Usually decent prices if you have their special card. Not a very good meat selection for precut/packaged but you can get better from the counter by request. Milk prices usually better than others. Well stocked, almost never out of items. Good parking and smooth flow of traffic. Pick up option is good because if theyre out of your item they will substitute for the same price or better. Staff is nice and helpful. Deli items are a bit pricey compared to Walmarts but arguably better quality at times.

Meh, would give 2.5 if possible. Compared to the last Metro Market I used as my regular store, this place is definitely sub par.The Rotisserie Chickens are never fresh. Typically at other Metro Markets they will put the time they were put out, or bring out new chickens later in the day. Here I feel like the cook right before opening and leave out all day.The package Shrimp deals are nice, but they are so hit and miss. Even if grabbing one with later expiration date, its like flipping a coin on whether you get bad ones or not.Their produce is very sub par compared to Meijer.Ive given them my weekly business for over a year, but Im bailing due to the inconsistency mentioned above.

Just want to give a shout-out to the Metro Market bakery. I ordered a Christmas themed birthday cookie cake with extra icing and I received the most impressive cookie cake Ive ever seen! There was no extra charge for decorating. Tasted great too. Thanks!

I Love that they have had fresh peel & eat shrimp at half-price the last few weeks! Ive picked up a few pounds and tonights dinner is sauteed creamy Parmesan shrimp! Delicious!!

I finally decided to try and use the Metro Market digital coupon app while shopping there today and there was no internet reception in the store. The connection was blocked. I suggest that you simply pass the savings on to the customer rather than give them a job in order to save fifty cents. Thanks for wasting my time.

I hate that only the man pharmacist can give injections. Why is that woman employed if she can’t do 100% of her job. I’m not driving there just for a shot. We go to other places in that area n I want to do it all at one time. Sick of it!!!!! I don’t like Walgreens n I prefer Todd. Get a pharmacist that can complete the job she is required to do!!!! Edit. I’m upping it to three stars cause I like Isaac who took over for Todd. But if she can’t give immunizations she should change jobs.

The store is extremely clean and set up very well. I like it better than some of the other metro markets/pick n saves in the area. My only reason for talking away a star was because when checking out the baggers would sit on their phones and then start bagging after the cashier had scanned everything, Im just not normally a fan of that. But other than that the store is great and seemed busy!

Good store, used to be a pick n save, made it nicer when it became a metro market. Would be 5 stars if not for the RUDEST deli lady I have ever encountered! She complains rudely to YOUR FACE when you get more than two things! I asked a simple question and she replied that this is not Whole Foods - no kidding! I also asked for the Garlic Cheddar cheese and she snapped at me that the dont have that and rolled her eyes when I pointed it out!!

Great ambiance. Good selection for foods, relatively clean area. Checkout is pretty fast. Workers are decent.

Love the improved produce and meat selection since Kroger’s took over. However, I’m unsure how under paid the women at the deli counter must be. Maybe they have poor working conditions? I don’t care how nice you are to them, You’ll leave feeling bad that you asked them to do their job whenever you request some sliced deli meat. They do a great job at throwing some attitude around whenever you ask for assistance. My rating would be a 4 if not for their grumpiness and the lack of standard products in the store.

I love the store, the quality of food, but unless they figure out opening more check-out lanes with cashiers, I cant shop here anymore. The prices are high, and they should have more full service check-out lanes. When I have a full cart and kids, I cant try to balance things on the little space to set one bag at a time. Its ridiculous unless they only want people to buy 3-5 items at a time so checkout is manageable.

Great dinner specials prepared for me! I tried the seared salmon tonight and was so excited about the great taste and the fast preparation. Tomorrow is seared tenderloin. Going to try that next.

I visited this store for some quick grocery shopping and came to the realization I will not be stopping there again. 1 cashier on staff and many people shopping for large amounts of groceries at 10am. It is unfortunate that the shopping experience overall was good except for the end with the checkout nightmare. At least 10 customers with full carts waiting for one poor cashier to check us all out because all customers were refusing to use the self check out computers. The cashier was as miserable as the poor bagger and the customers. NOT GOOD ! Employees cannot be replaced, when will they understand that !

Overall nice remodel of this store, but every time Kroger remodels a Pick n Save store they seem to drop the selection quite a bit. Seems like they carry lots of non-food items and lots of prepared food, but far fewer choices of groceries and dry goods. I prefer driving down the road to the Woodmans.

I ran over tonight for a few items, and have been shopping at this store for more than 7 years. Love the products and the staff, but have a question for management. Where are the green shirts and dress code? Today I was checked out by someone wearing a black silk jacket and a red Do Rag on his head. I noticed him fist pumping two other young men in casual clothes, not conducive to a grocery store. I would expect this on the streets of Chicago but certainly not a grocery store here in Pewaukee. Get help that knows and obeys dress codes please?

The revamp of the building looks great. But,I’ve noticed things can be hard to find. I was looking for pancake mix and assumed it would be in the baking isle with the flour and sugar etc but it was by the baby food? Good selection of products though although it does seem to have a majority of name brand, more expensive products

I notice many of your employees. Dont cover their noses or barely even their mouths. Looks more like theyre wearing a beard. So whats the point then of wearing a mask.

The aisles are too narrow and filled with boxes of stuff so two people, going in opposite directions, cannot fit.I am also tired of using the full service checkout only to have the bagger walk away just as I am getting checked out.Also, having the check-out teenager guy make fun of my food is not great customer service.I have to find a new place. Just hasnt been good experiences lately.

Ever since Kroeger took over, this previously-great store has turned into a grocery shopping nightmare. They removed common needs like McCormick spices and just dump boxes in the aisles so no one can pass other customers. The store is dirty, unkempt and the teenagers they hire for registers are rude. Additionally, the prices have shot up and the convenience is not worth the cost. Go to Woodmans instead.

Large variety of what you want. The times I have been there the employees are not friendly or even cordial for the most part. There are a couple that are kind and considerate. It also bothers me to see so many employees standing around talking to each other. I was struggling trying to carry some things out to my vehicle on crutches with a broken hip. Several employees stood around and watched me struggle while talking. It would have been worth a lot to me or anyone in the same situation in the future if they would stop chit chatting with each other and offer some help. Not cool. The store is clean.

Its a shame, even with the recent reno this grocery store is still so horribly laid out its impossible to make it through a full shopping list without frustration. Pricing is high, quality is sub-par. So many workers...good on Metro Market to employ so many people but dang, so. many. workers.

Isles are cluttered with endless racks of things that are already on the shelves. Lots of items are no longer carried since the conversion. The deli is a joke. One to two workers for 20 customers, while other employees are standing around talking or hiding in the back. Never pleased to have to shop there. Only go there now in emergencies, and location. On days im not pressed for time. Definitely shop elsewhere.

I wish I could rate this lower. I work nearby and go there often. With that being said it would be nice if someone there could manage to watch the salad bar. I mean how many times can that place run out of lettuce. I mean how do you consistently run out of lettuce in a salad bar. Perhaps if the store director didnt just merely walk around looking at displays and ran his store this would not be an issue. I also love how all the cashiers just sit and stare at their phones during downtime. Get a clue.

Hot deli food is always cold, like they never put out fresh until the original is gone. Grocery selection is very limited, partially due to wasted space of the pharmacy

If you enjoy hot cooked meals, I wouldRecommend comming in on Saturday evenings for Rick’s filet mignon! He does such a great job!

Disappointed!! I like the Metro Market concept and was excited to have one open closer to my travels home. When I stopped in to pick up dinner for myself I found the bathroom in a severely disgusting state. The salad bar was picked through and not kept up. Signs were misplaced for what was underneath them did not match up. So I go to the hot bar and found the same problem with signs and many of the meats were dried and been sitting for some time. Employees were standing around and chatting, not sure if they were on break or what since one of them was snacking as I saw him in a couple of places talking to other employees and obviously not working. When I looked for a Manager I found what looked like a Manager doing the same chatting and obvious light conversion with a couple of employees. So I gave up. Not worth a return trip. I have other options in the area.Add on tothe review: i was right next door when my wife called for a couple of items. Thought I would give it another chance. NOPE! Still lots of staff standing around, one person at the deli, pre pack items were old with short dates on them. Hot bar items were dried and untouched for quite some time. And this is at 530 to 6pm. DISGUSTING. turned around, got out of there, and drove to another store!

I feel like Metro Mart in Pick n Save particularly have engineered their stores so you walk more miles than you ever could have possibly imagined with maze-like detours through the Home Products and liquor store part of the store. Its a mutant grocery store with Isles that are too narrow and numerous related items scattered all around the store rather than concentrated in one spot so you can do convenient shopping. Its my nearest grocery store yet I avoid it like the plague

Buyer beware in the meat dept. Shrimp was labeled as being from the USA when in fact it was from Argentina. They were opening bags of Argentinas shrimp and pouring the shrimp into the display case labeled USA. My husband caught them doing it.

I cant find alot of the products I want here. They have very limited usda organic fruits n vegetables. No one but Woodmans has usda organic beef. Its dark in the isles, I know its a small thing, but when I think of metro market n pick & saves I think old n dark. I get mixed answers on their double coupon days if they have them anymore. When we started to shop there upon moving back we found the cashiers unfriendly. There is no one in the store to ask where products are. I stick to meijers now, not saying their cashiers r better, but a little. I buy a certain kind of soda n whenever its on sale its hit or miss if they have any in stock. I will shop there as a 2nd choice to meijers.

Not enough check lanes open for busy Sat, and they took the convaier belts out of the self checkouts made it really hard because theres a little 12 in. spot to put the grocery and I bag in the bagging area, you have to put each bag in the cart with the unchecked out grocery because theres sm area to put the food before you scan it...and its very tight next to the check next to you,. I will not go back because of this
