I came into magic wands Jersey location with my partner to see some machines we are expanding our business and growing fast so we thought magic wand would be the best fit we spent over an hour there with Franklin getting some insight we were happy with the info and services they offered us and thought we would get reliable customer service but that changed VERY fast I placed a order online after calling and talking to a few reps at the location they even gave me a discount code to use for Labor Day to make the purchase to my surprise they next day they ask my money manager to prove who he is because they have a hired team of fraud experts come to find out Franklin another employee there told me the woman who is the wife and president of the company is that EXPERT not a hired team!!!! My manager sent them two different videos with the business CC attached and even a piece of paper with his name written next and his drivers License and CC he gave everything and more then what they asked of him and they still canceled my order I have called several times asking what can I do to prove this isn’t fraud and all I get is there employees lying to me saying there management is on the phone I’m a young woman starting a business and being looked at like a Con I have NEVER been so disrespected by a company and advise any other young business women DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MAGIC WAND you should never let any company accuse you of being a Con and I can’t wait to go hand them my cash for one machine while I place the rest of the order else where

The staff are great and always willing to help when i ask questions...i love their honesty...if there is something they dont know they are always willing to research it and we both learn....The owner is a great guy and makes himself available to all....

I dont even know where to begin Taf and Alfredo and the rest of his companyare absolutely unbelievable they are 1,000% customer service oriented they are just unbelievable with the knowledge and information they give you I just went there to have something looked at at my new carpet extractor and it was well above and beyond that with the amount of products they have to help you with whatever job you have any kind of carpet cleaning or upholstery cleaning I myself do auto detailing and I was overwhelmed and yet greatly appreciated with the information that I got from Taf just an unbelievable person I highly highly recommend this company with the products they have the service they have the information Ive never seen anything like this before if youre in any type of carpet cleaning regardless if its detailing or commercial or residential you need to go to these guys they are the best by far.

The shipping is super fast and they let you know before you order if they have the product in stock. I just want to share that I got a call today after placing an order yesterday that I would need to send a video of my Credit Card and ID since my billing address and shipping address are different.Thanks but no thanks. Looking forward to my refund. I found and ordered the same thing on Amazon while on the call. It will be here by September 4th . If your going to have these barriers in the sales process, that is fine, but tell me at checkout, no after you charge my card and now I have to pay attention and make sure the refund posts. And I lost a day of time. This is why I purchased my machine and wand at Amazon ......No wonder ol Bezos keeps getting richer

Magic Wand is a truly amazing company! I own a carpet and tile cleaning business and have delt with a lot of suppliers. I can tell you that Taf, Dee Dee and the whole staff is first class! Very glad to have met Taf, Bryan, Ryan & Danielle at Magic Wand Co in Rahway. Ive been to more than a handful of IICRC classes around the tri-state and this was by far the best environment for learning. While at the Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning Technician class (UFT), Taf really hit us with decades of knowledge in a way that made sense and was easy to digest. I put the class to use the last few weeks and have had a consistent positive shift in the level of our success with cleaning delicate furniture items. Bryan and Ryan also helped me fix an older portable HWE that I never thought I would find the parts for. I consider everyone there a friend and will continue to take advantage of their expertise.
