Good coffee, and food. Indoor seating open, and restroom. My refill coffee cup was spilling all over me since the pink haired cashier overfill my coffee cup. ☹

Nice. Yum. Completely open, clean, practicing social distancing. Have all drinks available. Delicious. You can get the americano peppermint mocha style for more coffee.

Really nice spot to grab a coffee and get some work done. Although the do close kind of early, then again everything does in Petaluma :p

I was disappointed that the restroom was not open. Store still claims COVID as reason, which is no longer applicable.

Love coming here on my way home. My ladies know me and my drink. I never have a problem with my order either app order or walk-in. Everyone is super friendly here.

Very quick and accurate service for five people, with COVID-19 restrictions and precautions. Ordered through the app, quoted 3-6 minutes for 5 drinks. Everything was ready on time for a quick in and out. Thank you.

A good Starbucks, nice seating inside. Just outside around the corner is a great little park with nice bench seating under trees. Its a nice place to chill.

I never have to wait my coffee is always hot and today my bagel was very delicious. I will continue to read my book and have my coffee before work. (Catch me cooking at the drawing board). On a high note the sun always hits just right through the windows.

It was really good. I got a Java chip frap. Its a decaf chocolate and it was great. Very fast service It was barley a minute after I orders and yet I was already out the door.

Not much differences between this and other starbucks, offering the same quality coffees.

I love the snicker doodle frap it is so good but you need to have the recipe of of the secret menu and just search up (Starbucks secret menu)

Steve made my day!! Went to a different location drive-thru on my way to down to Petaluma and they messed up my drink, so I came here to ask for more berries and he made me a whole new drink! He was very nice and eager to fix my drink-- 12/10 customer service :) thanks Steve!!

Everyone knows they can make some good coffee. Pretty decor, nice staff. Pricey though.

Comfortable place to read and have some coffee

It is a Starbucks, it is got a good location. It is often busy, but it closes at 7pm, so night folks must go elsewhere. Nothing special, but it has been fine the few times over the years I have been.

Its like any Starbucks but with less parking. Went early in the morning and it was easy to park. Any other time of day I wouldnt attempt to go unless I was walking.

The cashier was very friendly and nice.

Starbucks is easily the worst establishment to ever exist on the face of earth. I scoured the recesses of my mind long and hard in search for a reason to give this Cafe more than a 1 star rating. I didnt find one as you can see. Every item that is available at Starbucks is repulsive and tastes like chalk. Customer service is abhorrent and the tea is 211 degrees. Even the lemon pound cake, something youd think, oh hey, thats probably good if nothing else is. But no. Thats gross too. Quite unfortunate. Anyways, I highly do not recommend Starbucks anywhere. Go to Petes.

Used to get my coffee at SB. Found out right up the street you can get much better coffee and food At Della Fattoria Cafe. Della serves local coffee roasted at petaluma Coffee and Tea. Supporting local is real easy as it is also a better product.

Always at home away from home. The usual coffee and snacks, but you are also buying a comfy place to work on the laptop, to read, to write, or to space out and daydream.

Its a nice coffee shop when the transients are not outside begging for your money. The caramel latte is great!

Could improve the place a little bit! Other than that its got pretty nice staff :)

If you do not know how to make a cappuccino you probably should not be working at a coffee shop. Terrible TERRIBLE! These guys should take a class to learn how to make coffee drinks.

I tried flat white coffee and it was beautifully crafted with a swirl on the top and a great hot milky coffee taste.

Terrible ambiance. This spot has more bums asking for free refills or free water hopping in front of paying customers. Additionally, a man passed out in the toilet with a needle hanging out of his arm is etched in my daughters minds. This location needs to clean it up...unfortunately, it shouldnt fall on the shoulders of the establishment, but both city officials and Starbucks together.

Nice place for a coffee and a quick snack

Stopped there on the way north to CA-1, the road from the Golden Gate and Muir woods was closed, and it was raining. This establishment is in the center area of the town and therefore, parking is at a premium near it. We did ok, but others did not.Ordered decaf and a regular coffee; they did NOT have any decaf made so it took time to get served. Meanwhile, we had to wait for an empty table, and finally got a seat. There were several young people in the establishment with empty cups of coffee and their laptops, doing computer things and NOT giving a darn about the other paying customers. Not a great situation if you want sincere and good paying customers.Coffee was ok, not great, and I threw half of mine in the waste can. Decaf being very fresh was weak, but drinkable, at least that is what my partner said. Rain stopped, we were on our way to Crater Lake, and the June Snow Storm Blizzard .. oh well.

They threw out a blind, elderly woman woman who has been frequenting this establishment for 10+ years. Does she not fit their demographic? I think this is both age and disability discrimination. And one of the most disgusting things a business could do. ACLU, are you listening..??

I totally love this place. I got a large vanilla latte with extra whipped cream. The barista, Brittany was so helpful and friendly! One of the other baristas was being weird about putting whip cream on my latte because they dont usually come with that. Brittany just took my cup, said No Problem and made it with EXTRA whip! Definitely going back if not for Brittany then for the extra whip!

Its a Starbucks, what more can you say? I was pleased to hear that on holidays they staff their store with willing volunteers from neighboring locations.

They changed the seating in here and I think it was to discourage people lingering over their lattes. So, uncomfortable seating throughout 60% of the floor. But then, its Starbucks. The coffee is yum. The music is good.
