I ventured to Sonoma Cutlery in Petaluma to buy my first set of adult knives (at 34 I thought it was time). My nieces (6+8) came with me for moral support, and to pick out gifts at Copperfields Book next door. The staff greeted us friendly and fully masked. I had done a bit of research beforehand but was amazed by the readiness, and thoughtfulness of both staff members. I was out of the store within 30 minutes, after purchasing a 5 knife set, cutting board, magnetic stripe, and a-very-much-on-sale Straub Round Cocette (normally priced $250+ for $150!).Ill be heading back there to pick up a few more things that caught my eye. Supporting local businesses that are knowledge, friendly and make you feel comfortable about your purchases is a no brainer. Thanks Sonoma Cutlery in Petaluma! Cant wait to cook for friends and family using all your merchandise.

I lost all my Chef Knives 🤕 during a move, my Head Chef recommended me here and I was super impressed with how the customer service his name is Johnny sorry if I spelled that wrong gave me so much information on new Knives etc, I bought the new Dragon Chef knife and couldnt be more impressed with it.. Thank you and defenitly coming back to rebuild my Babies lol

They had a most rare knife that _was so rare and few made that the knife never even made it to market...I contacted them and they were so patient with me and reassuring offered to hold it for me I mean this is very rare and expensive thousand plus till I could get there 3hours away ...when I arrived I couldnt believe it not only did they keep their word but also discounted it to me think about that fagetaboutit. I still dont believe it nor do most people. Thank you guys so much
