What an experience at Tires Plus in Pewaukee!!! Kathy and her team of hard working and considerate people have been absolutely outstanding. I won’t trust anyone else with my car but them. They made sure my car was in great conduction and went above and beyond for me. Kathy even called to check up after I left the shop! Not usually the kind to leave reviews, but here it is.... Ive been coming to this location for a while now, but I am done. Had work done here (pads, rotors, callipers) and my car is making louder noises than before it went in. Person behind the counter, (Kathy?) was of very little help. Didnt seem to care that I wasnt happy with the work that I paid a lot of money for.

A very friendly environment, got me in and out very quickly. everyone was wearing masks and being safe.

Friday Feb 19, 2021 my rear passenger tire lost pressure. I took my car to Tire Plus . They called telling me the side wall was damaged in addition to an unrepairable slice in tire; since I have AWD 20 tires I would be needing 4 (instead of 1 due to tread discrepancies that would make drive train bad too)brand new tires quoted at $1200+.I call Boucher Buick GMC on Moreland and they had me tow it to them. Boucher found 2 leaks in 2 separate tires, no side wall damage. They repaired the damage and I walked away paying $20.A huge shout-out to Nick and Alex at Boucher!A vote of no confidence to Tires Plus Pewaukee

With a scheduled appointment I waited 1.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Good service, a bit slow for the type of service though. Good location.

Horrible experience!Even after stating I had food in my car and its my wifes birthday, they still tried to upsell me and make get a charge card. Then when I said no and only getting 2 tires, I lost any discount I would have got had I got the card. I was called and was told I need a wheel alignment so I said okay. My car is drifting like it never had before. Not to mention, they said they only had the more expensive tires because I had no choice.I went there before, but I wont be back.

I was told by another store my tire was not repairable. I came to this store to have a new tire installed. Staff decided the tire was repairable saving me hundreds of dollars. They also kept me informed on the progress of my service. All around great customer service. Brian, Ethan, and Austin nice job.

Brought my car in at the last minute after I slid on a patch of ice into a curb. My whole experience throughout the process of getting my car diagnosed to getting it fixed was fast and efficient. Bryan and his team really took care of me and I was able to get back on the road safely.

I called and was able to get an appointment the same day thanks to Bryan. When I got there Tony was a great help and answered all my questions about the new tires I was getting and my questions regarding alignments. I got constant updates from when my car got into the shop and when it got done. Bryan also called and let me know about my tpm sensors being dead and asked if I would like them replaced. The customer service is amazing here. Definitely would recommend this store to my family and friends. I will also be returning to get more work done on my car and any future car I have.

As a part of the overall vehicle inspection they noted that they checked the tire air pressure. They also wrote down that each tire was at 35 psi (its supposed to be at 33). When I drove 5 min home I checked the air pressure because they seemed low. Every tire was low, one being at 22 psi. If they lied about a simple thing like checking my air pressure I have to wonder what else they will lie about.

Brian the manager was great. He will see too it that you get what you need without overpaying. He runs that location very efficiently. Highly recommend going there if you need tires.

Customer service is excellent. Just needed a hole patched on a flat tire. The manager knows what hes doing and will make me a repeat customer.

Prices seemed a bit high, but the service was good. The tech didnt sell me more than I need (4 tires), but also explained what I did need (one tire and not just a plug) in such a way that I felt confident in handing over my money. It did take them 3 days to get the matching tire in, which probably wouldnt be a problem if the tires were purchased here.

I moved to the area about a year ago and tried this shop because it was the closest. Turns out theyre also the best. I love how these guys are not only professional, but INCREDIBLY nice. Theyve been so kind to my husband and I, on several separate occasions. I couldnt recommend them more.

I got a new set of tires. Took all day, dropped off around noon and came back at close and they were still finishing up. Wished it would have been quicker but they were really busy that day. Decent priced and great service. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Had a pretty bad leak in my driver rear tire. Turns out there was a nail stuck inside the tire. The service crew was friendly and respectful. They removed the nail, sealed the tire, and balanced it in under an hour. Competitive prices as well! I would recommend this place to anyone having trouble finding somewhere to service their tires. They also do oil changes and service inspections.

Brought my car in for a coolant leak, paid over $900 for a new radiator and various other coolant system parts. Brought it home and it still leaked. Brought it back for another look and was told it was likely residual coolant. Brought it home, still leaking. Brought it back and I was told they repaired a hose that was leaking. Brought it home again and took it to work only to find a bigger puddle of coolant underneath it than the original leak. Brought my car home and decided to pressure test it myself. I understand that older cars when fixed in one place can start leaking in a different place. But guess what I found? Coolant leaking from the new thermostat housing they replaced. I dont think I will be bringing my car back here. And a last thing, when I went to pick up my car they couldnt find my keys. The technician left them in the ignition. Outside in the parking lot.

I had received a quote for work elsewhere and had already made an appt with them. I got a 2nd opinion at Tires Plus and the same work was $300 less and I got a much earlier appt. Work was done well. Staff was friendly and helpful. They exceeded my expectations.

A bunch of hacks but what else would you expect...

Have had these guys do a couple of things on my vehicle over the past couple of months. Took off a broken locking lug nut, fixed a slow leak in 3 of the 4 tires and lastly put new tires (purchased on line). In all cases, they were professional, timely and courteous. The only thing I might consider a negative is that they left all the tires at 35psi, the car calls for 32 and 30 psi for front and back. But that took about 2min to fix. Will use them again if I need to without hesitation.

They were able to get me in short notice (during my lunch break) to put my winter treads on. Only downside was that they put the center wheel caps on too loose. I noticed a day later when one was missing and 2 others were still loose. However they made it up to me and covered the cost of the lost center cap. Great group of guys, very professional in the office and over the phone!

Had gone to the dealership about 8 times to fix a leaking tire and they never figured out how to fix it. That resulted in my tire blowing out on the freeway at 70 mph. Took it to this tires plus one time and the fix was so basic they did it for free. I will definitely be going back. Thank you tires plus.

I knew my tires were bad and they had a great deal on tires. Of course there was more to it as one of my calipers had froze up, yes I felt like my brakes had a problem (8yrs old 160K mi) but had hoped it was just my tires. So my bill was more than I anticipated. They help me with as many coupons and discounts they could which I appreciated. The car rolls and stops fantastic and I feel safe on the road again. On the upside, should be set for a couple of years.

Came for an oil change and requested to have my tire looked at as it had a slow leak (would need to fill up every month). They fixed the tired... the next day the tire was completely flat. COMPLETELY. They did not apologize or say anything about it. I took it back in, they fixed it and then I would have low tire pressure in less than a week. I ended up having to buy a new tire- def did not go through them. So long story short, they made my tire worse than if I just would have left it. I will not be returning. (If looking for tires, HIGHLY recommend Big Bear Tire in Oconomowoc. Both of my parents got their tires from them and loved the service.)

Thank you to David, James and Doug for helping align, balance, track down and test in order to eliminate a vibration in the seat.The end result is that my car is vibration free. I look forward to visiting again.

I had a tire repaired / patched. Apparently it was too much to ask the person driving my vehicle to wipe their hands prior to touching the steering wheel. I had black sticky dirt all over my hands. Thanks guy.

I was at the tires plus on hwy 164 in Pewaukee about a week ago, I purchased two new tires, an oil change and alignment, and I asked that they look at the spare tire, it would not release, rusted on the connection,I also asked that they fix the lift gate on the back of my SUV, I dropped of the vehicle at 3:30 pm, they said they would have it done by 8pm... The mechanic stated to me that my vehicle was a Piece of junk and said that I made a mistake purchasing it.Really Not something I wanted to hear, it is a 2008 Trail Blazer and had no problems with it at all, I then left, I received a call from them an hour later, and they said they would not be able to fix the lift gate, I then asked what time the vehicle would be done, again he said 8pm, at 7:30 pm I stopped by, they hadnt even touched the vehicle, I then went home, At 11pm they called and said the vehicle was done, It took them 7 1/2 hours to do an oil change,2 tires and an alignment and they never even looked at the spare tire at all.. I would highly recommend to anyone to go somewhere else for service on you car, they are rude, insulting and dont follow through with their promises...

EDIT: The staff at Tires Plus made things right, although there were hiccups along the way to making things right. All of the work on the car has been good.Was told that the staff would order a new rim for me, but when I called to schedule a time for the new rim to be installed, the staff acted like Id never requested a new rim. Ive had this happen before when I asked for a part for my windshield wiper fluid pumps; they said theyd order it and when I call in to see if theyd got the part in, they acted like I never asked.

A few weeks ago I called to see if they would give my car an oil change that had an IID in it. They said sure, no problem, youll just need to stay with your car during the entire time. When I call today to make an appointment and reminded them I had an IID, they refused service. I asked why. He said just...no

Went on morning before expected snow storm. Originally told would take all day but when staff realized that the tires I needed to replace were not on the car (I already removed as they were both bald...my bad) but in my front seat, they were able to squeeze me in between several other jobs. Staff went out of their way to help me out with 2 young kids in tow and a dire need to get the second family car back into service. Need to replace tires on other car and already know where I am going.

Came in with emergency fix because we were on a trip. He worked us into his busy schedule and even covered the cost of a valve stem that broke off, due to corrosion. This guy worked his butt off. Five stars.

Every time I get my oil changed here it takes a hour + longer than what they told me. They also tightened a cap on my car so tighter that it broke and widened the opening, they are not forthcoming to their mistakes nor did they apologize. I have seen them make other careless mistakes on cars and not many of their customers appear to be satisfied. The staff is very friendly but in my opinion need more training.

I will never go to this place again!!!! I went in for a wheel alignment and an inspection knowing that there was nothing else wrong with my car besides an alignment. They finish my alignment and call me about my inner cv boots are torn and leaking grease! I was like okay well, I’ll take a look at it when you guys are done with my alignment. I did not have them replace the cv boot. I picked up my car and checked underneath by the cv boot and the small clips holding the cv boot was gone! They act like I didn’t know what I was talking about! They did a inspection and didn’t even tell me that the cv boot clip was gone! They told me the cv boot was torn! I checked and the leakage looked fresh and looked like someone took the cv boot clips off and that’s why it was leaking. There were no tears on the boot at all! I filed a complaint to tire plus head quarters and just know they are fixing this problem for me. I fix my own car and just know I know there was never a problem with my cv boots! Clips were on nice and tight from factory. My car only has 68k miles on it. Help yourself and do not take your car to this place! They lost my trust. This isn’t something you do to someone’s car and cause them problems so your business can boom. Never again will I support this location.

The Pewaukee Wisconsin location has horrible customer service. I was told I should call back in the morning to talk to the manager. I guess inconveniencing their customers is their policy. They couldnt have the manager call me back. The electronic system they use selectively only records invoiced services. I had to bring my car back for adjustments due to there inability to correct the problem the first time and they didnt record that in their system since there was no invoice. So now Im lying. Im done.

Its one of those buyer beware type situations. I heard a grinding in my tire so I took it here in an emergency-type situation. It turned out the drum assembly had fallen apart in my rear tire, which they fixed, and it was fine. They took all day on a Sunday to replace it, and they offered to stay later for me to pick it up, which was nice.But then they gave me a laundry list of system failure repairs amounting to $2300 that they tried talking me into getting. They told me my ball joints, lower control arm, along with all of my sway bars, shocks and struts needed to be replaced right away or driving my car would be dangerous. Luckily both my brother and father-in-law are master mechanics at dealerships and they both told me it was just a sales tactic. My brother took one look at my ball joints and said they were both tight and nothing was wrong with them, all he ended up doing was replacing one torn bushing and control arm which amounted to a grand total of $13. (Far cry from $2300, right?)Long story short, get a second opinion before getting their recommended services.

I was on a mission to get my tires checked because the Low Air Pressure light had been insistently coming on for about a month. Two gentlemen at Tires Plus went above and beyond to help me. Not only did they recommend a few nearby locations where I could fill my tires myself, they also gave me tips about filling tires in below freezing temps. They also offered to check my tires for me if I was willing to wait (and I was). They squeezed me into their already-packed schedule and inspected me tires for free. It turned out all my tires were fine but one was 1 PSI below the others. A friendly, polite gentleman (I wanna say his name was Andrew but not sure) ensured me my tires were fine, that hed topped them all up just to be sure, and that it was most likely a persistent light that was the problem.In 35 minutes these guys gave me the reassurance I needed that my tires were fine, ending an annoying cycle of me checking and filling my tires by myself at gas stations. I am grateful for their help and recommend this place for those with any kind of tire trouble.

I have been to this place several times and have not had any issues with anyone working there like some of the previous reviews. I guess everyone has a bad day though, who knows. But for me personally they have always had me in and out in a jiffy, friendly and take good care of my car. They even put a cover on the steering wheel on top of the seat and floor covers. Nice to know I dont have to worry about anything having marks. When I had my brakes done they brought the pads and rotors over to me to show how they needed to be replaced. If I happen to have a bad experience I will change my rating, but as or right now they deserve nothing less than 5 stars!

Bought two new tires, and asked if they should be put on front or back (husband thought they should go on front). Mechanic and manager both said definitely on back and showed us a poster and literature stating why new tires always go on the back. Also had an alignment after tires put on. Got home and find they put new tires on the front. Told to come back and have them switched, which we did. Now steering wheel/alignment is off...steering wheel has to be turned 1/4 to right to drive straight. Now need to go back for third time. No apologies just bring it back in. Wasted what will now be three Saturday mornings.

If youre going to use a big retail chain come here, avoid the Delafield location! these guys are more honest and they will go out of the way to get you done and in and out quicker.

Spoke to a employee over the phone who told me to bring my vehicle In for a free tire rotation since the tires were bought there. He said it would take about an hour if I waited. When I got there the other employe that was at the service counter was extremely rude and said the only way we can do it was a drop of situation. I explained my previous conversation to him and he said that the only opening they had would be the next day and would be another drop off situation. No apologies for false Information and for wasting my time. No forewarning to arrange a ride to pick me up. Had high expectations for them.

Over-priced oil change and charged $22 to find tail light out which we told them needed replacement. Also had to return a vehicle for tire pressure warning after tire replacement. I am very disappointed in their service.

Every time Ive had a vehicle there theyve been efficient, friendly and resolved my issues.

I came to the Pewaukee Tires Plus with a squeak in my front left side of my truck. After inspecting the mechanic (Victor) found that my left strut was badly damaged and needed immediate service. I had both struts replaced because obviously if one failed the other will probly do the same. Furthermore, the service advisor Andrew went above and beyond with helping answer my questions and made me very satisfied with choosing Tires Plus. We found that further work needed to be performed on my truck and I will definately be bringing it back for that when i can. Having a mechanic like Victor working on my truck is an added bonus.Victor was very much to the point and had me in and out faster than i thought a suspension job of this magnitude would take. Thankyou very much for a job well done. Torrey and the store manager Dave even concluded my sale and their service was beyond excellent. Thanks again for making my truck safe to drive.

Was told the price was different than what I paid. The service was pretty bad in my opinion.

I purchased new winter tires and rims for my car at tires plus. There was a hiccup in that the rims did not fit properly and slightly damaged the brake calipers (my car has larger than normal brake calipers). The staff was very good about dealing with the problem in a professional manner and replaced the two front calipers and replaced the rims with ones that fit the car at no charge. So while it did not go perfectly smoothly, they did everything they could to make it right which I think is important. I would go back.

The manager there was a total JAGI took my truck there for a front end alignment and i had a vibration, i took it back to them and they stated Immediately that it wasnt anything they did. so i took it to the dealership, they informed me the vibration was so far out of alignment. i contacted Tires Plus with what happened, they didnt seem to care and didnt want to talk to me because i took it to the dealershipStay away from this place, not sure why theyre still in business
