Got to work and noticed a large screw in my tire. Called at 9:30 AM and left a message in hopes they could fit me in same day. Returned my call by 10:30 AM and said they could repair my tire as soon as I left work. Got there at 3:40, was pulling out of the driveway by 3:55. Super accommodating, friendly and down to earth. They’ll definitely get my business again.

Made an appointment for the next day. Arrived and they took my car right in. Completed the work quickly and everyone was very nice to interact with.

I the four years Ive been bringing my vehicles in for service to Top Notch Tire and Auto I have never, ever been led astray. Assessments were accurate, service was excellent, and the demeanor of everyone Ive dealt with there have been pleasant and professional. A couple of times I needed fast service for something, they were able to accommodate and take of the issues at hand.

On bringing for first time our well maintained vehicle to Top Notch for inspection they failed it for ball joints wed recently replaced. We brought it to another garage that found joints to be fine however pointed out Top Notch had failed to notice power steering fluid pouring out of steering box almost causing our daughter to go off road. On calling Top Notch explaining circumstances requesting our money be refunded there exact response was DONT F**K WITH ME MAN, DONT F**K WITH ME!! Real nice. Were reporting them to DMV, DOT & Better Business Bureau.

Told me they could not mount low profile tires on my rims and assured me that nobody in town could do the job and insisted I needed to go to a dealer. I was able to find somebody else in town to do the job.... I dont know why they call themselves Topnotch Tire if they cant mount low profile tires.

I had a flat tire this A.M...knew they were closed, hoped someone would answer. They did and the owner drove in to work and repaired my tire. What a great small town attitude. And of course I will bring the fleet to them in the future. Thank you for the above and beyond service.

Wish I could give them less stars! First, the building looks run down, dirty and abandoned from the exterior. Secondly, my wife got an oil change and they left off the cap, which as you can imagine created quite a stinking mess! Top Notch refused to clean it and accused my wife of removing the cap on purpose. Thirdly, my mother needed a ball joint replaced. Top Notch refused to give her a quote and demanded that she read the religious material on their coffee table! Needless to say nobody in this family will ever use them again!

Been going to TopNotch for 3 years. They are a great auto repair shop very honest.

Very pleased and thankful that I, an out of state driver, was helped late on a busy holiday evening and was able to make it home.
