Please take these reviews serious. Some of these situations are by far worse than ours however we are still concerned and frustrated. We ordered from the Company on Jan.5th and have yet to receive our product. I have called the number listed online multiple times. After calling numerous times I did reach a person and was told my order would be shipping no later than Monday, January 18th but as of today, we still havent received our order. I have also emailed and have received no response. Typically I wouldnt be too worried about a delayed shipment but the lack of response and difficulty reaching someone is concerning. I would never order from this company again. Candy Concepts, please just send us the items we paid for and I will gladly edit this review to reflect the situation resolved.1/27/21 Edit: Candy Concepts did refund our money and apologize for the situation.
I have ordered from this company for the past few years without issue until this past month. I placed an order at the 1st of August, they took my money, and I still, as of 9/2, have none of my order. After a couple of weeks of not hearing from them, I left a message. I also emailed. I received one phone message back saying that some items on my order were unavailable and that I would be getting a call on the following Monday to make adjustments and get it taken care of. Monday came with no call. I waited until Wednesday. Still no call. I tried calling and emailing. Nothing. I kept emailing. I finally got an email on August 26th in the evening saying some items were unavailable and asked if I wanted to change those items to something else. I responded the following morning. Then I heard nothing. I responded the very next day again asking that someone respond to my email. I finally got a response saying they were checking with their warehouse and would let me know as soon as they heard back. That was Friday, Aug. 28th. I tried calling (left message) and also emailing on Monday after I had still heard nothing. I left another message and sent email on Tues, 9/1 and Wed. 9/2. I have requested that someone please call me back to let me know the status of my order, or at the very least, call me and give me a refund. They simply will not respond. I need my order asap as it is for a small business. I am beyond frustrated at the lack of concern from customer service. I have even requested that a manager call me. Nothing. Im extremely disappointed.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Ordered a 3 tier shelf, it was not stated on website it was out of stock. I called and they advised it was backordered & would be in stock 3rd week of October . This shelf was for my grand opening of a small business . It is now 4th week of October. I have called everyday for the last 2 weeks, no answer . I have also emailed multiple times, no answer . Phone rings and go to voicemail and their mailbox is full - you cannot leave a voicemail. Now I am filing a dispute with the bank and I did not have shelf for grand opening .
Ordered two inline shelves on August 28 2020 havent received them yet!and it November 5 .Now The Management keeps giving me the run around.
This company is horrible! Customer service non existent. I ordered a rack from them that was damaged and they refused to rectify the situation. Beware with this company they are not reputable!!!!
Was looking for a specific candy clicked on a link of that candy that took me to their web site to spend a half hr on their page not to find it
