Great place to find your tools. All in one. Price is reasonable. The place is huge and sometimes you may not find what you are looking for. I was wondering where can I get the butane can I needed for refilling my lighters; then a girl helped me to find it in row 11. The service was great. The collection was fantastic. Must go if you need some tools for anything (legal).

Our outside refrigerator lost its cooling mechanism on Tuesday, so went that day and bought another one from Patricia in the appliance center. Quick and easy process with the quickest delivery in one week. Very pleased.

I purchased a washer and dryer from Home Depot that was delivered out of the Pflugerville, TX location. The washer is broken and the amount of hassel and runaround I have been receiving from this store, is absolutely ridiculous. I highly suggest not purchasing anything from this store that has to be delivered. Poor customer service, response rate and products.

Is sooo hot inside. I had to quit looking for the items l needed because it was too hot. I dont know what temperature they set the termostat, but inside the store it felt like 95 and then they have only one cash register, the others are self pay, but only take cards as a form of payment. One of the employees said some times a cashier will help you if you want to pay with cash in those registers, but Today wasnt the case, only cards so l had to wait because the cashier at tha cash register was kind of slow. This time, I dont blame her bcz is hard to work under that heat

First time using rental services at the Pflugerville location. I rented a surface cleaner and my pressure washer had the wrong connector to use the equipment. Jay went above and beyond to help me out, breaking the old connectors loose and making sure everything would work properly for me. Even donated some thread tape to the cause! In a seemingly insignificant problem that could have had me wasting a lot of time and gas, Jay was a huge help in getting me out the door and to my job asap. Rental department is great here!

Average home depot. Nothing special about their customer service and got what I expected. The paint lady was nice though Ill give them that. Would suggest a better system for their outdoor soil buys. Maybe get a register out there to avoid all the rework for the customers.

This is the place for all home improvement enthusiasts. Helpful staff, plenty of products, ample parking. Homeowner Heaven. Bought a couple of heavy-duty storage shelves, some Moen designer square shower heads and some stuff to care for the marble and granite. Also checked out the drawer pull selection....my pad came all modernized looking and didnt include cabinet drawer pulls. I highly recommend this particular Home Depot Store.

Home Depot has everything you need for your home projects! I have used them for quartz counter tops, lumber for many home projects, landscaping supplies, and I bought my BBQ grill there. Somehow thier people most always know what isle to find every little thing and are so helpful! Home Depot honors coupons from other hardware stores and might honor competitors prices for the same item. Ask...it will save you money!

Its about as good as a Home Depot can be but the parking lot is basically Mad Max with the addition of at least 3 people at any given time in sunglasses wandering around with 0 awareness that cars exist

Very unhelpful lumber department. They were very low on cedar boards so I couldnt order any online. Went to the store and had to wait around and walk the aisles just to find someone who I could talk to. Finally caught an associate who was very rude, wouldnt make eye contact, and said he didnt know when more wood would come in, that the trucks come whenever they want, which is either obviously untrue or this store is run horribly. Wouldnt it be in their best interest to have a consistent supply of product and know when it is coming in? Customer service was no help. I asked if I could order or reserve some boards through them and the representative went straight to the HD online store, which I couldve done (and had attempted to do) by myself. I took my business elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Waited 15mins in isles where the air filters are for the house. All were out of stock at the bottom walk around looking for helpMany people that work for home Depot there. But non willing to help. After waiting 15 mins. I took the ladder climbed up a few steps. And went up took a whole box down and purchased the 12 in the box. Didnt want to put myself through the same situation again. Please ask your employees instead of talking to each other to help out the customer.

This was a good visit to the Depot. I had an issue with a gift card. Sally at customer service was so helpful. She did not give up on my situation and made sure that I was taken care of. Most of the associates here are helpful and will actually greet you. The store was clean, organized and in stock. I will be back.

Needed to grab some lawn trash bags. Good selection of different styles and variety packs. Prices are decent. Costco has a similar package of 70 50-gallon bags for ~$19 so Home Depots selection is within price range, if not cheaper.Associates are usually helpful in asking for assistance when someone sees you browsing the aisles. This location is pet friendly and checkout lanes are fairly quick. Overall cleanliness of the store is top notch. I usually never spot any cluttered items sitting around in different sections of the store.

This Home Depot was open and very helpful during the 2021 winter storms. They had a good system to let people in to get what they needed while the store was on emergency generator. They also sawed up 2x4s for people to use as firewood.

Very insulted. The Marine Vet they have at the door to great people was standing there. So I asked as I walked in if they had any salt for walk ways. He literally looked me in the eye for a couple seconds and turned his head and refused to speak to me. The girl that was standing behind him doing something had to step in to answer. As a Vet myself I thought it was rude and wont be back since this is the kind of thing this location excepts as ok behavior.

Bob and Lia provided me with the greatest customer service experience. They both are super professional, patient and friendly. I reached out to pflugerville store to order new flooring. It was a little tough to do because I live in Hawaii.. but both Lia and Bob helped me set up a date for measurement, helped me choose the wood and advised me on the installation, and got back to me with different quotes because I was interested in more that one option. They coordinated everything with the highest level of courtesy! Im very impressed with the quality of hire at homedepot and Im planning to buy all my renovations supplies from them. Thank you !

I love my Home Depot store, I just wish the inventory available online for consumers was the same as the one available to the sale reps at the store, (based on my last appliances purchase) after spending two hours with an awesome rep at the store I ended up making the purchase through my phone because their store inventory system showed out of stock on some items vs what was avail on their mobile app.

Moderately sufficient covid precautions and the usual story of convenience beating quality or price. This store has better-than-usual floor staff who know useful things and offer diy wisdom. Ymmv

Went to buy some concrete slabs today. Cart was very heavy and hard to push. Told cashier cart wasnt working, he just looked at me and said nothing. Had to get management involved. Terrible customer service. My experience at Lowes has always been better. I will go there next time. He did not have any other customers waiting to check out at the time.

I came knowing what I needed and that it was carried at home depot. I arrived and was lost to where they wpuld carry that item. First associate i met was an older gentlemen and was really helpful but seemed ill in the mind as he spoke geberish and took me to a completely wrong isle. So i tried to find another worker and everyone i found was unknowable and just claimed tht wasnt their department so no way to help. Then i decided to call and try to get help and the guy told me an isle that had huge pipes that had nothing to do with what i was looking for so instead of helping me he kept saying no one is covering that department. When i believe if u r going to work at a store like this wveryone should know a lil of each department or atleast b willing to help a customer out .

Its convenient that the store is right down the street. Its inconvenient that they rarely ever have what I need at this specific location and I have to usually travel to the cedar park location to get what I need as Pflugerville and Round Rock are never stocked in what I need for my apartment. That being said it still doesnt stop me from coming in here and looking, just in case. the staff is always nice and helpful, the potting/gardening area is awesome and theres always tons of parking available... So there are some good things hence the four stars. :)

Old dude with a mask around his chin who worked there was giving my fiance a hard time for being a woman wandering around a hardware store alone when she was two aisles away from me. Literally told her I shouldnt be letting her out of my sight.

This is our preferred location out of the two closest to our home. My only complaint is how narrow the main aisle in the front is now. Not sure if this is a COVID strategy, but it seems to pack customers in with one another and forces people in one direction that isnt being followed or enforced. On the plus side I am glad the company is providing worker with PPE and plastic shields. People over profits.

No mask no problem, down right friendly. Found everything where it was supposed to be hat off to the crew and the night shift.

Employees consistently not wearing masks to cover their nose. Other than employees, only children were neglecting to wear masks, will be going to RR location from now on.

This is a good friendly store. No pressure if youre just looking around at their cool stuff, but an employee can usually be located in less than 3 minutes if you need help. Id recommend it.

Went with my eldest son, bought material to build a computer desk for his younger brother( my youngest son) we were designing on the fly, no print to go by. When questioning an employee where an item may be fiund, they always knew where to direct one even though they didnt work that department, if they couldnt answer the question they found the right person! Great staff. Son wanted to go through the remaining xmas items, most on clearance while looking around noticed a female shopper loading her cart with poinsettas, 12 pots about 1 1/2 tall very well filled out, both off white and red. Asked a customer at check out how much they were ringing up at! She smiled and said 75 cents! WHAT?? So my son and I bought 4 each two of each color! Unbelievable! Awesome beautiful lush poinsettias! One small bump was they didnt carry iron on wood veneer banding! Great deals as well! Needless to say it was great quality time with my oldest son and all for his brother my youngest. AWESOME XMAS SPENT WITH THEM!

What can you say? It home depot, where boys come to become men. Clumsy, nonhandy men. Which perfectly describes me! Luckily, with the help of some zealous employees, I installed my own epoxy garage. It was a mediocre job for a fraction of the price a license contractor would charge!

First early mornin visit Wanted to go in and out just as quick as possible....The greeter didnt have any wipes for carts, When he asked a worker for assistance she said everything should be by carts which wasnt. I than asked if maybe they had already been disaffected, he couldnt answer. I than suggested maybe a paper towel to place on handle to hold on while I went in to shop no such luck on paper towels either....Slow at the StartBut after getting that taken care off..Off I goI knew what I needed and had my items by location,But they were out of one item, by got help by sales associate and he got on a ladder and pulled from over stock...I was in eye contact with 8 associates, only one greeted me and no one Thank me....Maybe time to look for a new hardware store...
