MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD AT THIS BEST BUY, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT! THE GUY WAS VERY HELPFUL. THOUGHT THEY COULD HAVE HAD MORE SELECTION BUT I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS STORE.
Quite disappointed by this store. The choice and product availability is quite poor. Even display are most of the time lacking product and not very well organized. I went few times over there to discover that the product I want was not available. They offer to order it for me!! I can do that myself online. Whats the purpose of going to a store is they dont have inventory. If I need to visit a Best Buy now I go to the one in Toledo. More choice and more inventory.
I went to Best Buy on 12/27/2014 looking for a Surface Pro 3. I was greeted by a gentlemen by the name of Rob. I was not too impressed with his presence or his ability to want to help me. I fully intended on purchasing a Surface Pro 3 or a Mac Book. He was very condescending and gave me the impression that he was not going to assist me in my purchase. It is imperative that customer service representatives at Best Buy are equipped with the right skills to help customers with their purchase. Its not just product knowledge its also people skills. The end result is that I did not purchase from your location....
The staff here was friendly. At first, the guy helping me seemed like he was not going to be very talkative. But he proved me wrong; nice kid.Clean store, great overall selection.
My home Best Buy store is the one in Spring Meadows and for the most part, I have had a really good experience over there. This Perrysburg store has a different feel. I never feel welcome at this location and the quality of service is greatly lacking in comparison to Spring Meadows. I spend a good amount of money at Best Buy in general. Only reason I had gone to this one was due to the location in comparison to where I work. Not great. Step it up, BBY!
We had excellent service! But, disappointed that they took away the Nintendo Hot Zone. I would a lot of days go in there just for that but still buy something on my way out. Now I buy my movies elsewhere because of that.
This Best Buy has a small inventory. The last 5 times I have been here I have walked out empty handed because they either dont carry the item or is out of stock. Just take the time and go to the Best Buy on Monroe street in Toledo
They had the items I wanted in stock. I was happy about that.Unfortunately, their employees didnt have the right information to answer the questions I had. I challenged them and they went off the knowledge in their heads. I was able to call a friend and look online to answer my questions correctly.A store like this isnt much more than a showroom at this point. Its sad that its come to that. But two employees couldnt come up with the right answer, so why wouldnt I just buy online?
I was in this store a couple of weeks before to look at tablets. I had a bad experience at another Best Buy in Toledo. The young man was very helpful and answered the questions I asked. I came back today to look at tablets again and the very same young man asked if he could help me. I told him I came back because of him. He again went through the features of the tablets with me and answered more questions. I already own a couple of Samsung 8 inch tablets and wanted a 10.1. So I ended up buying a Samsung Tab 4 10.1. I told the young man I bought it because of him and I came back because of him. I voted with my money for this Best Buy because of him. I even told the security people at the door as I left. Thanks for hiring awesome people to give real customer service.
Best Buy has almost everything I need for my tech buys. It is always friendly in there.

This is absolutely heart breaking that they will take your money and lie on you so Be cautious if you dont get the product that same day! I bought a range, fridge and a dryer on June 17th 2017 in the store and I paid in full with cash! They called me saying that my order is cancelled and Ill receive a check in two weeks in the mail. In the beginning they had no explanation as to why it was cancelled then the story turned into we received a phone call from you saying you want to cancel. Im shocked! I cant believe my ears. Best buy just told me I called them. I need appliances I have small kids under 6. My 1 year old needs to eat we all need to eat so I did not cancel my order! So I asked for them to play the recording of me calling in, they wouldnt play it. There is fraudulent activity going on in this company and its scary to think you give them over 2k dollars cash and theyll make up any excuse to not give you your products you paid for and youll have to wait for a refund check that you didnt even ask for, in the mail. Im moving into a house this weekend with 3 small children and my husband. How can I move in without a way to store and cook food for my family? These ppl are running a scam and it makes me wonder what else theyll do with my name next. ? I will never return. Overpriced items and bad customer service. Where is corporate?
They had what I needed and I was in and out, more of an amazon guy but needed a HDD that day, pretty good price though

I am increasingly surprised that BB is still able to stay open. Their prices are normally far above what I can find online, their pricing matching policy forbids matching much online pricing, and their return windows are short.
Dont bother calling. They apparently no longer answer their phones at 2pm on a Thursday afternoon. Waited on their automated hold for 20+ minutes.
This is my favorite Best Buy as it is located near other shopping areas and is never crowded.

Absolutely horrible to deal with on warranty..... The female manager at the Perrysburg, Ohio location should be fired. She acted like she didnt have time to deal with my situation. I asked her for her bosses contact information and all she could say was we handle all concerns in house. Well guess what princess I got your bosss information (Mrs. Kristy Roop). She will be receiving an email from me.
