The people at this office were very friendly and knowledgeble concerning my mother. However, something needs to be done concerning turn-around time on repairing or re-programming the aids. Two weeks waiting time for someone who cannot hear is ridiculous!!! The aids should be over night shipped at the least! Not very considerate of the person who is relying on them.

Worst customer service ever! We had lived in another state and loved Miracle Ear. The interactions we’ve had in Illinois have been a nightmare. Rude people, no follow ups! I would never recommend miracle ear now! Had a great experience for 7 years in Silverdale, Washington. I now need hearing aids and after this circus with Miracle Ear I am going to get mine elsewhere. If possible I would give less than 1 star.
