In tired of having to pay 39.99 a year for a membership for nothing. I mean really what do you get Propane fuel only varies a little during the off season so why should you have to pay to lock in a certain price

When we bought our home, we were told that we owned our tank. Because there were no identifying markings, we believed them. (We had no reason not to). We never used this company for gas because their rates are significantly higher than other companies in the area. Imagine our surprise when we get a knock on the door from Ferrellgas telling us theyre locking our tank for nonpayment! And literally 2 days after wed spent $500 filling our tank! I explained to them that this couldnt be so because we owned our tank! So, after running the serial #s on the tank, it turns out it WAS their tank. We had no idea! I called the office immediately to explain the situation. The woman who answered the phone was probably the rudest person Id ever spoken to in my entire life! She basically called me a liar and demanded we pay a $600 bill that wasnt even ours! I even offered to switch the account into my name and use their company for gas. She refused. I had no other choice but to have another company set a new tank because I wasnt paying someone elses bill. Especially after having just spent $500 on filling the tank and how rude and uncooperative they were! It took them 6 MONTHS to come and get the tank. Thank God it was summer and I didnt need gas immediately! Horrible people to deal with.

I have a large camper on the back of my property. They have a tank set and I have been running for over a year and a half on a hose system because you cant safely connect a copper line to a camper that is still used as a camper, there is to much motion. When I ordered a tank upgrade I was informed that I would have to auger and bury a copper line that I cant safely use, because the hose system that is REQUIRED for a camper is unsafe. It is 7 degrees, and I was informed that I would not be getting a refill until this impossible task was completed. Told directly that it will not be discussed. It will be done how they want or they will remove their tank. I have no choice but to make this possibly explosive change or I can go with out heat. My only available option is to buy a secondary tank that I will have to load up every 3 to 4 days and drive it to them for a refill. Because that is safer than having a rubber hose that they provided...

Just before subzero temps early this year we didnt keep an eye on our tank.,we ran out, called Ferrelgas and they were out within a couple days. Very polite young man! I believe his name was Derrick. And us being new to this property he ran me through all info i need as a new person to tank gas... Thank You!!!Very happy with our service. !!! :)

Worst service ever, wish I could leave no stars! Called on a Wednesday about strong smell of gas when at least 10 feet from tank and was told they would be out the next day or two. The following Tuesday I had to call them to see if they had been out and the lady took a message. I had to call back Wednesday late morning because no one had called me back to tell me what was going on. Apparently they hadnt been out yet so I told them to just remove the tank and I wanted to be there. Guess who showed up unannounced Thursday!
