Took my A5 in for an oil leak issue. Going in, I knew this was major engine repair as per the dealership. Richard was able to quickly diagnose the issue having had experience with it in the past. Richard and his team is extremely qualified and meticulous in their work. I would recommend anyone take their german rides for top quality work, you wont be disappointed, they know their stuff. Incredible shop and easily one of the BEST Ive visited to date. Ill be doing a tune on my mk6 and based on its mileage it was overdue for a much needed timing chain rework. Richard provided me with the BEST quote after having called over 8 different shops in and around town asking for ridiculous amounts. Heritage Autohaus got it done in a great time-frame and also provided me with an oil change as well. Richard was very cordial and knowledgable and taught me a-lot. I will be visiting them again for any other repairs and planned performance upgrades needed for my car. Excellent crew, great work. Im very happy.

Great group of guys here. Had pads/rotors done on my S3 which they did a good job on. Certainly something that is a breeze for them compared to the much more in-depth, technically demanding jobs they are well versed in completing. Based on cars in the shop at the time, you can tell people trust them to do solid, honest work on some high-end vehicles. Several of which sounded like long time customers based on discussions with the owner. Which is a great sign at shops. Richard (the owner) is a good dude who definitely takes care in what he does. Other techs I met there appeared to follow suit. Will be back again when its time time to do more work on the car that I cant do or dont have the tools for!! Will be sending buddies Heritages way for work on their German cars :D

Rich is an honest and fair mechanic. I am a return customer. I had some springs installed the first time around and theyre still working perfectly. This time I got an entire dual quad catback exhaust system along with a diffuser installed. There were some complications (Not Richs fault, the manufacturer left out some parts). Rich went out of his way to get all of the parts for me within 1 day. He even went in to the shop on a saturday to help complete the install. To top it off Rich took my vehicle to get it APR tuned at another shop about 20 minutes away. After all of the hassle he charged about the same quoted price (which should have been more). Rich is an awesome mechanic!

Richard and his shop were great! I was on a search for a trustworthy mechanic shop for a rear brake job on my GLK350. Richard provided me with an estimate right from the get go and remained true to his word. He was very flexible with his time and was always available. The job was done that same day. I dropped off at 2 pm and it was ready by 4:30 pm. We are very satisfied with Heritage AutoHaus and will be taking our vehicles there for future maintenance and repairs! Good job fellas!

Richard is very easy to work with and very fair. I have an older model Volvo and he was able to jump in and help me with the things I needed to do to get it inspected. He also checked all of my fluids and let me know about some areas of concern that he didnt service but wanted me to be aware of. It was a very good experience and I will go back to him in the future.

Recently my check engine light came on in my 2014 Audi a7. I took it to the local Audi dealership and they informed me that I needed a new engine amongst other things with a $24,000 bill. Luckily a friend referred me to Heritage. Richard spent some time actually looking at the car, turns out all I needed were four small parts and some labor to install them. Saving me about $22,000. Extremely professional, and actually wanted to fix the real problem and save me a ton of money. Can not reccomend them enough!

I recently went to Heritage to change my alternator on my 2007 Ford Taurus, and they saved me time and money upon this visit. I was originally quoted a hour of labor time and that the part would be about $200 alone. Richard was able to get the part cheaper than what I expected and he only took about 30 mins to get my car up and running again in great shape. The end total for my visit was $215 after taxes. I was beyond happy. He took care of me as a new customer and my car. I had a great experience at this shop. Especially since most shops try to take advantage of me because Im a woman.I will definitely be using their service again (if needed).

This is a stand up establishment. These guys know their stuff. I myself am a mechanic and was overwhelmed with work and broke down vehicles. I took my BMW 325xi wagon to get clutch replaced and rotors and brakes. I had bought the wrong clutch for car and ordered it offline. At the time I was working nights and sleeping during the day making getting issue resolved with parts place very difficult. Richard found the part locally, picked it up for me and got my wagon back to me in same time frame originally discussed. Packed up old one to ship back. Changed my worn out bushing and seal. My price didnt change besides paying him back for clutch and parts of course. It works fantastic and also got a list of all parts that should be taking care of next. Did brake job for great price also, and never did he bs me about anything I dont need . This is now my new spot for all my German cars and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Richard has been our go to mechanic for the past 8 years. Hes reasonably priced but more importantly you can trust that he does the job right and well within budget. Hes an Audi and VW specialist but has done great work on our Volvo and Honda.

I went by to get my stock air filter out and get another in. Got there close to closing time thought I was gonna be asked to come back tomorrow. Nope. Richard came out and got the VW Jetta filter replaced and showed me how to since it had various screws and hidden bolts. Richard is gonna be expanding his garage sometime this summer in the same location. I definitely know where to go for a legit honest and reliable mechanic.
