My experience at Zales was overall amazing! Victor right when I walked in greeted me with the warm attitude and a thoughtful presence. I came in to have my ring adjusted and they took care of that with no problem Allie was outstanding with her thoughtful attitude, being mindful of my financial situation that I had explained to her she had no problem and help me with ease as directed me to the perfect diamond cross necklace that Im absolutely in love with! They both have out Done themselves, and I will keep coming back and cant wait for the next great experience!!

Kays is not repairing any Zales jewlery, but Zales tell you to bring yr papperwork to kays or Jerrids and they will take care of everything.

Worked here for a while before I started moving around the states. Loved the sales part of the job. Before I worked here I bought numerous mothers day presents for my wife. Never a disappointment in price, quality or customer service!

I have never had anything less than a 5 star visit to Zales in Peru. They are always very helpful and polite. Even on days when they are super busy they communicate they see you and will be with you shortly.I must say sometimes when I am there I am very rushed and visually upset or mad. The people I talk to dont bat an eye. They continue to do their job and all do it very well. 12/10 for this store!I just got my ring back today after the bi yearly maintenance. Its is gorgeous and looks like it did the day we bought it. Ladies: I know its sad to not have your ring for about a week, but oh my. When you get it back its worth it!

Zales website says that the store is open in Peru. But they arent. No answer if you call and store is dark.
