Most selection of bikes that I have seen at a Harley Dealer since 2009. Great Dealership without the jump down your throat approach. Clothing and parts dept spot on. Glad we stopped in and visited while we traveled Ohio.

I ordered. An item and had an to wait a month to get it. Had to go back 3times to get the correct item. Then they charged me extra money to get what I paid for over a month ago. Will go elsewhere next time.

Walked in the dealership on 10-2-21, walked directly toward a Roadglide CVO. Greeted by Josh, told me Mark the sales manager had built the bike. Told me of all the upgrades on it, fired the bike up and it emitted blue smoke from the exhaust, like mosquito repellent. When asked him about that, was told that all Harleys do that when first started, told him he would have to prove that to me, I’ve ridden Harleys for 20 plus years and never experienced that before. He fired up a couple others, no smoke. Asked him the price of a vivid black roadglide special, he then told me $32000, asked if that was OTD, no plus TT&L and miscellaneous other fees. Almost $5000 over MSRP? What a joke. Never darken the door way of that place again. Don’t waste your time and especially your money here.

Super unfriendly employees. It was not a busy day at all. I didn’t see any other customers. The guy in the service department was ok. The woman cashier barely acknowledged my existence. This is a good example as to why Harley dealerships are closing all over the country. Will not go there for service, to buy a bike or accessories. I will find a mechanic who wants my business

The whole purchasing experience was great. They treated me like I was part of the family. I was introduced to all departments. Questions were all answered.

Took my bike up for service recently, all my bike needs it a fuse or relay for my air ride. They won’t work on it and are trying to get me to ride it out of there with the frame nearly touching the ground- extremely dangerous. Service called me today and said “we need your bike taken out of here today” (24 hours after I dropped it off to them). Not sure who the female manager is but she’s terrible. I’ve been spending money here for years and buying new motorcycles from them, and now that I have a custom harley they won’t even touch my bike even after accepting it in for service! There are some really great staff up there but this specific manager is terrible.

They are the best. I ride a Wing, pulled in to get fuel. Signature Harley right beside it. Pulled in there to have look around, my Buds ride Harleys.Buy them gifts. Brought shot glass home gave to bud at bar, some one scooped it, pretty low I know. I called Signature Harley, I live in Ontario, Canada. Spoke to a very nice rep there explained what happened, gave her my credit card, even said she could keep it open till final bill, asked for the same duck shot glass. They sent it to me in the mail. Along with two Poker Chips from there. Great to be treated that way. Lots respect for Harley, and Signature Harley Davidson.Thank You very much.

So I have a bike in storage with signature this winter and Im leaving for Florida soon. I have another bike in a storage down the road on Fremont pike. When i asked what they would charge me to go get the other bike and bring it back to the dealership so i could load them together their reply was NO CHARGE! WONT COST YOU NOTHING. GREAT PEOPLE!!

Stopped by to check out a new bike...lol...but everyone was pretty busy! See a couple guys in service dept. Asked if they had any more used bikes....Paul in the service dept. Says right this way asked a few questions and was showing me exactly what I was looking for. Talked with sales when they was free and now know what kind of bike to look for when Im ready. Even though they didnt make a sale they took care of every question I had. Thanks guys I will be back to get a bike when Im ready....hopefully soon!!!

Have been pretty happy with Signature. My only bad experience was when I had my bike in for service I paid to have it detailed but all I got was an expensive bike wash.

Nice dealership

This Harley Davidson was on our way home from Cedar Point. Decided to stop in. The customer service was outstanding. The women working in apparel were very helpful. Although it is a Harley dealership the clothing was not overly priced compared to other Harley places. Clearance items were actually just that, paid $24 for a shirt that is still almost $60 every place else. Motorcycles are priced lower than other dealers. Would definitely recommend to stop.

There are a large selection of bikes and the staff is super friendly.Last summer I ended up getting a small rock in my eye while riding on I-75S. I pulled off the highway and went over to HD, timid since I ride a Ninja. But they were extremely nice and treated me like a fellow rider. Ill definitely be paying them a visit when Im ready for my next bike.

Not only do they have a wide variety of gorgeous bikes positioned across their large showroom, they also take pride in supporting their local community.Today, my wife and I were very impressed that SHD offered pictures with the Easter Bunny and hosted an Easter Egg Hunt for the youngsters. Our son really enjoyed his one on one time with the Easter Bunny and making his rounds, collecting Easter eggs throughout their dealership. Thank you to Signature and their friendly and patient staff for giving our son and us a special day!

My review is based on store atmosphere, customer service, price and cool factors. I cannot comment on bike sales or mechanical service.Signature HD is a small shop that is clean an well organized. There is a decent selection of bikes and motor clothes. Pricing is average, not much on the sale rack.The shop will supply the locals with what they need, but lacks the cool factor that would encourage a traveler to stop in for a visit. The shop is just missing that WOW factor.

If you love HARLEYS its a great place to be.

Very disappointed. Stopped in on Thursday the 16th around 3 and not 1 employee acknowledged me or spoke to me in the 20 minutes that I was there. I was was looking at apparel and new bikes however conversations behind the counters were more important. Off to another Harley dealer I will go!

This place is a joke!!!! The service department is terrible. We have been trying to get a recall fixed on our 2014 Street glide for 3 months now. They originally told us 6-8 weeks. Every time I call to see if our parts are in they seem to have misplaced our information so we have to start the process all over again. We have ordered parts 3 times!!!! I can understand this happening one time because people do make mistakes but three times is ridiculous I will not give them another minute of my time or dime of my money.Since I posted this bad review, I have been contacted by signatures service department and they apologized. They said they want to make things right so my husband and I are giving them another chance. We do appreciate that they own their mistake and apologized. I am bumping my review up to 3 stars verses the initial 1 star because of this. Maybe once everything works out they will get all 5.

Nice sales people Now there maintenance department on the other hand first Ill start with last summer I bought my 2012 super glide in the first three months it spent over one month in the shop the last time the bike went from 4th gear to first after they told me everything was good then this year I took it in to have them fix the heat shield now it sounds so bad i hate to ride whatever you do take your bike somewhere else and only buy new bikes from here the mechanics havent touched them yet.

This place use to store bikes for active military for free while they are gone. They no longer do that. When I asked if they still support military they said no

Might be my only review on here but these boys saved me middle of nowhere came to get me immediately and stayed late to get me running again on my trip from chicago to New York. Great guys in service and knowledgeable give them business for sure. Amazing people thanks again fellas
