I had been shopping for months for a small dining set. A two seater that could expand to four. I stopped in at Pflugerville Furniture Center and stopped this little beauty. It is perfect for my small dining room. I can tuck the bench in on one side and the chairs open on the other. Daryl and staff were amazing. Very nice and polite. They helped load the furniture into my car. Daryl offered me a great price I could not pass up. If you are looking for unique and beautiful furniture then check this place out.

Aaron was extremely helpful and patient, both making himself available for our questions but being unobtrusive as we hummed and hawed over various things. We came in looking for a dining table, and ended up ordering off the catalog. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of the furniture, and we are satisfied that the table will last us for a very long time to come. Ordering was quick, they assembled it for us, and then delivered it promptly while maintaining good communication. Delivery fee was also extremely reasonable, and they were very careful when bringing the furniture in (both taking care with the piece and the house).We can be anxious about feeling pressured, but I didnt feel pressured into buying anything more than I already wanted. We are over the moon and will be coming back for any future purchases.

I went in here for the first time today and finally found the perfect dresser! The staff was very helpful and help me through the whole process of what I was looking for. This place is amazing. The owners are so helpful and even helped me load, a gorgeous piece I found, into my car. Great and rare finds, one of a kind place. Don’t shop the “big names stores” go here first, you won’t be disappointed.PS.... while loading the furniture, Unbeknownst to me, I dropped a Kendra Scott jewelry bag which had a pair of earrings in it. I came the next day with my wife to show her another piece I wanted and when I entered, the owner acknowledged us and noticed who I was... he said “I have something for you” (I was confused and had no idea the earrings were missing), he walks behind the counter and hands me the jewelry bag with the earrings inside. Really? Who does that? That’s one honest man. He even mentioned he tried to find me on Facebook.

This review is for a couch purchase made in November 2018.Great deal on a nice, new couch! There was one man working and as we were arranging for delivery he said it would be later in the day since he was the only one working at the time. We went home expecting it to be delivered later and to our surprise the man showed up within 30 minutes with the couch and a friend he enlisted to help carry it! We were super impressed with the level of customer service. We will be back for sure!

What a little gem this place is!! I am blown away by the selection. They have new and used furniture and deliver. We just bought a great sectional couch, brand new, and with tax AND delivery for $670!!!!I love the service too. Aaron helped us and pointed out any imperfections on any of the options we looked at. This is definitely the spot well be going back to for any furniture needs!

I came in just to check the place out, but I ended up purchasing 4 large pieces for my house to replace much of living room furniture. My plan was to shop around and maybe wait a few week,s but the deals seemed too good to pass up. Within an hour or so of leaving the store, it was delivered to my house (probably a best case scenario, but it was nice to experience). Staff seemed very friendly and helpful. Overall, definitely a great experience. Ill definitely return here in the future, and Ive already recommended it to my friends and family.

Very good place to buy furniture from . I Have bought a few items from here over the years. Recently I purchased some washer&dryers from them. Long story short the motherboard went out on dryer. The owner was very understanding and went the distance to try and fix it for me. But at the end he made a decision to just refund the money back to me and come and pickup the set instead. I really appreciated that because he did not have to do that. If they had 10 stars I would rate this company a 10. They are good honest people. So if your looking for some good furniture with reasonable pricing and honest people go check them out.

Aaron was willing to work with us to order the dining room table and chairs that we wanted at a very reasonable price. The store has a variety of styles of used and new furniture. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and not trying to pressure you into buying something you dont want. This was an easy furniture buying experience.

After moving to a new place we needed to replace some of our awkwardly proportioned furniture and checked this place out along with several others. The owner, Aaron, took the time to say hello and make sure we had been helped. He pointed out that although they do have a variety of items available for anyone to take home immediately, they also offer a wide variety of items by special order. Aaron and the staff were straightforward and honest about both the highlights and shortcomings of all the furniture they carry.We had seen one of the sofas in his catalogs at another retailer for a third more. When we asked about it, Aaron started with a reasonable price and worked with us a bit more when we purchased several items.Its definitely a bummer that you cant see the items that are being ordered right away, but once the manufacturer delivers them to the furniture center, youre welcome to come and take a final evaluation before having them delivered. I chose to skip that since we had seen the furniture elsewhere. The delivery from the manufacture was rather quick, but more importantly the delivery men for the furniture center were timely, efficient, and very kind in helping us bring the furniture home.The whole process was very easy and agreeable, and well worth the time we spent looking around.

I needed to furnish a bedroom quickly and at a low cost so I can rent it out the following week so I shopped around a bunch of brick and mortar furniture stores around the North Austin area. For what I was looking for, this place had the best prices, saving me almost $200 over my other best option. Aaron was super helpful in showing me the pieces and where to save money and I ended up buying a combination of new and used pieces.All the items were delivered per schedule this weekend and as promised, the guy assembled the furniture which was huge to me as I just dont have the patience and time to do this myself. Overall, really impressed with the whole experience. Great prices, great customer service, I will be back to furnish another room after another tenant who brought his own furniture vacates in the future.

This is a consignment /new furniture and household items store. Prices are reasonable and the quality is generally good. It also offers fair value if you are consigning items to it, with honest and prompt payment for items sold.

Never had better customer service. There was a good selection of furniture, at decent prices, but what really sold me on this place was the service. I got some money taken off of the piece of furniture I was looking at, and even got same day delivery. I couldnt be happier with this place, and I highly recommend it.

We came into Pflugerville Furniture because it was recommended to us by a co-worker. We are very happy we did. My fiancé and I just moved to the Austin area and bought our first home. Buying our first bedroom set with Pville Furniture was a great experience. The owner, Aaron was very helpful and helped us out even though he was busy and they were about to close. Because of this they have a customer for life!! We will always recommend this establishment to our friends and family.

Horrible customer service! My girlfriend and I put down a deposit on an item and decided later that we wanted a different one. Went back to the store the 1st time and was told that only the owner could tranfer the deposit as a store credit. The owner was out of town and we were told to come back later (a bit inconvenient). We came back 2 days later as instructed to only find the owner was still not back in town and the manager (Brandon) could only text him. After being quite rude to my girlfriend when explaining the situation, he then turned to me and tried to explain it in the exact same way but nicer. Why would he do that? Why not treat a female who is 9 months pregnant, who is a different skin color, nicer than me? After talking to Brandon about the situation and how he treated my girlfriend, he feels like the customer is not right and would not apologize to save any future business and that on his owners behalf is glad to not have have us as repeat customers. Ive never dealt with someone as inconsiderate, racist, sexist, and just downright rude in a retail setting!!! Never will shop there again and advise anyone who thinks that all people (regardless of sex or skin color) should be treated equal to not shop there as well!!!

What a nice surprise! I was on craigslist searching for a china cabinet (to put my recent treasures that I just inherited from parents that just passed away) and learned of Pflugerville Furniture Center. Was on a tight budget and decided to go check them out. I really liked that Aaron (the owner) and his staff was friendly courteous and not pushy at all. I was amazed at all the warehouses of furniture. They worked with me on my budget and even delivered my china cabinet the same day! They couldnt have done any better, it was the perfect experience. Ive already been telling my friends and Ill definitely be going to them in the future when I want more new/used furniture.
