Paul is a riot, great workmanship, amusing to work with.He comes off as scattered, but he delivers the goods!Ive had him do several custom embroidery jobs and have been pleased every time.If you need something embroidered, then Rags to Stitches is the place.

Very disappointed in Paul. This is not a business I would ever recommend. They ruined $2800 worth of clothing and said they aren’t responsible for materials that are brought to them.Do yourself a favor - save them time, money and frustration by going elsewhere.

Best service and quality! You must go here! I called them panicked a day before my wifes birthday and said I need to do something great for my wifes birthday. When I said it was the next day, they asked how soon I could get there. They helped me design an incredible shirt for my wife and I to both wear. Plus, they were ready the next day! On top of that, I mentioned we have a baby and he made one for my baby on the spot! My wife loved them! Thanks so much! I will definitely get more shirts made! Ill be sure to call with more notice though! ☺

Paul is great! He is very professional and very responsive to my needs...even when I come to him in the 11th hour with a deadline looming! He offers expert advice to help achieve ones goals in the most cost effective manner! You cant go wrong bringing your projects to him!

If I could give him zero stars I would he was rude from the time he answer the phone I asked him if he was by appt only he aggressively ask what do u want I advised a leather jacket embroidered he yelled with what so out of respect of his feeling I hung up so he didnt take me out of character...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was very pleased with the service i received at this Rags to Stiches today. I had a specialty project i needed done quickly and the owner was very accommodating. The price was great, and the final result came out beautiful. It looked like he had state of the art equipment and next time i need something done i will go back there.
