The Driver was very polite and helpful and ensured that our oil was delivered. Due to snow storm conditions which were challenging but thanks to the driver it was a successful delivery. The service was very good and I would recommend Barcardi Oil Servie to everyone.

Bacardi Oil Service let me pre-purchase 1000 gallons when oil was very low $1.40 per gallon and are making good on their promise to deliver at that price even though prices are now over $2.00 per gallon everywhere. The drivers are always on time and courteous and their customer service is excellent.

Called on a Tuesday for an oil delivery and they said it would come Wednesday. I ran out of oil an hour later and called back and explained what happened. Running out of oil was my fault. Lady so no problem someone will be ouy today. No one ever showed. They ran out of oil themselves and knowing I had no oil never had the courtesy to call me. Will never use this company again

Paul,Your response to my complaint was not the truth of how situation happened. I called for a delivery and was told next day. When I called back becauee I ran out was told your company would be there that day. If I am out of oil and called originally to use your company, why would I day I would call back if I was told I was getting oil that day. Even if I didnt get it same day but the next there would be no problem. Problem is I had to call again the next day to ask if I was getting it and was told no it was coming the next day since your company was ouy of oil. I went with another company since I needed oil and couldnt trust your company to actually show or let alone call me to let me know you had no oil. You are more then welcome to contact me about this however situation was handed poorly on your company end and people show know this does happen with your company.

I had a empty tank emergency last night. We slept in the cold, the company I normally use because of my landlords contract is closed on the weekends so I found Bacardi Oil on the wed. They were awesome, they Understood my problem and were really helpful. They have me a great price for 150 gallons. I called at around 10am this morning and by 12 they arrived with oil. The driver even took the time to turn our furnace back on for no extra charge. Thank you so much Bacardi Oil team.

This company has the most professional and courteous staff!Paul and Pam are always there to answer your calls and questions. I had an emergency today...ran out of oil. Lol wasnt paying attention! Anyways I called and Paul answered I asked for delivery on Monday today is Saturday, he said no problem then I had mentioned running out and he immediately said well I can get you fuel today.. really!?!! Wow emergency Saturday deliver and no extra charge. Amazing! Obviously the customer is important to this company! I highly recommend for fuel pricing and customer service! Best fuel prices in NJ!!! This company is on point! I ran out of oil on the second coldest day during our winter season. Barcardi Oil was the ONLY company who came to my rescue and his driver came into my house to make sure the boiler was running.I appreciate Paul’s empathy as he didn’t want my family to be cold. I had them do a delivery today. Came first thing in the morning. The guy doing the delivery was a great guy. First I couldn’t find the oil fill. (He found it) then he educated me on my oil system just in case my oil cuts out at night, due to the fact I have a new born son. And also because my furnace is a little dated. Even the lady answering the phones who I bothered several times was always nice. Highly recommended

I’m so mad because yesterday came to my home a guy to put me oil y he put the oil in the other apartment, so when I saw that I tell him that is wrong floor y puted the rest the oil in the correct floor, but had to pay the oil mine and the other floor.
