Looked like a very extensive selection of batteries and bulbs. I unfortunately was not happy with my visit. I called to make sure they had a freak battery in stock, was told it was in stock and they would hold it for me. So I drove 45 min to go pick it up, only to be told, sorry we cant find that. While the employee looked for the battery I looked around and they had a very good selection of incandescent and LED bulbs, lots of small cell phone and laptop batteries. Ill probably go there again, just want very happy to waste an hour or so driving there and back for something I was told was in stock, that wasnt.

Jake was very helpful. We needed to find some special lights for inside our bathroom, and he found the perfect size in a very efficient amount of time.

I finally came to this place as my key battery for my car was dying. I let the clerk know and he took my keys and replaced them but of course I was charged for something I could of done myself. I probably wont stop by here unless I need a last minute urgent thing as it is pricy. Nice local place thought & the customer service was excellent.

Had an issue with an automotive battery that had been acting up for over 8 months, that I originally bought from the Santa Rosa store. I took it in to the Petaluma store (much closer to me) where they tested it on some rather sophisticated equipment (it failed as expected.) Corporate guidelines required additional testing (had to leave the battery overnight), which yielded inconclusive results, which in turn caused corporate to drag their feet on a warranty replacement. Julie, Marcy and the crew went to bat for me in a big way and got me properly taken care of and back on the road. Throughout the process I was treated in a friendly and respectful manner. First class service to be found here, without a doubt.

Went here for lr41 batteries. They looked them up on their computer then sold me what was supposed to be the correct batteries. Cost me almost $20. Got home and discovered they are to small. They are not the correct size.... cant return due to covid so i am out $20 and still dont have the batteries I need . Bummer.

They have every battery known to man. I needed an esoteric A23 battery. They had them in 1-packs and 2-packs. I only needed 1, so I wasnt forced to buy 2 when I only needed 1.

I cannot thank you enough the men who were just about to close for the night and opened the door for me politely saying you just made it, we have time for just one more customer it was one of those days when I was trying to take care of as many errands as possible and I had to get new batteries for my cars key fobs, I had driven up to Petaluma from my home in southern Marin county and desperately did not want to have to make the trip again the next day. The men took great care of me and I will be back plus I will be referring people that I know as well.

Ive heard great things about Batteries Plus Bulbs and I now knpw why. I called and got the most cheerful greeting and customer service from Marcy! I explained to her my current situation, which was being stuck with a dead battery and waiting on AAA roadside to come give me a jump. Marcy said Whats your location? I can have someone come and replace and install your new battery. Within minutes Eric came. He has an amazing smile and was very warm. It took Eric all of 3 minutes to take out the old battery, put in the new one, and have me on my way.I cant tell you how bad customer service is waning in todays culture. I went in with what I thought was the right info to help me find an obscure lightbulb for the recessed light above the front door of a house I was putting on the market. Chuck helped me from a not-so-great picture on my phone of the prong setup at the base. He asked all of the right questions to determine precisely what I needed. I’m grateful for his expertise and thankful for his now-rare level of customer service. It made this process so much easier than it could have been.

ASK ABOUT THE COST BEFORE YOU HAVE THEM INSTALL!!!!Had a FOB battery replacement. Young woman took the FOB behind the partition, had a problem opening the case, Owner went back to assist. When my FOB returned, there was a deep scratch across the back of the case. I mentioned it to the younger girl, as the older one was checking in the chandelier light bulbs, the scratch was not there; the older woman said could not have done that because the case doesnt open from that area, before the younger one could even respond to my concern. Customer is always wrong, store is never at fault, and I could care less about your concern...is the way this store is going. They will be the last place I shop in the future. This store will fail in 5 years, with her bad attitude and dismissive taunt.

I thought I might need a car battery for my daughters car, so I thought Id check them out. I took the car there, they performed a systems check on my car and sure enough the battery was dead. They had a wide range to choose from but didnt have the one I wanted in stock. They were able to get it the next day for me though. So went back the next day and got it installed at no extra charge. Great service and friendly staff as well.

This place has what it says it has. Had a hard time finding a special bulb for one of them goofy salt lamps. They had them, if its batteries and bulbs you want this is definitely the place.

Phone screen was busted pretty badly, including a whole chunk of it missing. The store fixed it completely; looked brand new.

Came in to have the battery for my iPhone 6plus replaced after having Apple just try to upsell me on a new phone when I went to one of their stores. Staff was very knowledgable and friendly so you can really trust that these folks are going to do right by you for a reasonable price.Also there was a dog in the store when I dropped off my phone so that’s also a bonus!

Customer service at its finest. I wanted to purchase a specific flashlightas a birthday gift but unfortunately they were out of stock . However, the sales person (probably the owner) called their Fairfield location and asked one of their employees to drive it down to Petaluma so I could have it that day. LOVE THIS STORE!!!

I had stopped to see if they carried some 14500, 3.7 volt batteries, and 18650, 3.7 volt batteries.They do carry both, but they are charging $15.00 a battery for the AA size 14500, 3.7 volt batteries, and $20.00 for the 18650, 3.7 volt battery.They are about 500% more expensive for the same batteries that I get at Amazon
