I love this place for spiritual healing

Joanna is amazing. She puts the therapist in massage therapist. Probably the best massage Ive ever had. Will definitely be back. She focused on the problem area I mentioned (my neck/shoulder) just enough without neglecting or rushing through the rest of my body. Pressure level was perfect- strong enough to work on the knots without being too intense. She checked in enough to make sure I was comfortable without being too chatty.

I had one great eyebrow wax here--truly phenomenal. The woman was kind and overly attentive. It was a great experience. She made me feel and look great. I came back and had a new person. This other person was so-so. She never asked me any questions about how I wanted my eyebrows shaped and left feeling demoralized because they looked so bad and there was not a way to fix them. I think this place is okay if you are picky about who you get. There is definitely a difference in quality between estheticians. Im probably not going to go back.

Joy is amazing ask for her. Very welcoming and friendly environment. Has a variety of products and even does make up. Awesome place. Parking not great! Plan to get there ahead of appointment to be on time 😊

Ive been here 3 separate times. The first time was for a wax and an eyebrow shaping. She was very nice especially it being my first time however, bc I waited in the room after she left from my wax for my eyebrows to be done, I could hear everyone outside complaining that I was playing with myself bc I was taking so long. I was already dressed in the room, just waiting for her to come back for my eyebrows. Since she didnt come back in, I went out and paid in cash. The lady behind the register acted like she didnt want to touch my money bc they all made an assumption about me that was wrong. I did finally get my eyebrows done and when I went to pay for that, the person at the register tried to charge me a second time for my wax. When I said I had already paid for the wax she said, I can see that. Well if you can see that, why are you trying to charge me again? The second time I went back for a wax, I saw another person and the experience was much better so I went back a third time. However, the third time after my wax, before I got dressed, I sent a message to my husband to come get me. Bc the door was left open I could hear the conversation outside and they were saying that I was already taking pictures and it was good the door was left open so I wouldnt be playing with myself. There was also discussion about my payment even though I had already asked for a quote before making the appt. I will never be coming back here. As a customer, I dont appreciate the slander. I have to deal with rude people in the work place and in daily life when I leave my home. I shouldnt have to put up with it as a customer. If thats how you see your customers then maybe you shouldnt have any Thanks but no thanks. Yes this was my experience here and not believing me doesnt change the fact that it happened to me here. I dont need a response or an apology. I just want other people to know how I was treated there so they can consider going somewhere else before it happens to them too.

Im in LOVE with Corey. I try to always have her for both massage and facials, but I have occasionally had other therapists and they were always good. My chronic neck and shoulder pain have become deal-able thanks to pretty frequent trips to Corey.

Ive been going there for the last year and love this place. Very comfortable, calm and friendly...what more could you want?

This evening i made a sort of last minute appointment for a lip wax. I saw Corey and it was a quick, but not rushed, and easy expierience. I hope to make it a regular thing.

I have been going to Soft Shell in Petaluma for about 4 years now. I have neck and upper back issues that cause severe muscle spasms in my upper back. With regular therapeutic massage Im able to be almost pain free. They have worked miracles for me. I highly recommend them.

Such an awesome experience and time at softshell, today and every time I visit. Knowledgable, helpful and friendly people, great, safe products.

I came here for the first time and I had a good experience overall. When you walk in it smells great. It is in a good downtown location and I can just walk there from my house. Kiera did a nice job just a few things I would change: there was a ticking noise by my head almost like an alarm and it made it not very relaxing having the ticking by my ear. The steam was in my nose a bit too much and I had a hard time breathing so I had to ask her to move it. With the extractions I felt like she didnt get many. Besides those things, my skin looked good and I loved the scalp massage. If they did that for a bit longer that would def be brownie points.

Always quality, always professional, always a pleasure.I couldnt do my line of work without these folks putting me back together again.

This is my favorite massage studio in town. The staff are excellent, and the prices are reasonable.

Ive seen 4 different therapists for back and neck issues following a car accident and it helped enormously. They are very professional and well-trained and I highly recommend them.
