Always excellent customer service and knowledge.Today, whilst in town, my car battery failed. After a jump start, I made it to Napa Peterborough. They had a new replacement battery in stock, and they suggested I leave my car with them while I and a friend ran errands, during which time the Napa guys fitted the new battery for me. Just wonderful.Like I said, excellent customer service.Thank you Napa Peterborough.

After needing AAA help to start my car this AM, I went to the local NAPA store for a new battery to replace the 3yr old original Subaru one. Clerk sold me new one and swapped it out in 21F weather in about three minutes. Brilliant. Its NH. Live free or die.

Son’s car wouldn’t start. Stopped by NAPA and bought jumper cables. Jumped the car and went straight to NAPA . The young man tested the battery. Needed a new one. He replaced it for us. So polite and pleasant. Best costumer service!!

Gentleman who helped me was awesome. He helped me get my new battery and let me use his tools to replace it myself without question and was very helpful. Definitely recommend this shop, and a very convenient location.

Worked out that way needed a fuse. Remembered driving by the store before. Nice older store with a nice selection of a little bit of everything. Clerk was very helpful and got me just what i needed. Would definitely stop again
