The shop itself is laid out very nicely, so you can observe all items carefully. The owners were quite knowledgeable about many items when I inquired. Such a delightful place with wonderful owners.I purchased a charming Cuckoo clock from them. Ive never seen one quite like it. The owners were so careful packaging it up for me. The pendulum somehow wasnt put in the bag with the rest of the clock. I emailed them (after hours) and had a very quick response. One of the owners felt so bad about the pendulum, he offered to drive about 40 minutes to my home to deliver it. I told him I could come by in a few days for it, but he assured me he wanted me completely thrilled with the purchase and able to enjoy it right away. The very next day, he delivered the pendulum. He went above and beyond with this sale. I was so surprised.
