I set an appointment for my 1937 Chevy. They had the hoist waiting for me when I arrived with my trailer. They determined that I didnt need a whole muffler system and fixed only what needed repair. They got me out in fifteen minutes, then helped me load on my trailer, which was an ordeal. Great place to have a muffler work done. Very helpful, friendly guys.

I have used Muffler Works for many of my vehicles and they always do an amazing job. Recently just had exhaust done on my brand new Chevrolet Silverado.Could not be more pleased. I was out of my hometown doing a Demolition project across the street. The grapple bucket we were using broke and spilt apart i came in with no appointment and they took the time to fix it up with some welding best part is that they took the little extra time to make sure the old welds were ground down and gave it a clean fresh start pricing was great and the service was even better i highly recommend this muffler shop for any of thier services

If I can leave no stars I would, I had to go in a total of 4 times. Only wanted a resonator delete and a new muffler put on. The 3rd time I went they said I needed to make an appointment and that they would call me to come in, so I scheduled one and the day of my appointment they never called I had to call them and ask if I can still bring it in. They said theyd fit me in. Dropped off my car at noon exactly waited all day and never got a call that it was ready. So I went by to check on it and they never once touched my car in the 8 hours that it was there, it was parked in the same place where I had left it. The manager said that he could fit me in on Saturday morning that hed give me a call but never did. Heard many positive things about this place but my experience was horrible.

Always does a great job! Hes done every vehicle Ive ever owned with perfection and if I didnt like the sound he would swap out the muffler no questions asked! Best muffler shop in Sonoma county by far!!

Thought we needed a muffler went in for a estimate and they put it on the rack and found out it was just loose bolts and missing bolts fixed within 15 min and only $20 WOW a nice suprise. I will be going there again.
