Rebecca was kind enough to check on an item I couldn’t find . It was out of stock but overall the Pewaukee location is always stocked and very well organized. Jarett in printing is always a true pro! Worst return policy ever, went to the store thinking a defect USB TYPE C ($50) would be an easy return. I was wrong. Return was rejected due to Covid 19 return restrictions and told to call corporate. Two hours on the phone with corporate, told me that the restriction on return has been lifted. I explain to store Manager and even nicely proposed for at least 50% credit towards a new device in her store!! Result : Just bought same device 15 dollar cheaper at BEST BUY!! If manager just had a little sense of customer service, for only 10 bucks manager could have avoided this review, sold a device and most importantly kept at satisfied Customer- Just saying!!

Buyers beware, they are forcing to wear masks. Would not check me out unless I was wearing a mask, unconstitutional. Masks should a personal choice unless you show signs of anything.

The younger guy who printed out our difficult Google drive marriage certificate application document today, (8-10-19 at 420 pm) you were kind friendly patient and everything one could ask for in a transaction. I tried to look at your name without being creepy but we seriously appreciated you do much. Horrible corporate Internet/PII security. Office Depot STILL has your credit card numbers on file from their breach in 2006. Go check the online store if you dont agree.People & Staff at this particular store are great. Friendly & helpful. The mother corporation is horrible, though.

We were looking for a router, found one on newegg that we liked but wanted to keep our business local. Called OfficeMax and talked to Amanda, she said that if we brought the print outs of the ads, she would price match them. Drive in, talk to Amanda and she says she will not price match. Your a useless employee if you have no customer service. This is why the internet will take over your sales, much better service and wont waste you time.

Went there to buy a box and some bubble wrap to ship a package. Half of the inventory of different box sizes was out of stock. What was there was all mislabeled or not labelled at all. Also, $26 for a roll of bubble wrap?? Are yall stoned??? Went to another store that will remain nameless and found the identical roll for half the price. What gives??

I went in 4/27/20 to make flyers for our newly missing cat. Im a tired, stressed out nurse whos now heartbroken and worried about my cat and the gentlemen assisting me tonight went above and beyond to help me and were compassionate and efficient as well. It meant so much. Thank you !!

I go though them all the time for business cards and they told me they would be done next day...no phone call no email no nothing. I had to call them and the response I got was they wont be done until sometime tomorrow when I ask what time the response I got was sometime. Very rude and in professional customer service. Will never do business here again.

Terrible. I needed a certain type of paper for my business, so I brought a sample in so I could have someone match it up. I received next to no help from the employee. The paper he recommended wasnt even close to what I needed.

I had an awful experience at the store yesterday, I called Friday and asked about their shipping services and they told me that they have every single service at the post office offers. So I took in three packages and the guy told me after he weighed one box that it would cost me $16.50 to mail this box and it would have to be a priority and I could not send it media mail because that option did not come up, he got a little irritated when I told him that I could send it cheaper at the post office so he insisted upon wearing my other packages and he tried to get me to change my mind and send my stuff at Office Depot but I would not do it. The stores employees are unprofessional and they miss represent the services they offer. I wouldnt even give the store a one star review but I had to so I could leave a written review

That is to say, I waited for four months for nothing, they could always do it. They never communicated absolutely anything to me.
