Just bought my first car here! The car salesmen who helped us were knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly, NOT pushy at all. Stephen helped us out on our first day of car shopping and he was so understanding when we said we were JUST starting and not buying that day. He answered all of our questions and did the test drive with us and then sent us on our way without trying to get us inside which, funny enough, is why we went back! Michael helped us get started with the financial process and again, was extremely knowledgeable and put in extra effort when we hit a snag. All in all a great experience!

Always great service here! I brought my 2017 Hyundai Sonata here today for an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisors Nick and Bryan got me in and out in less than an hour and a half (with a wash and vacuum). I got a chance to chat with Benjamin Marshall, the sales manager, great guy, he helped me lease my car 2 years ago. And Maria and Kim at the front desk, were great too, helping me with the coffee as well as the exit paperwork! Thank you!

The guys at Hyundai Petaluma are super sweet and extremely helpful! I brought my car in for a standard maintenance check last Friday (6/29/18) and they were so accommodating to me when I needed to find a place to do work while waiting. They had me sit at a large vacant desk for the hour and a half, and offered coffee and tea. I then met their dealership puppy!! My car was not only serviced properly, they also washed and cleaned the inside! Overall, great experience at Hyundai Petaluma.

Nice people, overpriced cars

This was my second visit for service on my 2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring, and it was as pleasant as the first. The staff seem very professional and focused on doing a good job. Work was performed quickly, and all of my questions were answered, while I waited in their comfortable, quiet and clean waiting area.I dont think anyone looks forward to spending time and money, having factory required service done on their car, but the folks at Petaluma Hyundai make the experience as good as is possible.

So far excellent customer service with respect to purchasing the vehicle. They worked with me via telephone, and actually deliver the car to my job the very next day. While looking for a replacement for our high mileage hybrid, we visited several dealerships in Marin and Sonoma. When we arrived at Hyundai of Petaluma we instantly liked our salesman, Nathan. He is fun, friendly, with a good sense of humor overall and really helped us with deciding. We were loaned a car for the night and after checking out some reviews we came back the following day and upgraded because we fell in love with the quality and options (for the money) that we were offered at this dealership. The process was pretty painless, the financing person was great and really understood our needs and it was an overall amazing experience. We will definitely go back again.

Took my Santa Fe in for basic service, they had me in an out in no time. Very pleased overall with my experience. Though this may sound simple, they washed my car. With the cost of repairs and up keep on vehicles these days something as simple as that means a lot. Some service centers choose not to do this simple thing no matter what you have spent with them. I hate buying cars, and these guys made it fun. It was super low pressure and super relaxed. We didnt get done with everything until super late and they filled my tank up, then told me to bring it by the next day to get cleaned. That was cool, but what I didnt expect is they filled my tank up again!! Probably not a huge deal $$ wise but the fact they did it without asking was pretty cool. Ive shopped plenty of other places and bought cars other places too and I will definitely be coming back here for my next car.

Normally happy going to Petaluma Hyundai but this time I received a 75000 mile oil change and was not aware that they cost 260! Also I would have said to not change the air filters as I do that myself. I then received a 10percent off coupon the day after I received my oil change ! They told me they could give me 15 percent off my next visit but theres a big difference between 26 dollars and 6!

The service department was great. They informed me if the process of diagnosing the problem and that they would contact me in a few days. Found that it was an engine failure, which happily was covered by an extended warentee, which included a loaner car. They were very supportive and helpful through out the service time, (roughly 4-6 weeks).

If your first choice of dealership isn’t Hyundai of Petaluma, guarantee you won’t be taken care of the way you deserve! Josh took care of me from start to finish and advocated for me the entire time. He was honest about my needs and about the differences in vehicles I was considering. He made sure I got the best deal and best rate possible. A engine recall part that failed caused my engine to seize while in motion. I had it dropped off and was told my engine should be replaced within 2 weeks. Not only did they get it done A week early, they were working to get it done through the holidays. Michael at the service desk answered every question promptly and any issues that arose were quickly dealt with. This dealership has a great crew, HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Please look for another dealership. Bought a car at their Vacaville dealership and have had nothing but issues. Unfortunately, bought an extended warranty and all advice against it was true. Dealt with Fred, Salesman, Mike a Thompson, Finance Manager and Richard DeLuna, GM. All have given me great “lip service” with no follow through. Please look to other dealership before buying with Wise Automotive Group.

I knew exactly what car I wanted, so much of the transaction was done over the phone. Josh, the Sales Manager, located the car at another dealership. Went back to look at a newer model of Sonatas, met with a sales consultant named Nick who seemed very informative and nice. He took the time to explain all the features to me. Im a bit phobic when it comes to dealerships so had been resistive to getting the recall work done on my Elantra. I was very surprised by my experience when I did get the work done. It was completed in less time than what I was informed in my letter; no one suggested that additional work needed to be done, only an offer of a free car wash; the customer lounge was clean and comfortable and Mikes mannerisms were respectful.

I bought a car here and it was not a very good experience. The salesman was rude and impatient with us when we were trying to get a better interest rate, he was visibly annoyed with us and honestly it just was not very good customer service.The service department is pretty good though, they have always been nice and they fix your car in a timely manner, sometimes they might take a long time to pick you up in the shuttle if your car is being worked on, but at least they pick you up.

From the moment you pull up to the Service Drive til the moment you leave. Nick & Bryan in the Service Department are always so helpful. Letting you know the status of your vehicle, and what it needs to be in Tip Top Shape in a timely manner. During the time your car is being worked on, you can enjoy a nice cuppa coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or even just water; while sitting back and enjoying whatever show is currently on the TV in the lounge. (Some cooking shows are usually on during the day) If thats not what youd like to do and working on your overdue report or presentation for work. Then Hyundai of Petaluma has FREE Customer WiFi, and a desk thats usually open for you. Probably, the best thing about the lounge area, IMO are the FREE fruit snacks (if you get there at the right time). If none of those seem appealing, and youre some sort of person who lacks interest in the small things in life. Then maybe, you can take advantage of the Service Departments Shuttle. Where; you can be taken to the Petaluma Outlet Malls. Live close? Theyll take you home. Wanna go out for some food because FREE Fruit Snacks wont do it for you? Theyll bring you somewhere (Or you can walk down the street to Sonoma Sourdough) **Please note** You have to tell them when you schedule your appointment to be shuttled for the best results. Service may be a little pricey, but with most things you pay more for, **you get what you pay for**. Hyundai of Petaluma has one of the best Service Departments Ive ever gotten my car serviced at. Ill come here as long as I own a Hyundai

Having just bought our first Hyundai, we used the Petaluma service shop for the first time. Everyone was super nice and made the experience very easy -- shipping the needed part over-night, and repairing it by the next day at noon. I was given a rental free of charge, and getting and returning the car was a breeze.

Our process started with Nick a couple of weeks ago when he helped us to look at cars and encouraged us to test drive, but really did not push us into buying that day because he knew that we were not ready and did not have the time. Josh (general manager) was extremely helpful when I called the night before we came in to purchase with answering questions about pricing, and even sending over a quote even though it was very close to closing time. This is a partial review until we pick up our car next week. They were very nice and helpful. Generally a very good experience. Sales person was great, very casual and personable. It took longer than expected and we were there over 4 hours to complete the purchase, so a heads up at the outset to let us know there was only one person to complete the transaction would have been helpful. Bought a Kona EV, which is hard for them to get. Upside is they were great about explaining the process when I called and when I got there. Downside is they had a dealer upcharge of $3000 that they didnt tell us about until we asked why the price was higher than Hyundai advertises. However, this is common with this vehicle, which is in high demand, and they charged less than the other dealers in the area. The transaction is not complete until we pick it up next week, so Ill try to update the review when we get the car.

So efficient and fast and friendly was Micheal at Petaluma Hyundai.Got the car we wanted at a very good price and it was all done in 1 1/2 hours or less it was quick no pressure of sales just got us what we wanted.
