She was absolutely amazing! I was given the runaround by another florist up until two and a half hours before the time I needed the flowers. So I called the Flowergirl and she stopped what she was doing in her personal time and drove to her shop to make up my flowers. Not only was this a fantastic gesture but her arrangement looked amazing! I will continue and recommend using this place for all your flower needs.

It doesn’t matter if someone is a good florist, if they blatantly make fun of you and your client.I called because a client of mine was going to have trouble getting flowers on time for her wedding. She made a choice to order flowers wholesale on her own and they were not going to arrive on time. As a planner, I tried to help her and call local florists.I understand that trying to get flowers two days before a wedding is a very difficult if not impossible. Florists that understand the importance and do what they can are appreciated. If they can’t help you, they simply just tell you and some have referred me to other places.But to have the florist girl call me back after hearing my voicemail just to laugh at me and call me an idiot and tell me I don’t understand the wedding business and make fun of my client, Is not only rude, but asinine.We already understand how difficult this is for a bride, but to call just to say that you love getting phone calls like this and could be on Saturday night live to make fun of all of these people.... there is a reason wedding planners exist and it is their choice whether they don’t want to help but in the end we need to think of the client’s best interest and help them out the best way they can.I will make sure never to call the flower girl if I ever need help.

GWEN has the passion and talent to perfectly capture the spirit of a person or occasion. She had never met my father, but from conversations with others, she was able to design multiple arrangements that perdecry captured who he was and what he loved. And despite the fact she created MANY pieces for his funeral, no 2 were exactly alike. Her passion is what she does, and she excels at it!

I wanted to place an order based on the good reviews but when I called twice, I got voicemail. I gave the business to another floral shop. They lost a large sale.

The rudest woman I have ever been on the phone with, there was attitude in her voice as soon as she picked up the phone. Making potential clients feel dumb and uneducated for not knowing the exact name of flowers is not the best way to keep your clients. And $200 just for a consultation is way to much just to tell her what you would like. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. She is very unprofessional and makes her customers feel very dumb. There is 0 customer service and that is NOT how you treat a potential client at all.
