Kids love this food, me not so much. Too much kid hype versus quality of food. Single burger is lost in garden and bread that doesnt hold up. Sloppy wrappers. Fries that are neither cooked fully or tasty, just dry. No salt ? Do we have to ask for everything as an add on? Dr. Pepper was sweet with appropriate amount of ice. Double cheese burger was better.

My husband and I were in a long car trip and decided to stop by this In and Out to get a bite to eat. They staff is so friendly and welcoming. They are super fast, efficient and work hard. It wasn’t a super long wait (we went around 7) and we’re NOT disappointed by the food.

Food simple but yummy. Staff friendly and my order is always correct. I do suggest asking for your fries LIGHTLY WELL because they are so much tastier that way. Just try it and youll like it!!!

When they were new, the burgers were big and juicy. One wonders if they went like other burger chains: Wheres the beef? Prices are expensive.But they are friendly and have Doggie burgers for your other kids.

Fresh fast food thats always delicious. Nice clean location in Petaluma. In-N-Out really does the best quality fast food in the business here in California and theyve got a fun not-so-secret secret menu that makes for nearly endless options to their very simple menu. No mask requirements for fully vaccinated eating in the restaurant and a nice umbrella covered patio to eat outside and enjoy the weather. Great tourist spot to take out of state guests for a quick bite of a California original.

Open late, clean, masked, professional staff that are happy to see you. Fresh, delicious food. Impeccable cleanliness. Classic In-N-Out at its best.

Pretty good fast food. Long drive thru line, but running pretty quick as well. Comparing to other fast food, In&Out is pretty fresh, and tasty. Impressive touchless soda refill machines. Love ❤️ it.

The menu is very basic. Apparently there is a secret menu. The food is very fresh but the lines especially drivethru are outrageous..

Its hard to be disappointed with InO Burger and this visit was no exception. My cashier was clearly new yet his humility easily made up for his slowness and mistakes. The food and dri KS were good as usually, the place bright and clean.

Delicious as usual. Five stars for consistency. Were from Sacramento. We were visiting the Mendocino coast and had our fill of seafood. How about a great burger for a change? Sounds good to me! Not disappointed. Super friendly staff.

Passing through In-N-Out country and made a stop for Double-Doubles and milkshakes. Always great quality food that satisfies those animal cravings.

When Colorados 1st In-N-Out opened up it was a 14 hour wait, still havent been there. Been to Vegas, Monterey & Petaluma all were Great!

The quality here is inconsistent compared to the Novato location. I went here for lunch with my mom last week and the buns were stale and crusty, which totally ruined the burger. It was to the point where I wouldve gone up and asked for a better one, but we were running on a tight schedule and I didnt think I had the time to wait.

This location especially is always completely on top of it. You quickly tell them your order, they repeat it back to you perfectly and Ive never had a wrong order here. Thanks for my in n out fix!

Worst milkshake Ive had in a long time. Syrupy oversweetened gooey garbage. Burger was alright fries was the only thing I enjoyed. I dont see what everyone sees in In and Out as a chain?

I didn’t get my order made correctly. I ordered two double doubles and they didn’t come with onion and on top of that my fries were below the line, so low I can see the letters at the bottom. I drove 20 minutes back to the in and out. I talked to the manager Rylee. I told her my burgers weren’t ordered right and my fries were very low and for the inconvenience I want fries with it. Rylee told me that she can remake the burgers but not give me another fry for the inconvenience. Since they can’t remake the order right I asked for a refund. Rylee only gave me the refund for the two burgers. This has never happened to me. At another in and out I had my order messed up and they remade the whole order with fries and gave me a milkshake with it! Rylee shouldn’t be manager at the Petaluma in and out. For the messed up order and the extremely low fries, I should have gotten the order redone right. This is unacceptable behavior from a manager. Very disappointed.

It was In-N-Out Burger! Not much to say. I used the drive through, and as almost always it was as fast as to be expected with the long line or others who arrived before me and kept arriving after I was in line.They are fast, friendly, efficient, and forward thinking in how they have someone outside asking to take your order long before youve reached the intercom menu board that your order from at most other fast food places. And they get your order right too! The order taker moves to the next car and so on as soon as they can to get the orders in and give the crew a better chance and more time to prepare your order.This particular location is not the easiest to get into if you are going north/west on that street, or in the wrong lane of the 101South Off ramp. But in the south/east bound city street its a simple right hand turn and youre in theiir parking lot. Most other traffic has to go to the next light, and in the Left Turn/No U Turn) Lane, turn left (this can be tricky because of the divided road). Then at the alleyway turn left and this will take you to the back entry to their parking lot.Exit is to the right at the far end of the drive through lane the right towards the street and 101S On Ramp.The food is tasty and good quality. Plus plenty of it. But do not forget about their hidden menu items such as their Animal Fries. Theyre an extra special treat you can order. Like loaded fries with all the extra on them (cheese, grilled onions, etc). They are very good but you need a fork to eat them with (fork provided)

This In-N-Out Burger is run so efficiently. The employees not only wear their mask but use them properly. There were two employees tending to the line of cars, the last time I was there. The line moved fairly quickly. Our food was delicious, for some reason even a little better than normal! I love the protein style double double with cheese, my family loves animal fries as well as animal double doubles.I highly recommend this in-and-out burger. Enjoy

Food was excellent. Employees were super polite and order was done as soon as we pulled up to pick up window. Animal style fries are my go to when Im here . Everything was good but the line was stretching out onto the road so try to get there on odd times not directly at lunch or 5 o clock rush .

By far the best In-N-out burger experience me and my girlfriend have had unanimous agreement! With about 12 cars in front of us it was less than 5 minutes total wait and the food was better than any other In-N-Out we’ve ever had, and we do eat at In-N-Out so this isn’t something new to us. Great job Petaluma In-N-Out 🤘

It was the typical meal although I think they managed to get each burger wrong. We were visiting from out of town and was very disappointed they couldnt create the order accurately. Good taste as always.
