cut the piece in our driveway while it was dark outside to make it fit. Now the polished edges do not match. The wood siding in our home was scratched while they installed the back splash as well.After they left, we realized that they had screwed the screws for the under-mount sink installation bars right through the side of our cabinet. This is on an exposed side of the cabinet that is right in the line of sight as you come into the room.After multiple attempts to communicate with the company, they have continued to refuse to make this right. They wanted to put a veneer piece over our expensive plywood construction cabinets to cover their mistake. We asked for compensation to replace the cabinet and installation/removal of it. They were not willing to compensate us for the damage. The representative and manager for the company never called us back when they were supposed to. We had to continue calling and leaving messages just to simply get a call back. It is some of the worst customer service I have dealt with.

We recently bought new countertops from Cutting Edge Countertops. They had a large selection to pick from and helped us find exactly what we needed for our kitchen and master bathroom. They did an expert job measuring and cutting the countertops and the installation was professionally done. Overall, they did a top notch job from start to finish.

Horrible experience!! Had a problem after 30 days and contacted our project manager. They sent out a tech “Mickey”. Who stormed in and out of my house calling his supervisor. Misconstrued what I said. Was looking for any reason to say I voided my warranty which I doubt even exists! I wasn’t looking for a anything for free just wanted an answer to what had happened and a possible solution. Unfortunately I wouldn’t trust them to fix it!! They do not stand behind their product. Do your homework, I’m so sorry I chose this company!!Update...This etching /dulling occurred prior to the one time use of vinegar and water solution on my center island. I sent pictures 2 weeks after install with the damage with only soap and water used. This also occurred on my main countertop that never had any vinegar water solution on it! I tried to tell your tech that and he basically said I was lying! This is a he said she said scenario and I can’t believe your customer wouldn’t come first in this situation. Again... misconstrued information and Horrible customer service. I’m still appalled at how I was treated. Just remember one unhappy customer can lead to a lot of lost business! Thousands of dollars in your case! Hope it’s worth it!

I work right here at the headquarter located at Perrysburg, so I deal with all the slabs from customers orders. My favorite so far is the Calacatta Bianca stones. Beautiful streaks that goes along the slabs and I love to see how it goes with peoples kitchen when they post it online. Right now you need an appointment to visit. I wasnt aware of that and they were gracious enough to allow me to come in and work with me. They have a great selection, were very professional and were able to meet my needs. Im looking forward to getting my counters installed. It is a wait but of no fault of their own. Its due to Covid.
