Not sure what all the bad reviews are about! Safety seemed like their #1 priority and their second priority was getting me back out on the road! I got there at 8am and was loaded by 8:35 am and I strapped down and rolled out by 9am! Maybe next time will be different but this was a good experience for me.

Showed up 2 hours early for appointment. They took me right away! No complaints from me delivering here!

Sincerely, I do not know how this place stays in business. The primary thing that a truck driver needs, in order to feel valued, is for his TIME to be respected. The way that shipping and receiving works(or I should say doesnt work) here shows a complete lack of respect for drivers and their time. Not only is the process here grossly and unnecessarily ineffecient, but the people here seem to be completely clueless about the inconvenience that this causes drivers. If they are not clueless then they simply dont care that they are taking money out of a drivers pocket and time away from their families. Some simple adjustments could greatly improve the process here, but I dont think that anyone will take the time to address the lack of competence that is demonstrated at Infra-Metals.

This place will make you late for your next appointment. Warehouse work force moves with zero accountability. Obviously unmanaged unmotivated. Good luck.

Do not come here, worst place to get unloaded. They will definitely waste your day if you come here for delivery. 5 - 6 hrs is avg time to get unloaded. 👎🏻👎🏻

People were nice to work with, the process they have to go through when unloading is time consuming, it took roughly an hour and a half on my truck and nobody else was in front of me at the time. If you pull in and see several trucks you know youre in for quite a wait.

Absolutely asinine how long it takes to receive a load of steel. 3 hrs from start to finish and I was here when they opened
