I own a black Dodge Charger and was just in the shop. I came in to get my sub amp looked at to see if I needed a new one or if the wiring was just loose. I saw nothing but good reviews online so I figured I would come to you to give you my business. When I walked in I was approached by a man with a negative attitude who didn’t seem to care what he did. When I told him the situation with my car he said he could take a ‘look’ at it. When we walked out to my car and I opened my door to show him my amp. He then said he can’t do anything by just looking at it and that I would need to pay him $45 for him to diagnose it. His rude demeanor and comment pushed me away from giving you my business. Customer service goes a really long way. I was planning on gifting my wife window tint for her car, but from the experience I’ve had so far from the employee I dealt with today I certainly won’t be coming back. You lost not only one potential client but at least two.
He is very unprofessional and has very poor customer service skills. I am 20 yrs. old and currently enrolled in Richard Bland College. I paid for my services/labor on the 19 of February 2018 which cost a total of $450. In attempt he improperly connected my speaker system which led me to go back and forth to his business in a total of six different times. Keep in mind that every time I went up there it was before I had class so dropped my car off and had to pay someone to take me back and forth to my classes and work afterwards. After Leaving work around 12-1am I Had to pick my car up from his business located on 460. Each time my speaker system still was still not fixed. After the 3rd and 4th conversation I asked for a refund. his response was we cant give refunds as I stated earlier my services were not complete which was what I originally paid him for. Over the next couple of days my mother and I reach out to him which lead him being rude to my mother over the phone. He never took on the responsibility of reaching out to me to try and resolve the situation in a professional manner. As of March 30, 2018 my mother came down from Woodbridge, Virginia where she lives and we both visit him at his business to follow up with the situation and to see how he was going to resolve it. In response, he said he would give me a full refund at the beginning of the month on the 2nd or 3rd of April, 2018. As the time approached my mother called to confirm his exact words of giving me my initial refund. His response to her was. it would be the following week that he would give me my refund As of today, April 9, 2018 I visited him for my refund and he respond that it wouldnt be today either so he still was refusing to give me my refund. Keep in my after my 4th and 5th time of leaving my car for labor he took out the speakers out of my trunk so I have be riding around for 3 weeks without the services that I initially paid him for in the beginning on February 19, 2018. As a result he is still not willing to give me my refund and today is March 9, 2018 which also has been 49 day since I originally paid for my service, this has almost been a whole two months Ive been dealing with this situation now I have to take this to court in attempt to get my money that I earned. This is very unprofessional and I would hate for anybody else to have to go through this.
