Store is clean and well lit. Downside is my Target is under reorganization and hard to find stuff. Also, please dont take away the checkout clerks. It is always nice to talk with them and expedite the process. I hate self check out.

Customer service at Peru Target is top notch. I want to highlight a particular associate...thank you Destiny. I believe that was her name. All of the gals at customer service yesterday were so helpful and kind. I tried to do a store pick up order online for a TV stand. After several missteps, I ended up getting my TV stand from their current inventory on the floor. There was a little snafu with the original ordering process. Destiny took care of me and offered me a discount for the inconvenience. She didnt have to do that. Peru Target really takes care of their customers.

Went to Target on Sunday had a few items for school they only had one lane open and the line was long so I used self checkout. Nowhere prior to scanning your items does it say that if you use cash an associate needs to come over. Not a problem until I ask a simple question, why cant you use cash on self checkout if there is money/ change at each station? Associates response I dont know I didnt make the machine! Heres your change and your receipt is over there Then she walks away. Now I was not rude nor did I think the question I asked was rude but the associate seemed very entitled and rude. I WILL NEVER shop at Peru Target again. I am also going to put in a complaint on the associate. All of it was unnecessary!!!

Its ridiculous how poorly your laptop computer displays are. I was just in and the employee that tried to help me was from another department. I was told the person who was in that department was at lunch. Then we couldnt figure out which computers went with which prices. Sorry I am not just going to buy what ever without knowing what i am getting. I suggest either fix your displays and include prices. Or give up trying to sell computers.

Always a great shopping experience. The staff always goes above and beyond to find product, answer questions, and are generally friendly. The store is always clean and the $1 spot is always my first stop :-) I try whenever possible to shop Target first, then hit other stores for things I couldnt find. Love the 5% savings with my red card as well!

I absolutely love our target. Its one of my favorite if not just my favorite store and walk around store here. The pharmacy is nice, and the pharmacist there is why I keep going back because of how her mannerism is so polite and helpful, with a good personality, which I have found a good number of people in our area lack.

Went in today for 1 thing. Didnt need a cart and did not want to touch a cart. Girl working the door said very rudely its mandatory and made me take one. As I was leaving there were 3 different groups of people walking in and she said nothing to them about taking a cart. Which not one of them did. Will shop else where from now on

Ive been shopping at this Target for a few years & its bathrooms are the cleanest so I always have to stop in. They used to have a Chase machine next to customers service but it has been replaced. Now, I just have to go to check out, which is hit or miss there. I always have to double check my receipt from here. Its mainly when items on sale not registering the sale price, but if you find an error, customer service is always willing to adjust it for you.I also like the gift cards if you purchase their items mainly for the household items you were going to buy anyhow. I save my gift cards & use them in December when I need them the most. One year I had almost $300.00 in gift cards. I do shop online & have it ready for pick up. It helps me get the sale price, plus no shipping. I love that its right inside the door so easy in & out. I know Ill be shopping here for years to come. The quality & sale prices are the best.

Super friendly staff here. I went up to the counter to purchase an item that was marked wrong and they gave it to me for the better price in a very friendly manner. The manager came over and took care of it personally. He was very polite and nice to me.

Not crowded, cartwheel app saves you so much more money. The same items are more expensive at walmart and hyvee . most people social distancing the Wednesday evening I shopped. and carts were continuously being cleaned!

The Peru target is always a great place to shop. The employees are friendly and helpful. If you ask where something is they will walk you to the item and not just tell you. The only thing I wish was that it was a supertarget because it would be great if it had more groceries.

The Peru store is always kept very clean and organized. You can tell that they “face” the items on the shelves continually so that it always looks nice.

Target in Peru, Illinois is one of my favorite stores. I am able to get many things there. It has a small pantry area for grocery items. I get almost all of my toiletries and cleaning supplies there. Its clean, well set-up, and pleasantly quiet. There is a Starbucks on site. The clothing selection is good. I wish it was a super Target with full groceries.

Store and employees are great, but the selection of mens clothing is a bit sparse. Often times I find myself finding something good looking, but the only sizes for which it is available are either small or double extra large. I wish there was more product of different sizes available.

Target has quality products and quality employees. Very helpful and kind - not disgruntled like other businesses employees.

The store overall was fine but the bathrooms were disgusting. My husband ever refused to use the men’s bathroom because it was bad.

The store is clean and typically has good sales on their cartwheel. The lines are sometimes long but they move fast.

Its a Target. The clearance section is in the back by the electronics. They have some other clearance all through out the store pretty often it seems. Some good deals are to b be had.

Terrible customer service! None of the staff greets you when you are walking in the store, or approaching the register. They have their big carts that they stock with blocking the aisles. All the staff doesn’t look friendly or even smile, they look evil and don’t ask you if they can help you find anything.

Terrific customer service from Gloria and Brian on July 29th 2017 while I was searching for specific Lego sets, the sets werent available but the enthusiasm and service was top notch and appreciated. My order was ready for pickup in five minutes. Someone was having problems with a return and another associate came up in less than a minute to help the rest of the people in line. I stopped shopping at Target for a very long time because it was a hassle. I put Target in the same category as Walmart, where I also refuse to shop. The new(er?) manager is a regular at my work and he mentioned managing our Target so I gave it another shot before Christmas. I have been beyond impressed with my three experiences there, including one where an item rang differently than stated on the shelf tag. The associate said, “Charles says customers come first and to change it to make the customer happy” which blew me away. This had not been the same kind of experience I had in previous years, where they would check the item and then act like I was wrong for not actually reading the item description from the shelf tag. These past few experiences have gotten you back a formerly jaded customer.

Trendier stuff than Walmart and trendier clientele. I love Target and get a lot of kid clothes there. Really cute and affordable. Its amazing the difference when you go to Target vs. Walmart.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!My son received a sprinkler for his birthday and when we went to use it it had a design flaw where it was letting water spray out of the hose connection. This is because of a design flaw it has a ball valve and it does not seal properly letting the water escape. So when we went to the Peru Illinois store to return it and purchase a different style. They had the same one on the shelf for $11.99 but when I I tried to return the one I had they were only going to pay me $3.50 because I didn’t have my receipt. This is the worst experience I have ever experienced trying to return something. I was going to purchase a more expensive one if I could of returned mine for the price it was selling for in the store. The customer service lady(Ashley) was extremely rude and the manager I believe her name was Reveena whom was called up was just as rude. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Instead Walmart surely appreciated my business. I used to like target but I will not give that store any more of my business. And I will be sure to inform family, friends, coworkers and even complete strangers of this terrible experience.

Lady in personal care area was very rude and snippy. Came in to get some groceries but stopped by personal care section and asked if they had any masks (yes I was wearing one). She was snippy and rude and dismissive. Left without buying anything, headed to Walmart.

You pay a little more but it’s still better than going to Walmart.

Staff doesnt know their own coupon policy. Guest Services refuses to price match Walmart in Peru. They say they only price match target-dot-com... had to print off their own price match policy and bring it in. If theres something worth buying at a Target store, its worth the hour drive to DeKalb or Bloomington because the store in Peru is nothing but a headache.
