Was very surprised when I walked into this place. Its like a hidden gem. There are a lot of high-end cabinets here. As far as pricing goes I didnt get into it that deep I just walked through and checked out a few samples and will be making an appointment. Very well staffed and very attentive staff. You wont get out of there without being helped.

Martha is the best! She designed our kitchen and not only is it beautiful but its extremely functional as well. Now we are designing bathroom cabinets and I wouldnt trust it to anyone else but her.

This was our first Kitchen Renovation, and we were referred here from my brother in law who flips houses and uses them occasionally. Martha in the Sales/Design department was top notch, really new her stuff and gave us some great ideas which we we incorporated into our layout, and are very glad we did. There drafting team was very good as well, and customer service was great. We had a separate order delivered from Fed Ex, and it came damaged. There Service department was very responsive and great follow up to get our pieces re-ordered. I highly recommend Wholesale Kitchen Cabinets, cant beat the sales tax in Perth Amboy as well.

Great from start to finish. Super helpful with design and selection. Delivery guys did a fab job. Customer service was excellent after cabinets were delivered including phone and email help. Sent tech out to fix cabinet issue. Happy with product as well. Highly recommend.

We initially met with 2 “big box” stores and were utterly disappointed with their limited knowledge and telling us we could not have certain options. I guess that can be expected when working with people who get paid regardless of the outcome. Then we met with Reyna from Wholesale Kitchen Cabinets who completely changed our perspective. Upon entering their showroom, we received a very warm welcome and were invited to look around without any pressure. My wife and I had several ideas of what we wanted, and Reyna was extremely accommodating. We were able to get all we desired, and Reyna had additional recommendations that were welcomed, appreciated and eventually incorporated into our plan. Throughout the entire planning meeting with Reyna, every question was answered and along with a draft diagram, explained in more detail so that we had a complete understanding of what our kitchen cabinets will look like. Given this experience and their pricing, we signed our contract without hesitation!From there, the process continued smoothly as the next step was to have our kitchen measured which occurred within 2 days of signing. We then worked with Al who drafted our kitchen layout, worked with us to finalize the diagram to ensure nothing was missing and we were in agreement. They were even accommodating when we had a few changes. We were given a timeframe of 6-8 weeks for delivery and this was spot on (despite COVID). The delivery team was flawless! Their process ensures nothing is missing and they do not leave until you are satisfied.On to the install… We worked with John to coordinate an installation date which (as in all the other steps) was very smooth. In addition (since we were still using our kitchen sink), John assured us that there was no worries about removing the sink plumbing and to not stress over this. Like everyone else, John answered all our questions, offered (welcomed) recommendations and ensured we would be more than satisfied. Kudos John…you were correct!Our installer (Donald) was a true master craftsman as was his apprentice and both were extremely professional. Donald even took the extra step to cap our waterlines and replace the shutoff valves while we waited for our countertops & new sink installation. While this was not expected, it was welcomed as it needed to be done (took him 10 minutes). I had considered installing the cabinets myself (as I have carpentry skills), however I could not have done anywhere near as good a job as Donald and most certainly not in the same timeframe. Every cabinet, handle and trim piece was installed to perfection. And if this is not enough, their price per day is extremely fair considering the level of professionalism and outstanding craftsmanship.From the initial phone call with Reyna right up to the final handle install was a very enjoyable experience. Considering how much you invest in cabinets (when remodeling a kitchen), you should be able to enjoy the experience while planning, during the install, and then for many years after. I ordered Fabuwood cabinets from Wholesale Kitchen Cabinets and they were always timely and responsive during the sale process. Once the cabinets were delivered Ive had on going issues and now they take their time with helping the customer.1. They added additional parts that were not required to my order (back panel). The 2 island cabinets were on opposite side of half wall and was not required.2. They did not check receiving shipment from distributor to see that they sent wrong color kick panels - had to wait several days for shipment.3. Two cabinets have issues with them; cabinet above fridge has paint chipping, 3-drawer cabinet was not properly put together so the screws leave a mark of the face every time drawer is closedTheyve reordered new cabinets and have them at their warehouse (Wednesday) but now cant deliver them to my house until (Monday) when previously promised that they would expedite and ensure they can have them at my house on Thursday.I would not recommend Wholesale Kitchen Cabinets a distributor for cabinets. They worry about making the sale but do not follow up or care about issues.

Bonnie was able to identify the cabinet manufacturer through photos, contact them, get parts and keep me apprised of her progress. Thank you Bonnie, a true professional!!

Rude and horrible customer service. Walked in today to get a quote on kitchen cabinets and left there disgusted with the way we were treated. My fiancé and I walked in and the lady who first welcomed us was okay, she seemed like annoyed that we didn’t have an appointment made, but brought us to the back of where the showroom was, she took some of our info down because whoever was supposed to be at that desk wasn’t and then told us to go look around the showroom, she did let us know that she wasn’t sure if someone would be available to help up, mind you, we walked in and there were at least 5 people sitting at there desks working on something but no customers were there. After we walked around the showroom we went back to the area where the “Welcome Desk” is and the lady was back at her desk but didn’t even come over to us to introduce herself, we stood there about 5-10 minutes and then my fiancé said to let’s go, we walked to the front and then the first lady who welcomed us asked us what we liked, then the other lady, Kathy, followed behind us and then was like okay let me bring you back to get down the info of cabinets that you like. After taking down the name of the cabinet, she then told us she was going to see if anyone was available to work with us, then we overheard one of the guys rudely say to his own coworker that “we only have an hour” so Kathy came back and then was like so I do have one of the workers Darren or David, whatever his name is, he can work with you but only until 2pm, so then we were like okay, and then she brought us over to this guy had one headphone in his ear and then we were about to sit down and he waved his finger in our faces being like “I need one hour” so Kathy his coworker misunderstood but the way he came off he sounded annoyed that we wanted to do business with him. Kathy did politely ask if we would come back and we said yes and walked out. Never have we seen anything like this, even if they were “SO BUSY” you can politely explain that to us and show us some interest that you want to work with us. Would never recommend this place after our experience.

I very rarely write a review for any establishment - whether the experience has been good or bad so to say Im writing one for Wholesale Kitchens really means something. Id give this place 10 stars if I could.1. The design phase - We had no appointment and yet they accommodated us the best they could. They took the time to answer every question I had and gave me so many choices to work through all my budget constraints. Darrin was SO quick with the design tools it was amazing watching him listen to you, talk back and work all at the same time. I hate a feeling of being taken advantage of and they NEVER, not once, tried to oversell anything.2. The measurement and final design process - Al was a GEM. I mustve emailed and called him 10 times a day with changes I envisioned and he talked me through each option and price point every single time. His patience and timeliness was very much appreciated3. The delivery - They delivered the cabinets a few days prior to what we expected with NO damaged pieces and very quick, neat service.4. The installation - We picked one of their recommended installers which is one of my best decisions till date. John from their installation department got me connected with Ryan in under 24 hours which was a wonder of wonders. Not only were their services very affordable, Ryan went above and beyond what was required of him to make our kitchen gorgeous. In the 3 days he took to to install everything, he was always on time [considering he made a 2-3 hour ride in the morning battling traffic up from South Jersey], VERY neat and had impeccable workmanship.5. The follow up service technician - I had picked a wrong cabinet face when I designed my kitchen and I had called John to try and figure out what our options were. Let me tell you - theres a man who can talk you off a ledge. So friendly and patient! He got us in touch with Dennis - who again, was prompt, efficient and really knew his stuff.Our kitchen is beautiful. The cabinets are perfect and everyone oohs and aahs when they walk into the space. I *highly* recommend Wholesale Kitchens!

While we were very pleased with the cabinet ordering and delivery process we are very unhappy with the cabinet and countertop installation process. We are renovating both the kitchen and our only bathroom. Our contractor completed his work in the bathroom and I called Wholesale Kitchen Cabinet Warehouse to have our bathroom cabinets installed. I was informed at that time that the installers would not come out just to hang the bathroom cabinets without being paid a full days wage. Too bad we had never been informed about this even thought we told our designer we did not think both rooms would be finished at the same time, numerous times! Needless to say we had our contractor hang the bathroom cabinets. Once this was completed I again called Wholesale Kitchen Cabinet Warehouse to have them send out the countertop installers to measure for the countertop. I was again informed that this would not be done until BOTH rooms were completed. John at Wholesale Kitchen Cabinet Warehouse even had the nerve to tell me to go out and buy a cheap sink for temporary use. I informed John that we had spent enough on this project already and would not be going out to buy a cheap sink for temporary use. John could not understand why I was upset! Had we known this was the supposed policy we would have saved the sink we were replacing for temporary use. We are now expected to go 2 weeks without a bathroom or kitchen sink once the kitchen is completed and the measurements are made. We would therefore not recommend anyone use Wholesale Kitchen Cabinet Warehouses installers if you are renovating more than one room at a time requiring running water as you will quite literally be left high and dry!Response from the owner 3 hours ago (6/27/2020)Eileen, We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations.
