Ordered a Nixon Regulus SS watch through Buckle in the mall and it came 3 weeks after I ordered it. When It finally arrived the Tin that the watch comes in to protect the watch (which usually always does keep it protected) was crushed and mangled beyond words. The watch inside had a cracked screen, the band had scratches all over it! Now the Buckle employee was extremely helpful and appalled at the condition the brand new watch showed up in. So they ordered me a new one with overnight delivery. Its been a week now and has been sitting at the FedEx warehouse 20min away from where I live. I called to just go and pick it up, they told me that I have to wait for the delivery date and that I cant come to the warehouse to pick it up! I dont know how the people working there have jobs!??

I just learned they have had a package in their possession since June 9th 2021 - and it has not been delivered to me because it was to soon. This package was coming from Pleasanton, CA shipping to Santa Rosa and instead of just delivering the package they have held it and I am supposed to receive on 6/14 a Monday when drivers will be busy. Unbelievable

Bad communication within employees. One person tells me one thing over the phone another person tells me another thing in person. What a waste of gas to go pick up a package 30 minutes away and they couldn’t give it to me. I don’t understand.

HORRIBLE! LOST MY PACKAGE AND LIED TO ME! it’s been lost for weeks and have never gotten it. i’ve asked from other people to and they got there package lost by fedex!

I have a package i ordered from amazon to be shipped to my PO box. Never had an issue until it came to fedex. They sent my product to an address i do NOT live at. When i asked them why they did this they said we do not ship to a PO box. If that is so, why ship to an address i do NOT live at!? They say it is not their fault and to talk to amazon. Amazon is going to blame Fedex who is to blame... And their employee (whos name i did not get but it was an old lady with white hair) told me to and i quote maybe try before you complain ABSOLUTE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Severely unorganized, understaffed and overworked employees. Waited for an hour and a half for them to locate my package. The only thing that helped me keep it together were the two ladies trying desperately to find the package. They were so embarrassed and felt really bad. I fet bad for them. I hope they get the support they need.

Driver said my address didnt exist... It clearly does because I live there. All my other packages make it just fine.. cant talk to a live person either when attempting to track. Terrible

Came to pick up my package because I was supposed to get it that day, but got pushed until next week. Came in and asked her if I could pick it up gave her my Tracking number and she goes to the back for 30 seconds and tells me sorry its with other packages and its going to take me an Hour to find it. I said Ill come back tomorrow and she said no sorry you have to wait until next week. She genuinely did not want to do anything. Worst service

Theres often a little wait, but the staff are friendly, courteous & efficient, and they seemed to take me seriously the one time I came in with identifying photos of a FexEx truck that was driving recklessly on South McDowell.

Everyone is super helpful and very experienced. They answer every question and make it super easy to ship anything.

Beware! If you want a package to arrive on time and to beable to find it use UPS. Working with this facility was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

I receive monthly medication for my cancer treatment. Over the past six months, FedEx has missed then delivery time window 5 out of 6 times. One time they missed the entire day! Very inconvenient and not very professional. I’ve tried to get my pharmacy to change shipment, but unsuccessful. I wish I could talk to somebody....not acceptable

The associates at the shipping center are courteous and professional, even when I have seen customers freaking out over stuff. Never had one problem picking up a package. The only reason for the 4 stars is this Petaluma location is really far away from my home.

I didnt leave my house the entire day yesterday waiting for a package that required a signature. They said they attempted delivery at 1:15pm and no one was here to sign for it. Thats pretty funny seeing as though I was sitting on the couch right next to the front door with all the curtains open at that time and no one was here. I hate FedEx!
