Be careful when Ordering with this company. They delivered the wrong materials 2 1/2 months ago. They are more worried about who’s fault it was theirs or my builders. I tried to get answers they won’t talk to me as a homeowner. Either way I’m still sitting here with the wrong materials. Talk to the manager at the Toledo location no help whatsoever. I guess the most important part is that they already have my money thanks a lot Wimsatt

My husband and I are in the process of building of a new house in Virginia and were given pamphlets from the builder there with information we were to make choices from. In researching the building materials stores in our area that we could visit to see the materials we were directed to Wimsatt. They had just moved into the new store. We met Mat who was very gracious and informative even knowing we were not going to be purchasing in Toledo. I found him to be knowlegable and helpful in making suggestions for our use. As a small business and contractor, I’ve done business with almost all of the building supply companies in NW Ohio and Michigan and i must say Wimsatt is blowing everyone out of the water. I’ve never had a late delivery *knock on wood*, short on materials or damages to a customers home. I used this company for 3 jobs in the last 4 months. Apparently they just had a policy change on their returns. Instead of politely explaining the change to me, the saleswoman argued with me, then put me on hold without actually saying, could you please hold, returned shortly, argued more, then got her manager who was too busy telling me a sob story about how busy they are instead of politely telling me they had a policy change and if I didnt have $200 plus of returns they would be unable to pick up the returns. All I wanted to know was when they changed their policy, but I couldnt get a word in edgewise. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a business before. I am getting my business started and was going to ask about how to go about getting an account with them, but after the rudeness with which i was treated I will no longer bring my business to this company. The saleswoman had went as far as to say, now I know the bundles of shingles are heavy, but.. Seriously!?!?!? Like she ever carried singles in her life!!! Never again.
