For such a large company, I am surprised at how poorly it is run. Hiab just realized that they did not charge my company credit card for parts we ordered 9 months ago. I didnt notice either unfortunately; we order a lot. I wish I had. With no notice, no courtesy at all, they started charging our card without telling us what had happened. And when I called to inquire about the first surprise charge, they should have told me more were coming but never mentioned it. The hits keep coming. Its sneaky, cowardly, deceitful, unprofessional and just bad business.In addition, I have a customer who has been waiting for a unit to be repaired for the past 9-10 months. I have called Hiab every month asking about the availability of the needed parts. Not in stock; on back order. For nine months! Finally, someone took the time this month to look further and discovered the parts had actually been restocked but our order was overlooked. Are you kidding me? After a dozen phone calls. Ridiculous. So those parts finally arrived but then so did all of these other mystery charges. When you order parts and give them your credit card info, you better check to make sure the charge goes through or you may get mystery charges 9 months later like we did - without a courtesy call.No apology. No consideration for the fact that were a small business and how catching up their error all at once with no notice would impact us.Sorry Hiab but you dont even deserve 1 star. Wish it could be lower.

I really didnt even want to give it a star. I am having so many issues trying to get an order correct for the past month for a customer of ours. I have talked to at least 8 people from there. My customer is livid and so am I and no one there can help me. FRUSTRATING!!!! WALTCO DIVISION
