3rd time Ive run out of meds for my serious condition because the pharmacy never answers the phone and in the rare instance they do, they constantly delay the refill.Youre best off going in, waiting in line, getting terrible customer service and 3 days later picking your meds up.Go to Walgreens

Pharmacy is the worse. I understand they are short staffed but when my medicine was supposed to be done 2 days ago and now they changed it to tomorrow so 3 days late now. I called my doctor and he couldnt do anything. Kroger pharmacy does this again and I will go to a different pharmacy and I know they have lost quite a few customers already. Dont lie and say it will be done one day then of oh no sorry it will be done today and now possibly tomorrow. The pharmacy has went down the toliet! When you say someones prescription is ready then on a certain day on a certain time then make sure it is! GET WITH IT KROGER PHARMACY!!! Thank you!!

The bakery made the cutest custom pig cake for my sons 1st birthday. They did a great job!

Staff is not very nice to the minors that work there. My son was employed and was scheduled 3:45-10:45. Because they forgot to give him a break at 5:15 they informed him he was not going to get a lunch. Keep in mind he is a minor, so he called me his mom to find out what to do. His dad called up there and spoke with Mike the manager on duty about the situation and all seemed well. My son then called me and informed me that Mike then got upset with him for getting his parents involved. Would not recommend minors working there.

This Kroger is the worst one ever! Wasnt always but now it is because Mike is the worst manager ever. Follow your companys policy or man up and take responsibility for the pick and choose attitude you have.

I have shopped at Kroger for 40 years and have never had such bad experience. Item limits not marked on signage and rules seem to change depending on who you are and what you look like. The cashiers and clerks are always pleasant but hope you never have to deal with one of the Asst Store Managers. Management has absolutely no social skills in dealing with customers. Even when their own 800 number customer service contacted them they were still nonchalant and could care less about the customers problems. There are too many other places to shop even if I have to drive further. Save The Hassle and Drive to Meijer!

Was wondering if they have the sample cooking stations anymore. This gets people trying new creative meal ideas. Very clean and wow on the flower arrangements...best work Ive seen at a great price.

Not all that impressed with the app or the Kroger‘s in my town. I travel approximately an hour to a different Kroger it’s bigger has more selection and the employees are a lot nicer in case you’re wondering it’s the one in Kokomo Indiana on Washington StreetA customer had stolen my and the assistant manager helped search for three hours locating my phone

I have a Krogerd app on my android. Lots of choices. They have a fantastic produce dept. Floral dept., the deli and bakery are great and the pharmacy also. I get all of mt prescriptions here. Great ads and sales and incentives. Plus they always have clearance aisles, fresh meat, the fish is great and seasonal items, all over good store to shop!!

It has been better. I had a coupon for some cheese that I saw on my phone. It was a free product. And they were out of it.

Nice savings if you have a Krogers card (especially gas), all of the employees are friendly and helpful. Cant understand why they keep going up on Ice Mountain water.... $4.69 for a 24 pack? No thank you. 3L used to be on sale for .48 now its 1.69? Still like the store, just wont be buying my water there.

Shopping today was good. I was able to find some things that I had not remembered earlier in the week. While it was crowded, things moved well.

Love Kroger Pharmacy, the wait is worth it for the excellent customer service, by far 100 times better than Walgreens, a huge shout out to William in the pharmacy for what I would consider going above and beyond for me, after spending 4 hours trying to get my grandsons prescriptions filled at Walgreens took them to Kroger and ran into a couple problems but with the assistance of William we successfully got his scripts filled, he was very patient and went above. Thank you again William, now go to Walgreens and train those morons!!

Took some getting used to after they flipped the store but not bad. The pharmacy however leaves something to be desired. Always rude and never have scripts ready when they say they will.

We can always find what we want here. We also fine things that we dont need.

The new reset of the store is Terrible. The aisles have been shortened and they are carrying LESS items. The manager states that they are actually caring more. I am sorry but I dont believe that. Take a look ! It will take a while to get used to the new setup, but am very unsure of Krogers intentions. I have lost some of my total support for the store.

Jason is an excellent cashier i didnt remember my number i had to call someone and get it and he explained to me that he couldve assisted with that good customer service skills.

I called them first to let them know I was bringing my service dog in they said no problem, but some of the employees were rude and talking about me and my dog while I was just 10 feet away and letting them know I was there with my service dog and to show my identification cards for the dog and I. I thought it was very unprofessional of the employees. The lady that checked me out was so great. I may not return here for business because of this issue.

Okay for a small town grocery. Traffic is a bit of a challenge because folks tend to meander about in their cars in the lot without much regard for other cars. They do have a gas station.

Went for gas and to pick up a couple things. Its a consistently busy store so they struggle with out of stocks.

Use to be 5 stars till they started closing at night now your lucky to find anything on the shelves and forget about parking. Would be better to just make a 30 minute trip to kokomo wabash or Logansport to shop.

Overall I like Kroger. But, I found it rude the way the pharmacy tech told mom Now you know this medication is high. Is that okay?. We get the same meds every month. We know the price. No, its not okay. But we have to pay it anyway.

Will always help any way they can. Can find most of the things I want. Most places dont have enough handicap parking. This place go overboard with it.

Busy, parking lot full, wait time at cash register was quick.

I went to the store the day before Thanksgiving. The store was very crowded however it was fully stocked and this right associates was available for help if needed.

Always good deals and friendly staff. However, I hate that the employees smoke by the exit door. My husband has brittle health and isnt allowed to smoke or be around 2nd hand smoke and is exposed to it often by the employees. He is a lung and dialysis patient and cigarette smoke can cause him terrible problems.

Most of the time the workers are friendly I even come in with a really bad hurt hurt knee I strained it earlier in the day. I was in tears walking in,one of Bag Boys approached me and asked me what was wrong. I told him that my name and I was in a lot of pain, I needed to get a few groceries he offered to take my grocery list while I stood at the cash register and get my groceries. Then after I bought them he even took them out to the car where my husband was waiting and offered to load them my husband was dealing with a broken hip at the time so he let the guy we thank the guy. But they never could bag groceries several times Ill come out with squished bread,broken eggs, and cleaners with my food just not ok. Here lately you cannot get them to help you find any thing which is their job, they have specific people for that job and you can never find them or theyre too busy chatting with another co-worker a few times Ive had to get downright rude to get any assistance this is not in my nature but after the 5th visit of what should have been a two-hour visit taking me 4 hours because I could not find several of my grocery items I finally grew a set of cojones and interrupted the conversation politely and said I need your help the lady looked at me and very rudely said how can I help you showed her my list and said I cannot find these items she said I needed to look harder thats when I went to customer service and ask for the manager for once I was able to give them the name of the person and he himself help me find the items but only after I was in tears I I now shop online at their Kokomo Kroger. You go to their website I think its called click it on the website you more or less order your groceries and then you go to the participating Kroger and you pick up your groceries and you pay there the first three x you do that is free after the third time of doing that they charge you a $5 fee trust me its well worth $5. To have to deal with rude workers or customers I order the groceries online I go there I dont even get out of my car they bring me my groceries and I had on my way to whatever other errands I have or come I really wish more stores would give this option
