Zero certified mechanic on site the mechanics pad on the back side of building runs oil into chesdin water shed/lake that we citizens use for drinking no oil spills are reported to the water authority,,they use zero antifreeze on outboards an no cylinder fog on cylinder walls for winterizing, anything besides a spark plug change an oil change all the work is out sourced,also he will brag that he is the best Avalon dealer in the east of va for 11 years when their are only 2 dealers in all of va, scott is your best friend when buying a boat after that good luck getting ahold of him if he doesnt want to talk to you its all about $$$

I was trying to get my boat started with no luck. The gentleman from chesdin boat sales stopped and helped. He didnt ask for and wouldnt accept any payment. We had a wonderful day on the water.

Purchased a boat from Scott the owner. Boat broke down several times for different reasons within a few weeks of purchase and Scott refused to help in anyway. Scott disappeared will not return calls, messages, etc. After paying in full Scott refuses to hand over the title of the boat or any documentation.One of our motors broke down for the second time due to faulty electrical work performed by one of the team at Chesdin Boat Sales (unrelated to the motor) and Scotts only recommendation/help was that we lie to the manufacturer in order to have repair done under warranty.
