The pharmacists are helpful and polite most of the staff is great. I have a real hard time understanding why Gina is even working there. I would not want her as the face of my company. She is always rude not only to me but others. Apparently from other reviews it doesn’t matter. She is still working there.

Why does your ad say masks required when I see people at your pharmacy NOT wearing masks?? Any place that involves Healthcare is wearing masks! So a pharmacy where people go when they are sick and go for medical advice should be wearing a mask! And it wouldnt hurt to have better customer service at the pharmacy since your the ONLY riteaid in Peterborough! Thanks

White middle age looking woman at the pharmacy was unfriendly to an elderly couple in front of me and then to me.

Rite aid is my go-to pharmacy.Courteous and knowledgeable pharmacists.They almost always have the over-the-counter medications that Im looking for.The counter help is always polite and very nice.

It would be 5 stars, but the lady Gina who works there is so rude. She snaps at customers and rolls her eyes right in front of them! Totally not the person to have working with people in customer service!

Large store with many different items.

The associate named Chris Was extremely helpful courteous and kind. When I made a purchase and there was a sale going on by one get 50% off the second one they only had one item In stock I addressed it with him and he immediately took 25% off the purchase price making it a great deal. In my experience most store associates what I said tough luck he went above and beyond and I just want to say thank you. If every store associate was like Chris you have more happy customers everywhere
