This is the best and only way to buy a new mattress. The show room was clean and stocked. We were able to try out multiple options without feeling pressured or rushed to make a quick decision. When the mattress we requested wasn’t at the store, Mr. Dickens went out of his way to to get the mattress to us the next day. Personalized service! And, its always been that way, but now it is much more paramount in keeping safety didnt and center. During my appointment, I met with the owner, Lafayette. I was very impressed with his knowledge, the selection of mattresses, as well as the prices. I had been shopping around for a while, so I was pretty aware of what the other stores were charging. The prices @ Mattress By Appointment are very competitive. Another thing I appreciate it was the fact that importance was placed on making sure I actually got a mattress that whats the well-suited to me and would give me a good night sleep. Most people are worried about making the sale and most customers are worried about getting something that fits their price range but quality is important. The store also offers a $40 down credit plan which is hard to beat. I will definitely make sure to recommend the store to anyone I know whos looking to buy a mattress.

I met up with Lafayette at his location in Petersburg. Price and quality were of a concern as a good mattress is an investment. My initial plan was to go to check out other wholesale places, but his reassurance and flexibility changed my mind on doing that. It was nice to get home from work and find my new bed ready to be made. Been sleeping like a rock since February and couldnt be happier!
