We had the undercarriage of out mobility scooter undercoated. It is a $10,000 scooter and we are trying to look after it.We dealt with Peggy and she was so pleasant and courteous we really enjoyed working with her.The job took an hour to do and the cost was a measly $40. We would’ve paid three times that much.We highly recommend Jewel auto glass and undercoating. I’ve had them undercoat my van and now the scooter. I would go back to them for any work that they are offering.

I had great hopes for Jewell after multiple friends told me about them, and reading all of the great reviews. I will say the people were nice.I needed a replacement windshield in a hurry and they booked an appt for me to come in, and quoted me a great price. I waited for half an hour and then they told me (very apologetically) that they didnt have the windshield I needed. They said it would be in the next day by 11am, if not sooner, and they would call me when it came in. I left them a message the next day after not hearing from them. Its a week later and I still have heard nothing from them. Very disappointed with their lack of communication and professionalism.

I went to a few different places to get a quote on replacing my windshield which had a large crack. Jewell was less than half the price of Speedy and was also cheaper than all the others. Chad explained that I could use my deductible which lowered the cost even more, Friendly people did a great job, and very efficient at a very competitive price.

Jewell auto glass was a real Gem to deal with.They were quick to respond, provide a quote, and book me in.I went for my windshield replacement, and unfortunately my windshield didnt get in on their order the previous day.No biggie. The fact that the cost to get my windshield replaced was less than half of the other competitors was a bonus to me.Chad, was great at handling this situation. They said they will rustproof my car for free next time I need RP done, AND Gave me 2x 20$ rustproofing discount cards, AND sent the glass installer to my house the next day, no extra cost, installer was VERY friendly and professional. I think his name was Kevin.The young lady at the front desk (I cant remember her name right now) was very nice too. Answered every question I had, made e-transfer for payment post installation possible, even gave me a sweet pen that ACTUALLY WORKS!There is a super chill doggo there to watch tv with you while u wait. Timmies on one side, Costco on the other.They also have really good prices on vent visors, unlike Napa or parts source who want 260-450$ for a set. Had my windshield replaced for almost half the cost of speedy or Apple. Then they gave me a coupon for rust treatment so I went back and had that done. Great work, friendly people and Id definitely recommend. Also a very friendly doggo to hang out with while you wait.

I cannot say enough good things about Jewell Autoglass and the staff that work there. Despite there being a pandemic they were able to get me in quickly to replace my broken rear window on my SUV. Not only were they able to find me a used rear window, but they were able to do it at a significantly cheaper evaluation than I was quoted by a competitor. They were really quick and professional.

We had our windshield chip repaired and followed up with a second appointment for an under-body rust proofing as well, as we are starting to see some costly rust damage underneath from all the road salt and country dirt road driving, (wishing I had done it sooner). I had my van in for undercoating about 6 weeks ago and was very pleased with every aspect. I was meaning to come write a nice review just based on cost, service and the friendly way I was treated but kept forgetting. They even gave me a ride to my othere vehicle. Recently I had my van in for an oil change with a local shop and the first thing they said once they got under the van was Who did your undercoating?.
