Got a kitchen aid dishwasher. Amazing customer experience. The folks there are not pushy and give you breathing room. These are slightly blemished or imperfect appliances that have full manufacturers warranty. I was initially very skeptical about getting a major appliance from a non-chain heavy weight (Home Depot/ Lowe’s etc.) I’ve only had this for a day but the installation and haul away was seamless and professional. And most importantly, the dishwasher itself is really good quality while paying a total of $300 less than a chain store, excl. installation costs. Don’t discount this store as an option. They have great selection and you really get a great value for money with a peace of mind. Just be aware that the store doesn’t have parking but street parking is easy, specially if you go on a weekday.Keep it up guys!! Special thanks to Jessica who helped us with the purchase!

In the past 5 years, I purchased a double oven, washer/dryer set, and a few weeks ago a beautiful refrigerator. We have been able to get top of the line appliances for a much better price. My grandfather and Grandma had immigrated from Hungary and owned this location in the early 1900s, We went every weekend from Pennyslvania to visit them.It was a grocery store then and had fresh meat and produce .About 15 years ago I took my daughters to see where their great grandparents lived.The gentleman was nice enough to give us a tour, and we gave him a picture of Grandpa to put in the store.I will always have a soft place in my heart for the memory of Grandpas store..

Went in 2 weekends ago to buy a washer and dryer for our home. We needed a stackable due to the location the units are going. Picked out a couple of Samsung units and paid. We did all the proper measuring to ensure they would fit. Set up delivery for Jan 2nd. I get a call on 12/31 saying the dryer I picked out was sold but they had another one that was a different color. Strike 1. Frustrated I said it was fine and still deliver them because I needed the dryer. Day of delivery my mother sat at the house for delivery as my boyfriend and I both had work. Saw them on my Ring camera show up. Guy 1 walks in my house and sees the closet and says the units wont fit because of a door moulding and the exhaust vent in the back is too long. Strike 3. Fine, we can reschedule delivery and we will take care of those 2 things. I call my bf and have him call the store to set up delivery and find out how short the vent needs to be. The manager tells him 2 inches shorter. 10 minutes after that call my bf gets another call saying the install is too dangerous because of location and they wont install them, just deliver. Strike 3. I cant lift a 300lb dryer on top of a washer and were not qualified to install them, apparently they werent either. So I call after work to just get a refund and Ill go elsewhere. They wanted to charge a 10% restocking fee even though the units NEVER came off of the truck. Strike 4. After arguing for 30 minutes with the warehouse manager I got my full refund. Went in this past Saturday to get the refund and went to a local appliance store and got the same units for a little bit more money and a guaranteed installation after the guy came to our house to see the location they are going in. And needed a quick replacement, I went to depot and lowes, they couldnt sell floor models and had a poor selection of electric stove over all.I looked on Craigslist for a replacement as well, and found these guys. I went to the store and looked around, they had quite a few different models and with various scrapes or dings...I found a stainless steel stove with a dent that wouldnt be seen, made my deal, had it loaded in my Tahoe, and swapped out the broken one in less than 2 hours...That was in April...Then my dryer died, so I went back and found one at an amazing price...Both units are working great!If you dont mind scratch and dent, or can work with a blemish on your set up, these are the guys to see

A year and a half ago we purchased a fridge from this company ( GE Profile) They said that this was a store model. The fridge started to freeze all the food in the fridge and then a week ago i opened my freezer and everything was melted ! THe freezer stopped working ! I called a GE technician to come in and have a look at it and he said that the compressor broke and started leaking freon all over the place and basically the fridge is garbage. He also told us that the compressor was replaced for an used broken part and that is why it broke down. When I called the store they said they can not do anything about it and that the technician that came in is lying about the broken part. That it has to be manufacturer part. When I told them that I can bring the fridge to them so they can see themselves they said that it is not necessary because they will not do anything about it anywaysPLEASE DO NOT BE STUPID AS I WAS AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY BROKEN DOWN APPLIANCES WITH OLD PARTS THAT WILL BREAK IN A YEAR OR SO AND YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY A NEW ONE ANYWAYS.SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND HEADACHE AND BUY A NEW FRIDGE FROM DECENT COMPANY WITH THE EXTENDED WARRANTY NOT OVERPRICED GARBAGE THAT THEY ARE SELLING.

After spending countless hours at the big box stores with lack of knowledge as well as customer focused support, someone mentioned a scratch and dent store. I took the 2.5hr trip to 4 Brothers appliance in Perth Amboy and upon arrival of the bright clean showroom I was soon greeted by the salesman with a smile. We addressed all my concerns and he explained more features and design ideas than I had before coming in. During the couple hours I was in the showroom, a matching washer and dryer caught my attention and decided I might as well get them too. A few weeks after the fridge was in my house, it froze up. I called the store, spoke with the manager who assured me he would stand behind the one year warranty. We troubleshooted the issue over the phone and he recommended we swap it out. Called me the next day to give me A TWO HOUR WINDOW and showed up inside that window. The two gentlemen exited the delivery truck with a smile assuring me how sorry they are and will handle everything such as removal and replace in no time. In the line Im in, price is a myth and service is everything! All I have is my past experiences to compare to, with 8-10hrs windows and find out they reschedule for the next day and the (im a commissioned sales worker with how much money I can make on this sale) kind of attitude is all too common this experience has been world class! Nobody can promise something wont break or stop working, its how the store handles the problem at that point. Customer service is lacking these days due to the fact we are in the persona price is everything. Im here to tell you I would have paid double knowing I would receive the same level of service I do at the BMW dealership. Kudos!!!!
