The weekend and holiday crew are awful. They routinely posts a hand written note on door stating drive through only. They then lock the door requiring mobile orders to go through the drive through lane. This wouldn’t be an issue if the lane was empty, but as you can see from the pick it never is. It would better to just not accept mobile orders.

Over the year this location has gone down. While the people are pleasant the service time and consistency of the beverages is always off. Today took over 30 minutes for a pre-ordered coffee.One thing ordered was a special treat for my daughter... we ended up leaving to get her to school so, some other kid with his mom got the treat, I wasnt going to drink it. As frustrated as I was with the unacceptable wait time it was great to see the kid smile.I felt so bad for all the people waiting in the lobby and drive thru. Though I enjoy my coffee treats Im really feeling that it is no longer worth it to go to this location.

I wanted a brownie but they were out. I thought that was good because I’m technically sort of on a diet. Not really... but then the barista suggested a cake pop which would satisfy my craving but is significantly smaller than a brownie. So I told her that she was a genius (totally true) and she wrote that “I deserve it” on the bag. So true. I’m conclusion, I’m a fan of this Starbucks location.

Don’t go to this Starbucks. They don’t folllow directions and never pay attention. I always order with nonfat milk and whenever I ask them is this nonfat, they are like “oh, oops I forgot or “do you still want it?” and take another 5 to 10 minutes while other people are waiting trying to get their orders done. this has happened way more than ever and I’m done. it’s like they don’t care, they only do what’s convenient for them, only.

Stopped in at ~5am at the start of a 15hr drive. Was greeted by a friendly, upbeat staff person. Great way to start the day/trip! Am curious why there were no trash cans outside though.

Had the worst experience ever!!! I order at this store a constant basis and they usually give me great service for the most part. Today i ordered my drinks like normally via mobile and then go pick it up with no “ hello “ “ how can we help “ “ are you here for a mobile order” nothing at all! They put all my 7 drinks at the end of the counter and didnt even think of giving me a cup holder. I had to wait almost 10mins while my drinks were getting cold and melting before i had to ask for a drink carrier!! Come on!!! Seriously!! Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!if i could not give it one star, i would. Poor management and staff

The barista was seriously so sweet from the start, very genuine. I had a mobile order and it somehow must’ve got sent to the wrong location and without even asking the barista asked me what my order was and made it for me and when I went to hand my card to her she said that she wouldn’t charge me again and was sooo kind! Love this locations workers wish I remembered her name!!

Extremely slow service. Drive through 30+ mins. We bailed 15 mins after we gave our order. No in store pickup, no mobile order ahead.

Friendly and extra accommodating. Something this world needs all over. I had a larger order, and they whipped it up so quickly, even the two drinks that were extra modified and specific. Great job! Thank you! I frequent this location infrequently at best, but i have still noticed improvements since my first couple visits which were not great. So a2esome to see!

This is a fantastic Starbucks filled with thoughtful, caring, and competent employees. Whenever I stop, I see 100% mask compliance (employees and customers) and feel confident that my drinks are being made as safely as possible. Definitely recommend!

Came here this morning and ordered a new drink I havent tried before, I was not a fan of the drink. So I went back around and the lady gave me a different drink for free. Which was super nice of her, really made my day. Awesome customer service.

Slowest Starbucks in the area. 10-15 minute waits for coffee. This is not because of COVID. This has always been the case. I thought the new building would make it better. It’s worse.

Was so impressed with your staff and kelsey one of the employees went above and beyond my daughter lost her pet and we are new to the area so with the move and her pet passing they kelseys heart made my daughter smile and now im a happy father so proud of the staff you have serving in your establishment thank you so much her pet was a shy baby a albino hedge hog

Great location! Staff is usually friendly and knowledgeable. Location is still fairly new (about a year old at the time of this review) and has a nice vibe inside with a modern simplistic look. Drive thru is easy to navigate and is wide enough so you don’t feel cramped in a bigger car. Drinks are always made quick and accurate!

I came in today in the drive thru, and my card was declined. The barista gave me the drinks for free. This kindness was a big deal to me, because we have been struggling lately. Thank you, and well be back again.

Stopped in this morning to get a regular coffee and a cranberry Bliss bar. Nobody at the counter but me and took a while to even get my order taken then once I got my coffee she said I’ll have your cranberry Bliss bar in a second so I thought OK well I’ll go put the creamer in my coffee. Creamer was out so I asked at the counter for it to be refilled and that worker was very nice and polite and refilled it right away went back and put creamer in my coffee. Then went back to the counter to get my cranberry Bliss bar still wasn’t there the girl looked at me and turned around and put something in the toaster oven and proceeded to keep working at the toaster oven instead of getting me my cranberry Bliss bar so I just left

I ordered a Hazelnut latte and it was white. Looks and tasted like they forgot the espresso. I did call and they made it right. Adding a couple more stars for good customer service.

This place is SOOOOO slow. Never fails I have to wait in line for 15 minutes. They need to hire more staff or figure something out.

One thing about Starbucks is consistency. I had the sausage egg & cheese breakfast sandwich and its like it always is. Coffee is great and always HOT. That morning they had the fireplace going which was required since the door faces north and it was -1 outside. Made it very cozy.

VERY friendly, happy staff!! We came early morning on a Saturday. They were interacting with each other in great moods and with every customer with the same happy attitudes :) My daughter dropped her cake pop on the floor and I went to purchase another one and they just gave it to me!! I go to many Starbucks and this one is my favorite.

I went to this Starbucks today with some of my friends and we had the nicest barista. She was so sweet and for my birthday gave me a free drink that she customized herself, and so much more! This is by far the worst Starbucks location ever. They are always out of their breakfast sandwiches, every single day! Every time I have ordered my coffee its almost always incorrect like 80% of the times. My order at this location, regardless of whether drinks or sandwiches its never correct. When you call them to let them know, they will ask you to come back and they will remake it for you, which is fine. But then when you get there to get your no meat sandwiches which they made incorrectly with meat, they do no have another one in stock to even remake it for you! WOW!!! They need a better management, whoever is training and ordering inventory is doing a very poor job.

Service at this location is always very quick and friendly! They keep their store fairly clean, and the food and drinks that are made here are generally pretty tasty! Its very rare that they make mistakes on orders, and if they do, theyre happy to fix it for you. Very nice overall!

Great place for a college student to catch up on homework especially being so close to wctc. For those that attend there like myself. Close by for work as well. Overall great service just wished it was a little bigger some days.

Messes up orders on multiple occasions, repeatedly have I ordered cold drinks and gotten them hot or vice versa. They have also forgotten parts of my past orders all together. Always have to keep a close eye when picking up from this location.

Waited several minutes for one of the several idle barristas to serve me. Even had eye contact, but they went on chatting. Finally a different gal came forward to take my order. Was really looking forward to the Italian roast (one of the few I like at Starbucks), but it was weak and insipidly. $$$ too. Avoid unless no other options!

The staff were friendly and eager. I appreciated their enthusiasm. This location is great for work; there are plenty of small tables to read a book or spend some time on your laptop.

The staff doesnt seem too interested in customers (they like to talk to each other instead). There is no drive through either, so it gets pretty full inside. Drinks are usually accurate though.

The employees are nice, the atmosphere is great, even the other customers are nice people. Its a great place to get some work done and have meetings at, too.

Service was friendly and relatively quick, BUT they messed up my drink. They steamed in cocoa instead of cinnamon in a mocha - really a gross amount of chocolate. Bleh.

This location is my favorite Starbucks to visit. The employees are incredibly friendly and take the time to make sure you are happy, even when it is busy, which is most of the time. These employees deserve a raise for the work they do, Im sure it isnt easy being that busy all the time.

Upon entering I wasnt greeted by the staff at the counter. Amanda seemed most occupied talking to coworkers about things rather than me the customer in front of her. She snipped at me for not doing things correctly and when I was attempting to make small talk during the process of the transaction she looked away from me and refused to engage. Im so sorry I inconvenienced you Ms. Amanda.The music is also VERY LOUD. If you were there to meet someone youd have a difficult time engaging in a conversation of any kind.
