Was told they couldnt print a FedEx label... I had to go to the FedEx located behind the wawa last I looked the only thing behind the wawa was a swamp, why couldnt they print the label?

Great Associates! Although this center had a tiny store front, I received great customer service as the associates located my package and provided suggestions for a successful delivery. I felt like the cared❤

The ladies that worked there were great! The part I dont understand is why all fedex locations cant print or even retrieve your shipping labels, makes no sense. And its not very clear what locations do what. They can ship it but it has to be tagged already.

Always friendly staff. The space is a little tight, not any wasted room here, thats for sure. Entrance iis a bit difficult to find as its off of a side road and then down through an offshoot where several other businesses are.

The FedEx in Ashland Virginia did a terrible thing in delivering a lounger to my home. They left it on my front porch. Now understand that a car was in the driveway and the driver never rung my doorbell not once. When my Daughter heard the noise, she screamed to him out her bedroom window and he looked at the window and continued to get in his truck. LAZY and has no respect for the Customers. Terrible Service!!!

I visit this location quite often and its one of the best around. The employees are friendly and even when its only one working, they make sure that their customers are well taken care of and that they dont have a long wait time before being helped.

Went here to sent a cloth facemask to a family member. Paid $10 to ship the tiny mask which was then stolen, as my family member said they received the package empty. Thanks.

Its a good place but very hard to see from the road.

Delivered someone elses package to us incorrectly called 800 number for them to pick up and re-deliver they never showed up. Went to service center with package so that it can be delivered to the correct address place opens at 8:30 it is now 9 am door was locked a nice worker running to a delivery truck let me in. Still waiting on someone to come up front oh here we go! Lol

Ive never had any shipping problems with FedEx. All of my packages arrived on time in the states and overseas. They have a very courteous and helpful staff.

Off Rt. 36 turn on Puddleduck Road, Factory Lane on the left. Just dropped off package. No service needed. Area smells bad though. Its right at that mountain of trash between Colonial Heights and Petersburg.

Very bad. My package was out for delivery all day then sent back to the warehouse due to severe weather, I live 10 miles away, what weather? It was a nice day. Now it is delayed for 3 extra days and they are closed so I cant just go pick it up myself. Very disappointed and will never use fedex again.
